Service was good, however, I purchased a temperpedic mattress that was too soft. The return policy is horrible. Since it was the floor model there was no trial period. I was assured that it was still under warranty with temperpedic but when I called temperpedic they told me that floor models aren't covered. Felt misled and they shouldn't be selling mattress that way. Industry standard (dream cloud), (purple), (Casper) etc. now offers trial periods for this very reason with free returns and not just exchanges. That is why I'm giving Ortho Mattress a one star. read more

Not sure how this place makes money after reading through most of the reviews as well as the filtered reviews. We stopped by this past weekend for their Memorial Day sales, but was disappointed that they mainly sold Queen sized mattresses, and no Eastern Kings. They were also completely empty. Like I mentioned in a previous review, we had already done all of our research and knew exactly what brand and type of mattress we had wanted, we just wanted to see what the competitors had to offer before making our final decision. read more

Went back to speak directly to Cliff regarding pillow issue. Though he is the regional mgr he indicated he had to speak to corporate to grant me the pillows as indicated on company website under Yelp. Called back and they agreed to pillows. Seems alot of effort for something so minimal in scheme of things but they did agree to what the ad promised. i hopefully will not need another mattress for quite some time. read more

However, Tom Chow, the store manager, really helped my family and me figure out the best bed fit for our needs! I have a bad back and finding the right bed was quintessential and thanks to Tom, I was able to find that right one. Not only did he help find a good bed for my problems, he was able to work out an excellent deal quickly and agreeably. My fiancée originally were about to buy a bed from Amazon but decided to stop in here. I'm so glad we did because we were able to try and lay down on several mattresses. What a joke. Got the c-class queen and I knew it was low end but never expected such crap. Most everything in store in low end side even their Airloom and whatever they make. Everything stinks and does not seem to go away. paid $700 and they have a credit return. I returned the mattress and box springs and asked for high end box springs in return. Got a stinking POS that they say is highend AIrloom (no proof of that). It also has stunk for months and throwing out. It cost $200 bucks and I asked to hold on to difference and maybe I can give credit or buy towards a bed for a VET and oh so sorry that is no credit we just keep the difference. I am not going to let this die and will pursue later, DO NOT SHOP ORTHRO. Macy's has better beds than this mess and a restocking fee of 15% and get your money back and also will waive the restocking most of time,, but not Ortho. What a terrible company. Do not buy there. read more

Tom Chow, Store Manager, was the BEST of 4 stores we visited in understanding our needs and getting us what we needed. We were setting up a guest/grandkids room with a double day bed (trundle underneath) so had to figure out sizes, configurations etc. for both upper and lower. Tom helped correctly that we would not need a box spring, instead solid boards under the upper bed, and that the lower should fit in the box up to 9" high. We brought home perfect fit mattresses and child-safe re: fumes or toxins. No other store took the time and helped as much. Being a clearance store, we saved money too....not the cheapest we could have bought but certainly the best!. read more
