I went here about a month ago and I was very disappointed with the service. I made an appointment to have both a pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately, they didn't write down that I wanted both. After my manicure They did squeeze me in for a pedicure as long as I just had my toes painted. Thats all they did was paint my toes. No water no extra, but they charged me the same price. I went to image nails and spa about a month ago for a pedicure, it was mediocre. They charged me an additional $5 to take the old shellac off of one toenail plus an additional fee to use my card. But overall it was not bad. I had another appointment today for 2pm. I am leaving tonight for the airport. At 1:50 I get a call stating that they do not have time for me and canceled my appointment. I had dip manicure. I consider myself very picky and I noticed some patchy nails and asked if she could fix it and she filed my nail more and I said that's not good. I asked her again and she said it was fine and that it was my nail. I let that go, same day I go back to work and one nail chipped. Unfortunately I work nights and I'm sleeping when they open. I've been coming here off and on for many years. It's very inconsistent. You can't tell if you are going to get the super sweet and customer service oriented people or the super snotty I'm doing you a favor by condescending to do your nails people. It seems like I can go about 4-6 times then wait a year and try it again. $45 to have to argue with the technician throughout the service is too much. She was on the phone, texting, not paying attention and had to redo my thumb twice. She and the guy who says he's owned the salon for 10 years informed me it was my fault for not drying my thumb correctly. They have so many color options and I LOVE the mirror polish she showed me. Her recommendation was exactly what I was looking for! I have visited several times in the past few months. Most experienced have been positive. However, the last nail tech was so unprofessional! She messed up on several nails and I had to come back 4 days later bc one of my acrylics broke off. She admitted she forgot a step when I came back to have it fixed. She fixed it then said, "don't pay me to fix it but give me a tip!". I knew she had been told to fix it for free from the manager. I thought I misheard her so I asked her to repeat what she said. She said it again "don't pay me, but you give me a tip". The nail she fixed was horrible looking. She rushed and was upset she had to fix her mistake. The nail is super think with acrylic gel and it doesn't line up with my cuticle. I recommend this place for pedicures but not acrylics. Pros: salon is clean and most services are quick and timely (you do need an appointment) Overall, I would recommend this place, just the nail tech I had was rude and unprofessional. read more

Technician was sloppy and rude. She was horrible. Excess paint on my skin and didn't even properly paint the nails. Gaps that look like I had my nails done a week ago. Also she cut my finger and no apology. Accidents happen but this was especially bad. My nails look like trash. I thought I had found a good spot but the lady today ruined my experience. I have been a client here at this location when it was Dream Nails for the last 5 years. It recently changed ownership and is now Image Nails and Spa. I've been going the last few months under the new ownership to get my nails done and have had a great experience. Everyone has been very nice and professional and I loved my nails. I decided to get a pedicure on 12/21. The day after, my big toe began hurting. I was leaving for a trip to Vegas for Christmas in the morning and by 12/23 my toe and foot were swollen and I couldn't walk on it. I was in a ton of pain. I ended up at an urgent care with cellulitis, (staff infection) which the doctor said she had seen many times caused by pedicures. I have never had cellulitis in my life and this was the first time I had a pedicure under the new ownership. The clinic refused to accept my medical insurance and I had to pay for the visit, shot of antibiotics and prescriptions out of pocket. I had a hard time walking around Vegas due to pain sand swelling. Really put a damper on my Christmas plans. I contacted Image Nails and Spa and the owner told me they sterilize their tools after every use and they use a liner every time in their pedicure chairs. I don't remember a liner being used. Of course she said there is no way this could have been caused by them. All I know is that I have never had cellulitis ever. I get a pedicure, then I end up with it, almost immediately after the pedicure. The owner said it must have been from an ingrown nail. I have photos of my infected toe and non infected toe and you can clearly see I don't have an ingrown toenail. If anything, they could pay me for my visit to urgent care and the antibiotics I had to buy. I have posted pictures here to show others what to watch out for! read more

Got plain (not gel) manicures for 3 people. When it came time to pay was told it was $60! She said they raised prices $5 due to Covid. I didn't see any signage indicating a price increase. I run a small business and have had to incur expenses due to Covid but would never consider raising my prices. She never once tried to up sell me on services! I appreciate that! Did a great job with my ingrown toenails. Painted them perfect. Even offered to change the color if I didn't like what I picked. I was a little late and she still took her time with me. Never felt like she was in a hurry. Maria did a very nice massage too. I like that she remembered my name. All the nail techs are very talented and they usually have one for walk-in or same day appointments. They also offer complimentary wine, mimosas, coffee or tea!
