You can choose two different kinds of proteins (prime rib, salmon, turkey, or ham), drink, 3 side dishes with salad/pasta salad (shrimp cocktail included as well), and dessert. You leave very full. The food is decent, just your basic mess hall/cafeteria food. Clean facility. What I enjoy the most is spending time with my family and the troops.
