It just wasn't as great as the service as my first time at the midtown East location. It was obviously asymmetric so I had to ask for it to be fixed. I question this again as not much was done and was told there isn't a reduced fee for a clean up. She won't budge so I show her their website quotes $25, but refused to honor it.
