I had knee surgery and am incapacitated
    Maria M.

I called this morning to place a delivery order after having surgery yesterday and not being able to drive. I placed my order over the phone, and paid there as well. The person taking my order was having difficulty putting my card through until she wrote it down and then it went through letting me know it would be ready with 20-25 minutes. After waiting an hour I called to ask where my order was, and was told they don't deliver. After expressing my disappointment she passed me to the manager, Aberdeen, who explained I needed to go through a food app for delivery. He gave me the number to Food Scooter, but it didn't work. I called him back and let him know what happened. He placed me on hold while he called via his cell phone. While they had him on hold he explained what was happening and that he'd call me back. The next call I got was from Food Scooter retrieving my delivery info. She said she'd call Ihop back. The next thing that happened was that I got a knock at the door with my food. Thank you Aberdeen for being a quality manager, and for providing excellent customer service. I called him back and he explained to me that he felt bad, and want to ensure his customers are happy. I MOST DEFINITELY AM! He wiped away my bill, and he paid the driver $10 to deliver my food.

This morning I'm up and out early to meet for a breakfast meeting. Today was a special on pancakes (.60 cent short stacks). The dining area was clean and service was very prompt. Our orders came out very quickly and all the food was hot and delicious. Great place for family and friends to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great late night place (close at 12 weekdays and open 24 hours on the weekend). Bathrooms were pretty clean. Lots of parking.

Decent food nothing to rave about. Decent service again nothing to rave about. Our serve Kathy was nice and even though my order was messed up she quickly fixed it. Again my average rating was because of average service and food.

Probably a 3.5 but I rounded up because their App is bomb and it gives you live updates on where you are in line. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take advantage of the online wait list, TRUST me!! Farm to table food is always a plus, and that's what make First Watch such a hit. You can taste the freshness. The space they occupy used to be Bob Evans and I'm a fan of Bob Evans and was sad to see it go. First Watche's menu is just okay to me and I always get the same thing, the "Tri-Fecta". It's always good, especially the blueberry pancake, but I'd like to switch things up every now and then.. Oh well.. Lol! So if you're looking for a healthier choice than Cracker Barrel or some of the other popular breakfast restaurants, First Watch is probably the spot for you.. Just get in line online.. You're welcome!! :)

My omelet and potatoes was luke warm. I thought the veggies and meat would be scrambled in the eggs. The cheese was just lumped in the middle of the omelet. My French toast was okay but luke warm. What ever happened to getting hot food. Our server was friendly, so that helped. I do plan to try their lunch food and see if that's okay. But not sure of the hype about this place, maybe you can get breakfast anytime of day.

While scrolling door dash I saw "The Melt Down" by Dennys. The menu only listed Melts. So I ordered a 3 melts. 1 for myself and 2 kids meal melts. My boys shared one and my daughter had her own. The melts are a nice size! Very filling and also tasty! They came hot and juicy! I highly recommend the Feeling Groovy Melt, so tasty! We had enough to save some for a snack the next day. Popped them in the oven and they were still on point! Great service, fast delivery on door dash's part. The you to the Denny for ensuring our order was correct! This location is always on point. They were so good that we went back on Monday before heading back home to FL. The customer service was great and the decore and setting of the place was so adorable. In Monday I had their salmon cakes breakfast which were filled with so much flavor. Our server Kayla made sure that Friday we had a great time. Here's what I didn't like about Number one see my picture, they served me the platter with a hair on it. I don't send food back but honestly that's not a very good first impression. Tells me a lot about the cleanliness of the place and their attention to detail Number two I really like pork sausage links which they don't have they have patties but not links. They do have salmon cakes which are very pricey and from the way the waitress described don't seem to be quite filling so I didn't order them. It would have been nice to see that on the menu as a side option but I didn't ask the waitress about it Number three. They charge an extra fee if you use a credit card. Plenty of off-street parking. It's in a nice location. Honestly I found this a little bit disappointing because I usually like supporting local restaurants as opposed to chains. I think I would have gotten a better meal had I gone to cracker barrel Price is okay give him the quality and quantity of food Overall I'm not too impressed with this place

Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

I know enough Spanish to speak to a 4 year old, so I was way out of my league! I just kind of strolled around for a minute looking lost. There is no one readily available to help people like me with the deer-in-headlights look. I had hoped to try an empanadas but it seemed intimidating so I strolled over to the shelves where there were various breads, pastries and cookies. I was still a bit lost because I first saw people with trays and grabbing breads but I thought they might be employees. But after wandering in another circle I noticed a lady grabbing a tray and tongs. I then saw the little sign that said to use the trays and tongs for the baked goods. I then followed the lady and managed to grab a few items. I had hoped for some cupcakes or donuts but saw neither. I did however get a cheese danish, a couple of cookies and a couple of breads. The items I got were pretty good and the bread was fairly soft. I certainly wasn't disappointed in any of the items I grabbed, I only wished there were a few other sweet items and a better system to better understand how best to navigate the store.
