Easy right? No. Connecting to iTunes did nothing. I tried to back up my data. Couldn't do it. I even tried to just restore to factory settings but that didn't work either. I found Just Tech Solutions on Yelp and took my iPad over. Despite a few snafus in the beginning that were uncontrollable, Fred went above and beyond (the guy came in right before he left for vacation) to make sure my concern was checked and the issue would be taken care of. Jerry fixed my iPad and was diligent in calling me throughout the day to check in passwords, etc. Service was great and quick and it's a plus they are local.
