Writing this review while still waiting for food. First, they skipped us in line because we were waiting outside. Host couldn't be bothered to ask the huge crowd outside for name's so they just skipped us. On Mother's Day, waited additional 25 minutes. Now sitting here waiting at table for over an hour for food. Drank our coffee pot. Server hasn't checked on us once. Kids are at an absolute fever pitch and nobody in this restaurant cares. Not a single manager present to address the issues. Everyone fed up in this place and the people who work here just do not care. Lazy, no idea about urgency. Get better servers if your kitchen can't handle Mothers Day. read more

Once we arrive home we realized that we were missing home fries, they had our omelette upside down (which made it get stuck to the lid), the bacon was burnt and the food quantity was small. It's a nice spot! The food was well prepared, the waitress and hostess were attentive and friendly with the former regularly wishing my dad a Happy Father's Day. There's ample parking and the surrounding area is full of shopping and dining delights! There's the classic Creanie's ice cream nearby for dessert and across the highway are the outlet shops. Today I had the vanilla spice international pancakes with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, and delicious, crispy, buttery hash browns. The area was spacious and there really was no issue. Ok so I haven't been to ihop in years. I'm talkin a long time. Anyways I told my son and his friend I would take them to grab something to eat and they mentioned ihop but wasn't sure where one was. I remembered seeing this one not far from my work. At first we were thinking breakfast but then remembered the whole IHOB thing so it was a toss up now for burgers or pancakes! Sorry but once I see a bacon cheeseburger on a menu.... how can one resist ? Needless to say we all decide on a burger but the boys were still thinking about pancakes. Mind you, u can get pancakes as a side with your burger over fries or onions rings but how can one decide when you get endless fries. Needless to say we all ordered burgers and I said let's get one of the flavored pancakes as an "appetizer" and that is just what we did. The pancakes were really good. And like I said I haven't been there In a longgggg time but their omelets looked really good too. So I will have to go back and try. Now on to the burgers. When the burgers came Out they were kinda small. And I hate to say it a little tasteless. I don't know but I was expecting more and it didn't deliver. Not only was it kind of small. It wasn't the greatest burger. It was juicy yes but definitely missing something for me. The boys felt the same and said they would come back but not get the burgers again. The place itself was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Our waitress was very nice and would check on us frequent and see if we needed anything. That alone warrants another visit. I Gave three stars because I came for the burger and it didn't deliver, but I will definitely come back and try the omelets out and maybe another pancake option. The Sicklerville location was hopping Christmas Eve at 10 am. This is a pleasant, bright, clean location. It took a bit for our server to come over so we were ready to order along with our drinks. I ordered a 55+ omelet sans cheese with several vegetables added and rye toast as a pancake substitution. My daughter ordered Chicken Florentine Crepes. Florentine, as in "spinach" which I would think would be known round the world. She also ordered the French Toast Hot Chocolate--and this is a wonderfully sweet treat if you can handle all that sugar. My omelet was exactly what I ordered and tasted fine. Coffee was fine, Hot Chocolate was excellent...Chicken Florentine Crepes came sans "Florentine." When the server checked back a few moments later, my daughter asked if this dish was chicken Florentine Crepes. The server stated yes, "There's Chicken in there." My daughter asked about the spinach and remarked it did not look like the proper order. We were assured the ingredients varied depending on the cook. Needless to say, there was no spinach and the sauce was a bit different. My daughter said it tasted fine. She didn't want to cause a scene as most 19 year olds would feel and she said it tasted fine. When the check arrived, the server had ordered Chicken Crepes. Twice she did not hear the clearly stated, "Chicken Florentine Crepes." This comes from lack of focus and inattentiveness. My choice of bacon omelette provided me a tasty and hearty( I'm sure calorie overloaded also) meal and is one I would like to repeat. It was huge and contained mucho bacon and cheese, and even decent diced tomatoes on top. It came with a short stack of their buttermilk cakes that were very good as well. Trish loves the birthday cake pancakes and Aidan's choice of blueberry pancakes were well received and even garnered a few wistful stares from Trish and I. This location was clean and appeared to be keeping all of its customers happy and well fed. I can't recall our servers name, but he was friendly and ever present when we needed him. The worst food & service I've had from this restaurant in a LONG time. We were just here on a busy Saturday & not only did our food come in a timely manner, but it was HOT & made correctly. Instead today we came in, empty place, waited close to 20 minutes for our food but once it came out my omelet was wet inside ( not fully cooked) the manager came out & wanted to argue about the fact that she can't cook (she said she made the omelet herself) & then after she stood there for 5 minute's arguing she finally asked did I want to wait another 10 minutes for her to uncook more terrible food while she is still holding the uncooked portion in her hands. Never again will allow myself to undergo such a tortuous ordeal as tasting inedible pancakes. For $9.40 of my own hard earned money I spent on supposedly good strawberry banana pancakes. The strawberries woke me right up and not in a good way because they were ice cold and unfresh. For as many farmer markers nearby one would think such a "successful" chain would be able to provide freshly picked and grown strawberries; not a frozen pure disappointment. As for the bananas...I've had more flavorful ones. The pancakes in and of its self is a problem. Such a flat and dismal thing to look at and inconceivable. The texture is one I do not know how to describe and it is not in a good way. As a costumer I should be provided nothing but the best. And this chain is so well known one would think they'd strive to maintain an immaculate image. I am here to inform anyone interested in trying this restaurant to save yourself from disaster. We went to have breakfast with the kids just before 11am Saturday. They were busy and said it would be 15-20 minutes to be seated. We waited 45 minutes to be seated, they took many parties of 2 and 3 ahead of us. We had 5. After we were seated we waited another half hour for our food. The waitress was very unapologetic and not service oriented. Her name was Aleisha and she had that "I couldn't care less" attitude. They do offer two free sides with every meal annoyance and frustration. After we asked for the check we waited another 20 minutes....I could have watched a whole episode of "What's Happening" during that time, Hey, Hey, Hey! The whole ordeal was over two hours of frustration. Like sitting through a viewing of Waterworld. Not the kind of experience your looking for when you drop $60 for what should be a fun time out.
