The perfect place to stop in for a beer while shopping, watching movies, or dinning out. If you can't stay, You can get a beer in a growler to go! The location is smaller then most bars, but has both bar and high top table seating. If you are bringing a large group, I would contact the location prior to your visit to make appropriate accommodations. The beers are delicious and new beers arrive often. Imbib does not serve food, but it is located next to Burger IM. You are free to order Burger IM, bring it to Imbib, and chow down while you enjoy a beer, or a flight of beers. The staff is super friendly they will switch out your drink if you do not like it. Do not be afraid to ask. There's not many choices on tap but there are canned options including wine! We showed up and there is patio seating with cute lights and the inside is open to the patio which I thought was cool. It wasn't too busy so we were seated immediately. We ordered cheese curds as our appetizer and they were large and the amount we were given was awesome! We took some home! We ordered the German and the Basque. The basque tasted really good! They didn't have the lamb sausage in stock so I settled for the chorizo one. I really enjoyed! The German was good as well. The fries were perfectly salted! We got the cinnamon pretzel for dessert and the custard was the best part. We do wish the pretzels didn't have the sauce glazed over it though. The service was good. Our waitress was nice but she didn't check on us very often and we would have to flag her down a few times but I think it's because they were low staff? Overall, it was good but a little pricey for what we got. I did end up going home with the worst heartburn though :( read more

This was my first time going to the "Eats" side at IMBIB's Sparks location since they opened it. The vibe was fairly quiet with only a couple other patrons seated around the restaurant. It was earlier in the evening so we may have beat the dinner crowd. The server quickly seated us in a booth and we ordered drinks. I was able to choose 5 different beers for their flight, and it was delivered to our table in no more than two minutes. That was pretty consistent throughout the night, their VERY quick service. The flight was delicious and the pickled eggs complemented the beers nicely. I also got the American Sausage which came out loaded with various ingredients which made it a filling meal. The food was impressive and I'm planning on trying the German sausage next time we're out that way. 5/5 read more

Great beer, and a wide variety to choose from. Their menu isn't too heavy on the IPAs, which I appreciate -- but don't get me wrong there are still options! Sausages and brats are the menu specialties and do not disappoint The Bavarian pretzel and authentic mustard are awesome. Another menu highlight is the Miso Glazed Salmon. This has been perfectly cooked and flavorful each time we have had it. The beer list is super impressive and covers all of the styles you could want. They brew sours, lagers, a variety of German beers, IPAs and big and barrel aged beers. They also have a full bar with some tasty specialty cocktails. Service is always friendly and attentive. We tried the sausage sampler, poutin & the pickled eggs. The pickled eggs were beet pickled & turmeric pickled. Both amazing and served with a nice bowl of pickled veggies & house-made mustard (the mustard is fantastic)! The poutin is a great size for sharing and had just the right amount of cheese curds, gravy & all the flavors together were perfect. The sausage sampler platter includes seafood sausage, pork, all beef and lamb. Their source is Butcher Boy which is awesome with support for another local business. Also on the sampler sausage board is kimchi, sauerkraut, pickled veggies and the house made mustard. Massive selection of beers and all the food we had tasted very good. We had The Argentinian with the potato salad and the Bavarian pretzel. Very yummy I do think the chimichurri was missing from our Argentinian as I didn't see it on it and the outside of the pretzel was oily so it was a little messy to eat with your hands, but again everything tasted great. I'll start of with, the food was decent. The ambience was okay. We were the only occupied table in the restaurant. There was 5 in our party. When we arrived we were seated promptly. Our server came and took our drink orders. After about 10 minutes our drinks were delivered. We then waited about 15 minutes until she came back to take our food order. Our food was delivered quickly. After that it was all down hill. Our server didn't bother to follow up with us. I needed a refill of my coke so I stood up and made eye contact with her talking to her coworkers. She then waited until she was done with her conversation with them to see what I needed. After that we didn't hear from her and I had to flag down the woman working at the front door for another refill. We didn't have her come to see how our dining experience was going until we were just about done. I doubt I'll return to the restaurant. If a manager bothers to read this she's the server with the short hair. This may just be my opinion but I believe a server is there to provide an excellent dining experience, which mine was not. read more

Lovely dinner here with my husband and 2 year old. We're longtime fans of IMBIB beer and the menu here pairs perfectly with their always interesting beer selection. The food is not cheap but this isn't average bar food, the quality of ingredients is there and we left full! I am very glad to see one of our local breweries here at Legends. I take it as a very good sign when craft producers can break into big shopping centers like this, as it offers the throngs of customers a chance to enjoy some really great drinks from one of the best brewery in our region. IMBIB consistently brews absolutely phenomenal beers, and has gone a great way in making folks in northern Nevada appreciate sours and barrel-aged beers. At the new location you'll find a lot of your favorites and newer rotating brews on tap. To name just a few; The Micro Dust is a very good session IPA, the Oatmeal Milk Stout is always very delicious on nitro, and the Raspberry Nevada Weiss is quite a tart and refreshing brew. There is also wine available, and some of their alcoholic slushies, should you want something other than beer. You can get beer to-go in crowler and growler fills, and there is also a selection of their bottled products in the side fridge case. So now you can pick up a gift for the beer lover in your life when you do some of your other holiday shopping around the Outlets. Prices are pretty much on par with other craft beer establishments in this town. Depending on the type of beer you order, prices start at about $6 per pint and go up from there. There is no food available for purchase, apart from some small bagged snacks, but they do provide menus for some of the myriad restaurants in the mall, and you are welcome to bring your food orders into the taproom to enjoy along with your beer. Service has been very friendly the few times I've stopped in, and is pretty on point, even during very busy times. The taproom itself has a great aesthetic to it. A few spots at the bar, some tables, and a big roll-up door which should makes for a great open atmosphere in the nicer weather. The one major drawback to this location, however, is the size, as it is quite tiny. And given the combination of the amount of people passing through the mall, and their own popularity, this place can get very full, very fast, and you may not be able to find a seat. All in all, however, I am thrilled to have IMBIB over here. I come down to Legends for movies all the time, and it will be a real pleasure to make the taproom a regular stop to snag a pint before or after the show. Absolutely love this location. This is perfect after a day of shopping. I was lucky enough to check them out for a Yelp event and hadn't had their beers yet. We started with their Pilsner which honestly blows other pilsners out of the water and will be my go to summer boat beer this year! We stayed because of the awesome service and great first beer and went for their Wednesday deal 20% off on flights! We got 10 beers in our flight and tried almost everything on the menu which is sour heavy but had a great mix of other beers as well! My favorite and new breakfast beer is the coffee stout. It tasted like a delicious thick cold brew coffee. 10/10 would recommend. They also had amazing sours! Get in here! IMBIB is a wonderful mini-taphouse to come to and enjoy a few drinks once you're done with your shopping or, like I usually experience, while your spouse is still out shopping. Prices here are incredibly reasonable for the quality of beer you're getting - even more so during Monday-Wednesday when there is a promo every day. Monday is my favorite, which is 20% off of regular pours. The atmosphere is incredibly tame and quiet, with people regularly bringing their children in. I have been maybe five times and have yet to encounter anything like a bar or larger brewery may have. They have no significant food available, but there are places nearby, and they allow you to bring in food. I never caught the name of any of the bartenders, but they are both (may be more than two...) very nice and attentive, and aren't stingy with encouraging you to have some tasters before committing to a beer. IMBIB will especially stand out to those who love sours, as they have no shortage of them. They also have begun having alcoholic slushies, which have been hit or miss for me but a hit with my girl and my mom. I wouldn't call this place an attraction, but it is a fantastic spot to hit if you're shopping at the outlets. read more

We had never been here before but decided to visit before seeing a movie next door. The gal working was super nice and friendly and Both our beers came out really quickly! She was very attentive to a full house as well. Lots of options to choose from as well as some cool take home growlers + cans and bottles in the fridge as well. The music playing was also very chill and made me feel comfortable to hang out. Seems like a good place to bring groups since they have many 6 top tables. Oct 15th, 2023, at approximately 5:45 pm Sunday at Sparks location. I counted 12 customers including myself, 6 staff total (2 cooks on the line) ordered 1-burger w/ salad and 1-brat w/ salad TO GO. I had a beer while waiting at the bar. Took about 40 minutes to get my food. Brat was barely warm, bun was hard. Took food home only to discover that the brat was also burnt black on one side, and only measured only about 4 inches in length. I asked why it was taking so long for a simple to go order and it being slow. The bartender simply said oh its busy and the kitchen got orders all at once. For reference I counted a seating capacity for approximately 150 PEOPLE. Pathetic for an $18 brat and a $16 burger. The beer was the only good thing here. Advice grab a 6 pack and pick up IN-OUT burgers on the way home. read more

Almost like they were using the rice to fill the dish to look like more food. The dish was $24. and was not worth the price. My husband order the appetizer Sausage around the World platter as his meal....it came out cold. We made mention of it to a waitress. She never said what she was going to do about it and 15 mins later she brought one type of the sausages out hot. Overall.....we were disappointed.
