The jalapeños gave it a good kick without being overpowering, and the patty was juicy and well-seasoned. The toppings worked together nicely, and everything tasted fresh. Fries were hot and crispy, which is always a win. If you like a little spice in your burgers, this one's worth trying. Now the real surprise: the chocolate chocolate pancakes. It has been months since my family and I were able to sit down and have a meal that was made for us. It has also been a very long time since we've eaten at an IHOP. We enjoyed our experience here. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the day that we visited they were all on top of things. Our server was top-notch and got our food and drinks to us in a timely fashion. I was especially impressed by the tea and sweeteners that they had. The food was brought to us quickly and very warm. The server was able to take a custom order pictured in the pictures I have attached and everything tasted amazing. We will definitely be coming back again. read more

You really can't go wrong with IHOP. It's consistent and the service here is good. This location is usually pretty busy regardless of when you go but I think that's a good sign. Their eggs Benedict is fantastic and of course their pancakes are super tasty. The restaurant is clean and thus far in all my years going I haven't had any issues. It gets pretty chaotic during the weekend morning rush so I'd plan on going early. My biggest gripe is the price. Two people getting breakfast will run you about $50 which is insane for breakfast food. read more

Came in on a Sunday. Thought it was going to be super busy. Service was really good and we didn't wait more than 10 minutes. We were seated and our order was quickly taken. Food came pretty quick too. All of it was good. It's just hard to give more than 3 stars for for typical breakfast items. We'll have to go back and try some of the new menu items. Yessica is amazing! She is upbeat and positive, making the experience great. I am a year into recovery, but still getting use to being disabled. I cannot walk , but an even bigger challenge is my voice. My voice is partially paralyzed and i'm always short of breath, so sometimes when i try to speak, it sounds like i'm mad. yessica never took offense and just kept on being her jolly self. she also took the time to listen to me after our meal was over to explain that she was awesome and to thank her for understanding my horrible voice. she is awesome !! every other employee we came in contact with was great too! can't wait to go back read more

Service here is great when they're not busy which is understandable but the price of eating here is so much more expensive it's no longer a cheap diner experience. I got a lemon ricotta French toast meal and it was only one slice with a small amount of egg's, potatoes,and meat(2 pieces of bacon).. for $20. I know the employees don't make the prices but my experience was not good enough to pay almost $80 for the 3 of us to have breakfast that wasn't even impressive tasting. This is probably the friendliest IHOP I've ever been to. The hostess was friendly. Stephanie our server was excellent, our food came out quickly and delicious and she kept checking on us. We only had to wait 20 minutes for a table for 8 people which is not bad at all for a Saturday morning. They were organized and the place was clean. Would definitely come back here. read more

Had great breakfast. I have been going there for years. The service was good and the orders were out in a timely manner. My issue is that I asked if it was possible to sing happy birthday to my loved one? I was told that the message would be relayed to my server, a minute later i was informed that the server was told and that they were going to sing. I waited but nothing came of it, the server came with the check and said she could cash me out ( i could have reminded her but it was supposed to be a surprise). It really bothered me. I asked if singing was possible because I see that it is busy and if they weren't able to I would have been okay with that, next time just let someone know that you guys are too busy to sing. Went to IHOP this morning with my wife. Has been our favorite place for breakfast since moving to Yuba City. We were lucky we had sweatshirts on or we would have froze. We asked the server if the A/C was on. It wasn't but they were unable to get to the area to turn the heat up. Breakfast was good at first but got cold in a few minutes. read more

I have not been to IHOP for a while and now I can tell why. The food was good, except it gave my food poisining. IHOP, you should clean your ice cream machines or double check them. Lilly at the yuba city location is dope. Her smile and attitude is contagious. She was so good with our large group especially with the baby and my grandmother. Very happy with Ronn. He was very respectful and help me solve an issue I had with my food, I ordered something I always order. Usually I call it in or DoorDash order it and it's perfect but for some reason today it wasn't the same I don't know if it's because I had come in to place the order or not. But I do want to refer to the very unhappy cook in the back - SHE gave me a nasty look upon my greet, I've worked in the industry for years, and I still work in an industry that requires great customer service, and the only service that was great was from Ronn. He had a good attitude and was respectful and answered all my questions, but realizing that I want to trust the people making my food, I didn't even eat the sandwich I ordered. I had a great experience here today, all due to our server Tiffany. The kitchen prepared my meal wrong. I've been in situations like this before where the server brings you the incorrect order anyway hoping that you'll just accept it, then making you feel super awkward if you ask it to be remade. Not so with Tiffany! She caught the mistake before even picking the plate up and immediately had the kitchen correct it. She communicated with me the entire time I waited for my new meal, and when my food finally came she offered my friends refills on their pancakes so that they had something to eat with me (they were done with their food by the time I got mine). Very nice of her. Finally, she asked the manager to come speak with us. I was not planning on complaining because Tiffany's personality made up for the mistake. I appreciated that she told her manager about the mistake instead of trying to hide it. The manager comp'd our meal and I really appreciated that too. People don't do that much anymore. This is probably my worst experience here! I still have a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I brought my granddaughter here for pancakes. I had reservations because of my last experience here, uncooked doughy pancakes. I ordered a chicken fried steak breakfast, which came with pancakes., killing two birds with one stone. As soon as I started cutting the pancakes, they separated into a lower and upper half. There was hardly any filling in between. WTH! My 18mos old didn't know the difference. She started eating away. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. The hash browns were good. The chicken fried steak looked appealing enough smothered with gravy. My first bite was not pleasing at all. It left an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. It tasted like old stale batter. I took a few more bites and it just became overwhelming. I scraped off the batter to expose only the meat. I took a bite of the meat and it was perfectly fine. So it was the batter! Was it a prebattered product or do they batter in-house? Was the prebattered product old or freezer burned? Was the in-house batter old or was it made with old stale flour? Either way, the two of the three main items of my meal was a failure. It wasn't a complete failure since my granddaughter still enjoyed her pancakes. But I couldn't eat them as they would not hold together with no filling to bind them. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating; so I'm going to bump it to three stars. It will be a long time before I try this place again! read more
