Where do I start! This place was amazing! The group I was with was sat in a private room. The service was amazing by all staff. The bread that was brought out was warm and paired with a nice dipping sauce. I started off with the calamari that was amazing! I ended the night with some of the best lobster ravioli that I ever had. Will definitely be going back to taste more of the menu.

I wanted to try an Italian restaurant location that I have never tried before. I scrolled through Yelp and found IL Villaggio. What a beautiful location! This is a large restaurant with regular dining seating, a bar area, banquet areas, and outdoor seating. It was a sunny but not too hot of a day so I chose outside seating. The penne vodka pasta had the perfect Al dente bite. The drinks were good! The dessert was decadent. My waitress Heather was so awesome. Checked on me but was not overbearing and suggested items on the menu. I will be back Soon!

This was our second year coming here for our anniversary. We love everything about it here. We also sat at the bar tables for playoff baseball because part of our relationship is our love for baseball and it's playoffs baby! We split the buffalo shrimp appetizer which was excellent. The bread that came out the table was soft warm and fresh. Oddly probably for the first time ever we ordered the same thing. Chicken parm and as expected it was awesome. We ordered a side of pasta which came out hot and fresh with the perfect texture. For desert we had the cannoli and again it was amazing. As a treat we had chocolate martinis which were very different than other places we get them however that's not a bad thing because they were also excellent. A few things to note which I always look for. Everything here was very clean. Service was beyond excellent. Everybody who worked here was constantly moving there was never anybody ever just standing around if they weren't tending to customers they were cleaning something and that's the difference between dining and fine dining in my opinion. This is one of the places we always say we need to come to more often I believe if it was closer we would.

I highly recommend this restaurant to any seafood lover. They prepared our dishes using a wonderful variety of techniques. I was initially hesitant to order the steamed Chilean sea bass, but it turned out to be perfect light, flaky, and with perfectly balanced aromatics that I'll be dreaming about until I return. Our server Vinnie was elegant and funny. He handled all our questions with ease and even brought us a complimentary side dish he personally enjoyed, which was a lovely touch. I felt like I was dining in seafood heaven; each dish was more exciting than the last. And I can't forget about the cocktails! Although I don't have a photo of my mango Moscow mule, it was the perfect pairing for my Asian-inspired three-course seafood meal. This restaurant definitely has a fancy vibe, you'll want to dress up a bit. We did arrive a half hour early and did not expect to be seated early, however, after more than 15 minuets past our reservation time we decided to sit at the bar, since there were 2 empty seats, instead of waiting for the table. I ordered a lemon drop martini and my wife ordered a jack and Coke. Both drinks were good but we finished them before we could catch the attention of the bartender to put in apps. When we finally got their attention we ordered another round of drinks, the calamari and a butternut squash soup. The apps came out fairly fast. The calamari was ok, it did not come with any dipping sauce, it was pretty dry. The butternut squash soup was inedible, terrible texture, super grainy. When we got the bartenders attention we told her the soup was inedible, she acknowledge our concerns and cleared our plates. The bartender spent so long spending time at the other end of the bar talking to all the older patrons that my wife said we should just go to Applebees. When she finally got back to us we input our order, strip steak au poivre with courvoisier sauce (medium well), roasted chicken breast, spinach, and mashed potatoes. Again the food came out fairly fast. The steak was so over cooked that when I cut it the plate was moving all over the bar. The sauce was delicious and if cooked correctly the steak would have been amazing. The chicken was was cooked fine but tasted like the grill top it was cooked on. It was supposed to be served over risotto but the "risotto" was hard and sitting in a puddle of broth? I thought the spinach was too salty but my wife said it was good. The best thing of the night and savior of the whole meal was the mashed potatoes. Whoever made the mashed potatoes loves potatoes. They were great. When we got the check it came to almost $300 and they didn't even take that terrible soup off. Fine, we ordered it, we didn't like it, but after everything else, besides the mashed potatoes, including the service being below average the least they could have done was taken off the soup. Also for a restaurant with a posted dress code it was unacceptable to allow people to come in with pajamas. Even in their pajamas, standing behind us, they received better service than we did.

We made a reservation for 8:30 and arrived about 20 minutes early so we were expecting to have a little wait before our table was ready. The place was jam packed! Even trying to find a seat at the large bar to have a cocktail before dinner was virtually impossible but we wound up finding one. The bartender made really great drinks so we were very pleased while waiting for our table. Once seated we were provided with water almost immediately and our server arrived shortly after. We put in our drink and appetizer order and then the amazing bread with peppers arrived (complimentary) and we were like two kids in a candy shop. I don't know what they do to those peppers but they're delicious ... and pair perfectly with what I call their pizza bread. Appetizer and drinks were superb and after putting in our entree orders they were placed in front of us in under 20 minutes - fresh, hot and delicious! My wife again chose The Chop House for her birthday dinner celebration and for great reason! We came on her birthday, a Tuesday evening, for drinks and appetizers in the bar area. The gentleman working valet was very respectful and professional and while I can take or leave valet in most cases, he definitely added to the upscale experience of the entire night. Upon seating ourselves at a high-top, both bartenders on shift greeted us with huge smiles and very warm hello's. They are familiar faces to my wife's family and were genuinely happy to see us. Unfortunately, we learned my wife's family's favorite server, Debbie, recently retired but great for her! The bartenders were fabulous themselves. Service, personability, mixology skills were all top-notch. They fit the sophisticated vibe of the restaurant perfectly. We started with drinks of course! A Stoli Elit Martini with a twist, a Dirty Martini, an Apple Butter Old Fashioned, and a Tito's and Club. The drinks came out beautifully. Smooth, chilled. I ordered the Apple Butter Old Fashioned as I was intrigued, but skeptical. While I thought it was good, I'd prefer a regular or Smoked Old Fashioned to the Apple Butter. My wife loved it though. We ordered lots of food to split and each appetizer we picked was as good if not better than the next. The Tuna Nachos fresh and had a tropical, savory flavor with pineapple mixed in. The Kona Tips were tender, full of flavor coming from the Kona crust and sautéed mushrooms/onions, and were served in a skillet full of sauce perfect for soaking up with bread. I actually liked the Kona Tips appetizer more than I liked the Kona Crust I got on my NY Strip I ordered last year (the Strip was great I'd just prefer no Kona crust on the entree). The Flatbread De Jour was a Kona Tip flatbread, which you may call us crazy for ordering two Kona Tip inspired appetizers, but the Kona Tips are just that good. The Oysters we had were small (just how I like them) and were up there with the best Oysters I've had. We finished up with Fried Calamari. They were lightly battered, fried nicely, tender, and served over a bed of different hot peppers (when I say hot, I mean it!). Everything was delicious and there wasn't one appetizer we chose that I wouldn't order again or recommend to others. We did order a few more drinks throughout the night -- another Elit Martini and a Hendrix Martini with the appetizers and then Bailey's on the rocks and Frangelico on the rocks as after dinner, dessert drinks. We ordered a Brownie Sundae for the table for my wife's birthday while she was excused from the table and the bartender brought it out with a lit candle. The bartender also brought out a complementary miniature Crème Brûlée for my wife as she acknowledged The Chop House's Crème Brûlée as one of her favorites earlier in the night when we were talking about the menu. I thought the entire night went as good as you could have hoped. Valet, bar service, food, drinks, desserts, atmosphere. Everything was amazing and most importantly my wife had a great birthday. This is two years in a row we celebrated her birthday at The Chop House and I wouldn't mind seeing this turn into her birthday tradition.

He checked on us through out our meal to ensure we were enjoying our meal. We had the calamari and dozen raw oysters which were both fresh and delicious. It consisted of 4 cuts of steaks and my favorites were the filet and ribeye. They were seasoned perfectly and grilled medium rare. Our sides were mashed potatoes, CH hash browns, and grilled asparagus. The weakest link was the asparagus which were small in size but still tasty. I will definitely be back based on service, food and value. This is a perfect restaurant for celebrations, dates and casual dining. Definitely a gem of a restaurant. Will be back sooner than later.
