Nayeli had just started her shift, greeted everyone with a "good morning," and immediately got to work on the pickup orders. The kitchen manager also came out, greeted guests, and asked how everyone's morning was going, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The only disappointment was the front-of-house manager, Aaliyah. As a store manager myself, I understand how important it is to acknowledge guests and set the tone for the team. Unfortunately, she walked past the bar several times without greeting any guests or interacting much with the staff. Strong leadership starts with engagement, and I believe improving her people skills and guest interactions would make a noticeable difference in the overall experience.

The space they occupy used to be Bob Evans and I'm a fan of Bob Evans and was sad to see it go. First Watche's menu is just okay to me and I always get the same thing, the "Tri-Fecta". It's always good, especially the blueberry pancake, but I'd like to switch things up every now and then.. Oh well.. Lol!
