Update: This place is second to none. Back to add another picture of another amazing lunch! Came in today for lunch. Ordered an Imo's Lunch Special with a sandwich and a side of chips (pictured), an appetizer of garlic cheese bread, and an ice water - although the special comes with a fountain drink. The garlic cheese bread came out shortly after my drink was received. The sandwich came out shortly after the last bite of the appetizer was finished. Everything was perfectly toasted, and hot. It was delicious, as well as filling. The server brought me my box and bill before I could even ask for it! Great service, great food, and great establishment. I'm a sweet tea gal.. not super sweet. Well I ordered a sweet tea and it was awful.. I told the server the sweet tea is very unsweetened.. she told us.. sorry the boss tries to save money but when he's not there we never get any complaints cause we make it.. please consider taking your employees opinions.. saving a few bucks ain't worth it. read more

I ordered a meatball sub and had it delivered. It was ok- a gigantic mess to eat without utensils. It was enough for two meals.

Pizza was not traditional pizza and had some type of of cheese that was just overwhelming the entire pizza. Service was fine not outgoing and friendly. The ambience!!! This place was so filthy it was not at all busy. Tables were cleared off but none of them wiped down. Carpet was completely full of ugly black stains and had a terrible odor. So bad that we changed our pizza to go. This place needs a deep cleaning,, reconsideration of their pizza ingredients , and employees need a brush up course in cleanliness/presentation, personal hygiene and pizza restaurant management. It takes a strong manager to bring this restaurant to a decent level but it can be done with training, patience and fairness. read more

Very nice atmosphere good place for a Groups. Reasonably price very friendly staff and very accommodating. Great Caesar salad. The pizza was very good. Plenty of toppings. The staff made a specialty pizza for my wife with no extra trouble that wasn't listed on the menu. Highly recommend this place. It seems to me that some of the other reviewers were disappointed because they expected gourmet pizza. It's not gourmet pizza, but it's good for what it is. It reminds me of one of the lower priced frozen pizzas that you would buy again. We shared a large pizza and wings for $20. It's hard to come by decent food for that price eating out these days. This place was recommended by some friends and they said something about the Proval cheese and the way St. Louis makes their pizza so of course I had to try it for myself and before leaving St. Louis Missouri I wanted to be able to try the famous St. Louis Pizza and of course they're famous butter cake and I am not disappoint at all. The portion was amazing there is so much to go around. We ordered the large and the medium meat, lovers pizza and also The vegetarian pizza and we could even finish because the portion was so big that we had to take some back with us for the road and I'm glad that we tried it because Dao I could put that under my belt as a bucket list as a one thing that must be tried with visiting St. Louis Missouri. Stadler super friendly they kept on coming around to refill our water and our drinks and it's like bottomless soda so thank you for that and the restaurant itself is a good decent sized with a lot of tables and chairs and it was easy enough for us to move chairs and tables around to accommodate a large group, and even with that we found a little section in the backside where we kind of have our own little area to congregate to talk stories, into kind of mingle with other friends and family so that was a bonus to have that little section in the back all to ourselves. read more

I ordered online delivery to a hotel I was staying at for work! Easy online registration and order process! I got a medium 2 topping ham, pineapple, light cheese and a large dinner salad but I added turkey , ham, xtra cheese, green pepper and onion! I also got a garlic cheese bread! When you walk in you can pick where to seat as there are menus on every table or you can walk right up and order from the counter. Their bathrooms were very clean which is a plus. Service was excellent and they offered draft beers in a couple of varieties. They also have pizza specials weekly. We tried the toasted ravioli and created our own pizza. If you order a large or medium you can change your crust type as it will automatically come out thin (that's what the waitress said they're known for). Another plus...the veggies (except jalapeños are fresh). Overall, pizza was good...not the best I've ever tried but good. I wouldn't mind coming back and trying something different on the menu. read more

Rude and inappropriate delivery driver. Acted like he had no idea what I ordered. Tried to give me food that I didn't order. Yet wouldn't give me the food that I had in fact ordered. Finally after much hesitation and confusion on his part he gave me part of my order. While taking my partial, paid for order to my kitchen counter I asked him to keep my storm door closed as it was over 90 degrees Saturday June 24th and with all of the dithering my cool air was escaping my home. After asking him twice to please keep my storm door closed, I returned from my kitchen to see the driver standing boldly in my door way with both my storm door and front door wide open, and my pet intching towards the open doors. The punk deliver driver stood there with a smirk on his face looking very pleased with himself. He again tried to give me a pizza box. I hadn't ordered pizza. I literally had to shoo him out of my house close both of my doors and walk towards his vehicle th o retrieve the remainder of my order. This kid was either under the influence of drugs or alcohol or he was just a punk ass kid. Either way I doubt that it's the image that Rolla's Imos is trying to portray. I will save my money and enjoy Imos in St Louis where I expect I will receive professional and courteous service. read more

I ordered a foursquare to go. The pizza was overcooked to the point that it was hard like nearly burnt toast. The ravioli was overcooked, was hard around the edges. The cheese bread was okay. Very casual but comfy. Great food. Kinda pricy for what you get, but it is still really good, so I can swing it sometimes. Love the cheese balls and a pizza isn't a pizza without hamburger on it. They do a lot of fundraising nights which is really great. Their lot can be a little difficult to get out of if there's traffic. read more

I usually love this restaurant, their pizza never fails to fulfill my needs. But, tonight unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with two of the waitresses. Today, was the first time I went here with my family and we will not be returning. It was a waste of money. The pizza and service was terrible. We walked pass this place on our way to Slice of Pie. So, we decided to try it. When we ordered our food we decided to order an additional pizza for dinner. Worst idea we had because when we got our food the pizza immediately looked nasty, and that's exactly how it tasted. Didn't want to be rude so we are as much as we could, but wanted to cancel our additional order. We were informed that we had to pay for the additional pizza anyways. We didn't want to argue, so we paid for the pizza and told them they could keep it, we were not taking it with us. This pizza has me sick to my stomach and I love to eat. I see several comments on how poor the service is at this location. Don't let them fool you, I have been here dozens of times and never had a terrible experience. While it isn't my favorite pizza in town, it is much better than any major chain you will eat at. They have sandwiches and salads as well, so there is plenty to choose from. My favorite pizza combo is the bacon and mushroom, they use a white cheese an the crust is super crispy. The house salad is incredible and inexpensive, I always get one with my pizza. I am disapointed that so many people have had such a bad experience here, I hope you go and give it a try for yourself. read more

There is nothing good about this location except the pizza. 3/4 times my order has been wrong or items were forgot. Because of this I have resulted to carry out orders. My first carry out was today and I sat there and watched my pizza sit in a warmer while 4 different employees walked past me and no one acknowledged me. I had already paid, and the girl who took my money told me it was not ready. I sat there for 10 minutes, trying to be polite to the fact that it was a busy Saturday night. The toasted ravioli was amazing, the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese was so incredibly good and the cinnamon roll dessert was outstanding. Being from St. Louis I love Imo's and we tried this place several times and each time the pizza was very burnt and so hard it hurt to bite into some pieces. I had a great experience with carry-out at this Imo's Pizza location. I placed my order online and it was ready for pick-up in about 15 minutes. I am originally from St. Louis so of course I love the Pizza. Rolla is a great location, good seating and has a killer Monday special where the pizza is half off. Except you don't want to go on a Monday because they are packed and extremely understaffed. Although I have had multiple poor customer service experiences mainly on Mondays I still go back because the pizza is delicious. They could easily fix this by having at least two more waitresses staffed during peak hours on Monday. If you choose to go on another day and dine in you'll have a better experience by far. Ask for a waitress named Shayla, she is so sweet and really takes care of the customer. read more
