This place was a dream come true for me. I had a small burst capillary on my cheek from having such fair skin (apparently due to sun damage, even though if you saw me you would see I clearly don't go in the sun much). Nonetheless, it bothered me for 2 years! I had temporary electronic pulses or zaps (forget their name) done at a dermatologist, but it always came back in less than a month and was never even completely gone. That doctor told me IPL would be too expensive and these temporary zaps were a cheaper solution... Wrong! Each time, I had to get a referral from my PC ($30), then pay the derm co-pay ($30) which going twice was more than what I paid at Image Perfect and I have permanent results now. $100 for one spot. Free consultation. They worked around my schedule and called me faithfully for reminders and event post treatment follow up. They even had me come back for a small extra treatment to make sure they'd gotten everything at no extra cost. Again, $100 out the door. No hidden fees. Great service. I recently completed a 4 session full leg laser hair removal. The laser was not that painful and did not require numbing gel. The facility is also very clean. The staff is very friendly. My provide was Michael and she was amazing! You get a free consult and they are very upfront about their prices and also no pressure sales. They do not try and force you into a choice right that minute but rather will do a test patch for you and let you decide if you want to committee. Personally I did a test patch and then waiting a few days to see how my skin responded before i called back and committed. Do note that payment is due upfront in full before your sessions. Sessions are series of 4 as more than that doesn't mean better results and they are spaced out every 6 to 8 weeks. It took about 30 to 40 minutes total per session. I am thinking about also getting a Brazilian and underarm combo package and if i do decide to do that I will definitely come back here! read more

You absolutely got what you pay for! I had laser hair removal top up done at another much cheaper Irvine location. $220 and 5 sessions later NOTHING had changed at all. Then i got an email from IPL talking about laser hair removal specials. I didn't even know they did this! So i called them up. It turns out the specials are for first time hair removal clients. But as i only need top up work done it will be even cheaper for me! $150 for 30 mins of zapping. That was ample time to cover underarms, bikini and lower legs and after just ONE session - ONE! - everything is gone again. Amazing! They have a new machine that nixes it all in one hit. I'm so glad i called now. I knew from previous experience that this place actually delivers on their promises. They've knocked it out of the park yet again. Not the cheapest but the only place i trust to do what they say they will do and honestly, after all the money i have spent over the years on sub-par treatments elsewhere, they are worth every cent for the results they give you. Today was my first visit here and I had a very excellent experience. When I called to make my appointment the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I quickly got a call back from another receptionist to ask for my pharmacist location to send over a prescription for the numbing cream. Very quick and extremely professional. By the way use the numbing cream it really helps. Put it on generously and in a bigger area then you might think. When arriving at my appointment I thought I was lost but the address is correct on this website. The ladies in front were so welcoming and very helpful. I w ent in and I am a very shy and modest person but getting my bikini lasered was not uncomfortable or embarrassing. I felt very relaxed and secure. Okay so you get laser hair removal and start finding yourself looking at other girls in their bikinis and grossing out on their 5:00 shadow in all the wrong areas and you pride yourself on how brilliant you are that you found Teresa and company at Image Perfect Laser. Now I find myself looking in the mirror and skipping a generation.........I'm not looking at myself and seeing my mother, I'm seeing my grandmother! Remember that generation saying "Oh deary you'll get the same liver spots too one day" Liver spots?? Heck if they were really caused by my liver I would have only needed to tattoo a few blank spots for a perfect tan due to my Martini habit :). But no, Sun and Pregnancy caused these ugly oversized freckles on my face, chest and legs. I talked with Teresa about my dilemma and she suggested IPL. The first round she zapped all the spots off my face & chest. They disappeared and just like she said, no scarring or scabbing. They just went away in less than a week. The legs are more stubborn and take longer just as she said but I'm already wearing skirts again since the spots are so much lighter. Teresa is incredible! My skin hasn't looked this amazing in years...I just turned 40 and wanted a little non-invasive pick-me-up. I had IPL with microneedling right after, in the same session. I thought it was mostly painless, but I do have a high pain threshold. I was slightly pink and a little sensitive the first 24 hours, but Charice at the front desk (also very helpful and knowledgeable) and Teresa told me to expect that. Honestly, it was not as intense as I was expecting. I could absolutely continue my day with some sunscreen and a hat on. I felt a little dry the next couple of days but they give you a serum to apply that hydrated me instantly. It's been a week since the treatments and people are complimenting my skin all day long...I had lunch w/a gf that asked if I had gotten cheek fillers. I notice a significant difference in pore size and tone, and my small pigmentation spots are lighter. I have 2 more treatments booked, as is recommend, and can't wait for even better skin!! I visited this place only once so far for a hair removal laser treatment, and I love it! The intake process was great with the nurse educating me on the different types of lasers and thoroughly explaining the whole process. I've done laser before in several places and I felt I learned more in that one hour than I've gotten to know in a couple of years. She also did a patch test to allow assessment of the pain level, which was non-existent. The best part was after I came for an appointment to do multiple touch up areas and the results I saw after. Both myself and my husband had incredible results from one touch up session and can definitely tell that the laser is effective. Wish there were less than one star available. Went in for thigh hair removal after hormone treatment gone awry. Procedure was done by Michael who was very professional and experienced. Very painful procedure despite lidocaine cream. The next day, I had white hot red welts all over my treatment area. It itched and drove me crazy. After another day, they got back to me and phoned in a prescription for cortisone cream. When I was still losing my mind, they offered advice to put ice on the area and use oral benadryl to lessen the effects. Two weeks later, they told me to come in to be looked at. They said the procedure was not for me even though it took 4 sessions to complete. This was just a CYA on their part to document in the notes that I looked fine. Outcome: the treatment area would heal in time although the hair would grow back. I have red polka dots all over my legs. I asked for a refund since the treatment could not be done. Greedy Dr. Zetrenne refused to return the first $300. All the pain, trips to the pharmacy, sleepless nights, and no satisfactory procedure, wasn't worth a refund. Stay away! This clinic operates under a greedy, uncaring plastic surgeon and there is no treatment outcome guarantee or fiduciary compensation when it does not work. read more

I got the best IPL treatment from Teresa. I sought help for discolorations resulting from acne, pregnancy, and just plain aging I guess. I had a rather large age spot on my cheekbone (on the side that sees the sun when i drive) and after one treatment, it LITERALLY fell off my face. I don't know how it did that but I am now free of that spot. It was so amazing that I brought my mom in for a treatment as well. I also got a raspberry spot treated by her YAG laser which also worked. This was especially impressive since this was a spot that had been treated by a UCI dermatologist (twice!) and had come back within weeks, both times. I am so ecstatic about the wonderful work that Teresa does. My friends have remarked that my skin looks brighter, even though I didn't tell them I got the treatment. I just received my second IPL treatment with Teresa and she is fantastic! Not only is she a thoughtful and well-informed care provider, but the treatment is beyond any other laser I've tried. The IPL laser is amazing for removing brown spots that I have had ever since getting pregnant 21 years ago!
