While passing through the area, after a long day of travel we were hungry and looking for something to be delivered. The Cesar salad was fresh, filling, and delicious. The all meat pizza was delicious, especially with the nice thin crust, and the provolone bites were piping hot when they arrived. the food was awful ..i should had know something was not right when the online order arrived at my home about 20minutes after it was confirmed .. i bought the spagetti and meatballs ..and a side of garlic bread ..and a cold BLT sandwhich .. lets start with the delivery guy ..they sent some kidd who was mumbeling something at me ..when he passed me my food ..the dooode was creepy as hell ya all ..it's always nice when the weird delvery person now knows your address ...i didnt feel any better about my experience knowing that person had custody of my food .. so i bring it in ..i open the spagetti and the tops of the meatballs look burnt and there sits this tub of spagetti noodles and sauce and it dont look like nuffin in the menu or the pics on the website ..so i got that going for me .. the whole dish tasted stale and leftover from the last shift ..i could not finish it .. so i try eating the cold BLT sandwhich i got ..the bread was hard and stale as well ..im sitting there pondering should i really take all of this stuff back and demand a refund ..but i was pressed for time ..so i picked apart the sandwhich and ate what i could ..and threw a good 80% of what i purchased into the trash .. that whole lunch debacle costed me 35 dollars after i tipped the creepy driver they have ... i will never ...never...ever...never ...never ...ever...never ...spend a dime in that store again ..i really think IMOS should come and looks and see what that store is doing ..it needs something more than it has now .. sad but true ... read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This place was nasty and their staff were horrible and rude to us. The restaurant and everyone in it smelled like mold and the bathroom is no better not clean looks like the staff jerk off in it. And one boy I think his name was Craig I hope was let go after the way he treated me and my kids. He was extremely responsive rude like I was the reason for all his problems. He looked at my two kids in a scary way and kept looking at his phone. Don't eat at this place. read more

Red meat makes me sick. Specified pizza sauce with my provel bites, and got a salad. Got ham in my salad, meat sauce. Sure, okay, whatever. It's because their prep table is covered in various meats. This IMO's restaurant is located on Fehling Road in Granite City near the high school baseball field. I believe it opened in the late 80's or early 90's. The restaurant is your typical IMO's Pizza location. The owner Ron Sack is a hands on owner an you can often find him manning the cutting table at least four days a week. The quality of the food is good and fresh. They offer a wide variety of lunch specials. read more

I was traveling through the St Louis area and it was late and this was one of the only places open for delivery. I ordered a pizza and cheesy garlic bread online. I noticed that the selections said no Provel cheese. I was confused as I never heard of this. I commented that I wanted no Provel and to please substitute mozzarella. They called me and said they don't have mozzarella. They assured me that the Provel was delicous. How wrong they were. I could only stomach to small pieces of pizza and two bites of the cheesy garlic bread. The cheese is kind of like plastic. Over an hour later I still have a nasty aftertaste in my mouth from this Pizza. The Provel cheese must be a St Louis thing. I doubt my dog would eat this pizza. read more

We were staying overnight at the Journey KOA in Granite City. Tired and hungry when we arrived, we asked the KOA desk people who delivered pizza. They gave us an IMO's menu. We were happy with the variety on the menu so we called and ordered. (6 people). Delivery was on time as promised. Food was hot and fresh. The delivery person and the lady who took the order were very friendly (don't forget to tip the person taking the order). This was a great choice after spending 14 days on the road. My order was messed up. I called she said she would credit my account but today I found out she did not. I have never been treated so bad by multiple employees one of them being a manager. Apparently there's nothing I can do until the girl that took my order last night comes back on Sunday night. I ordered my food on a Thursday night. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We just moved here from St Louis and wanted some baked spaghetti from Imo's its one of our favorites. All I can say is it looked like puke I wouldn't want to go back to anyones house who I had delivered that to. This location stole our $20 and wont ever see another dime from me. Next time we will drive the 12 miles back to the Morganford location in St Louis. The spaghetti itself was ok but way way too much sugar it was obvious. And the garlic bread looked like it was chopped up and put back together be wary. read more

I am giving this four stars because I am not a fan of the flavor of the pizza, however the service was good and prompt. The pizza was cooked just right, not overdone or doughy. The cracker crust was good and it had a good amount of cheese. It was also a reasonable price and the restaurant looked very clean. This is my first time having Imo's so I thought it wouldn't be fair to give this location less stars when the only thing I wasn't crazy about was the flavor of the actual pizza. I think it's the cheese that Imo's uses, so if you have tried imo's and liked it, then I recommend coming to this location! It wasn't gross it's just that I have had such amazing pizza in Chicago and St. Louis style pizza just can't compare. read more

I went with my family to Imo's for dinner - which cost about $50. We got our order for dine-in, but when they handed us our pizza it was in a to-go box. No big deal, that has happened before so we didn't think anything of it. My husband asked if that was our pizza, and the worker said yes and gave it to him. Come to find out it was another customer's pizza. The manager, Andrew Imo, said it was no big deal - not our fault. There was a table with other guests that were being very loud and very vulgar. I have always thought this was a family restaurant, so I let the manager know so maybe he could ask them to tone it down a bit. Instead, the manager comes up to my table and says "I don't know what you want me to do about it. I'm not happy about it, but I'm also not happy that you took a pizza that you didn't pay for." WOW! I explained to the manager it was simply a mistake. I took out my debit card and repeatedly insisted on paying for the mistake pizza, to which he refused repeatedly. I left the uneaten pizza on the table. It was my mistake that I asked him to do his job and speak to that other table, or expected him to manage his establishment I guess. Lesson learned - I will never eat here again and if you want a nice, family friendly dining experience I suggest going somewhere else. read more

Visited this quite little place to take our car for shipping overseas since we are a military family. Ordering was easy for delivery into our hotel. Just had the idea to order my sandwich without mayonnaise and that Did not happen. Plus we had a lasagna and there where no forks for us to actually be able to eat it. Must be young people running that place. My husband said it all was tasty just had to wash his hands good after. read more

The pizza was delivered in the time frame they gave me. That was probably the only reason I gave them two stars. And the wings were good. But the pizza was not hot, didn't taste fresh. The salad dressing was sweet. (Red wine vinaigrette) the ranch for the wings was good, so if ordering a salad beware of Sweet salad dressings! Definitely won't order from them again. read more

I give Imos in Granite City three stars because normally my experience there is great, but tonight on the other hand wasn't I ordered the "great taste of st.Louis" box and the pizza was great but it also comes with ravioli cinimos and provel bite.. well the provel bites were under cooked they said because it sat in the box with the pizza it just seemed like that but the cheese wasn't even melted and the cinimos had no icing on them. Well I work in the restaurant industry I know how it is when people complain but I just spent $30 with them I would expect a nice meal for my family I simply called and they said they would replace my cinimos which they did and that was great but they lady that came back to deliver them was extremely disrespectful I was about to apologize for complaining but you would think she would apologize but no she flew my screen door open and threw the box at me and said there you go and walked off didn't close the screen door didn't apologize really wanted to call again but didn't see the point they obviously don't care about their costumers and I know it was a mistake but she should have been nicer about it as well as the manager my experience was not good kinda disappointed in them I've always loved choosing them.. sadly no more read more
