Very nice restaurant around Trevi Fountain. The restaurant was big and the wait was only 20 minutes on a busy Friday evening without a reservation. Great food and atmosphere just a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Made reservations and glad we did as there was a lineup for the outdoor patio, but it didn't seem like the wait was too long. There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor was great for people watching. Had the ravioli with truffle sauce and the paperdelle pasta with wild boar ragu and both were delicious!! Friendly staff all around. Knocked off one star because our water went to the table beside us incorrectly and we initially received the wrong order (or someone else's order). Do not eat the bread! I was all ready to leave this place feeling great and thinking it was a good choice for my first night in Rome because I had a really delicious pasta dish and thought the ambiance was really cute. Then I saw them reuse the bread. When we got our bread basket after sitting down, we noticed that it looked like a bite had been taken out of one of the pieces. We watched when they cleared our basket at the end, and they took it still with several pieces and then gave it to another table! We watched as servers brought used bread baskets to the back counter, someone else would cut a new slice or two, they would arrange it with their bare, unwashed hands, and then take the reused bread to another table. I have never been so disgusted. Who wants bread that who knows how many strangers have handled or taken a bite from?! This is so unclean, unsanitary, and unacceptable. read more
