Everything in it from the meat to the lettuce to the dressing was all fresh and just the right amount of everything. One of my other favorite sandwiches is the Thanksgiving one..good cranberry..not runny gross sauce.. They do have fresh made cookies , brownies and different kinda of cold salads. They used to have racks of different kinds of bread they made and I loved it.. I used to buy some bread to make sandwiches at home. They were perfectly sized and at a good cost. But they dont have the racks out anymore. Which is sad. Besides being pricey and some little changes , the food and quality is still good in my opinion. Now, they best thing about eating there was all the seating they had. They get really busy alot and they would have tables through out the gas station..but they gas station was bought and almost everything changed. Half the seating, everything rearranged and kinda lost its charm/vibe.. the employees at both the gas station and deli aren't rude but they never really seem happy or just having a good day and not sure what to think of that. This 8 inch sub seems like a 12inch sub (ONLY COMPARING SIZE) from subway or port a subs. The bread is wide. The medium sub and chips was 2 meals for me and I was overly full both times. You do pay a little more than port a subs or subway but the quality is way better. If you are in a hurry, do not come here near lunch time. Maybe placing an order for pick up is best for those in a hurry. They are popular so wait times can be a while during peak hours. (like lunch) I would say this place is worth checking out. I plan to go back again and try a few other things. Today they had clam chowder as the soup......I was so close to ordering that too. I am happy I didn't! I would be miserable right now trying to eat all that food!

I do not like Pepsi, so I usually choose a can of Waterloo. If you join the loyalty program, you get $5 off on your birthday. I appreciate the loyalty rewards, but the real loyalty comes from the quality and the service. The folks working are always pleasant and prompt. The workers were also very confused on how to ring things up and what was included in a kids meal and had to come by the table for us to remind them what we ordered on a sandwich because they didn't understand the ticket produced by their machine. They had to call the owner to get help. The worst part is it took forever to get out sandwiches. We had places 2 orders. The first one came out after about 20 minutes. But another 20 minutes went by and we had not heard a peep from anyone. So I went to the register and there were no customers. I told them I was checking on our order and they looked confused.
