Terrible place to get work done. Paid to have my motorcycle towed and fixed. Then my motorcycle broke down with the same problem less than a week later and I was told I would have to pay again to have it towed and then for them to check it out again. I dont recommend this place to anybody. Not a beginner rider or pro. I bought 2 bikes from them. 1 was a gsxr and the 2nd a Daytona. The gsxr was a year ago and I bought a security system that was bad. They wouldn't refund my money back after 4 times of getting it replaced and spending weeks of giving it time to work. They then replaced it with a different company. That fixed the issue but I wanted my money back. No where did it say no refunds so they were full of crap. Now the Daytona... I bought it and they kept it over a month trying to fix it. I understand that those parts are hard to get but then it was told to me that I can just take the bike with the engine light on or they can just turn the light off. They told me the bike was ready, I pick it up and ride it to another motorcycle shop 13 to no more than 20 miles away to get it looked at. They took it around the corner and straight up told me to take it back because there is a tremendous amount of power that isn't there. There is major engine issue. I took it straight back to imotorsports. They claim I went over 90 miles when that was literally impossible. They said I am going off the paperwork. After they had it for the month, I am pretty sure they rode it or at least hoped they did to fix the issue. They charged me 500$ for no reason. The bike had a whole side of faring screws missing and tank bolts missing. If they don't care that much to where they miss obvious things like that then you should steer clear from that alone. This place is pure cheaters and liars. I would never go back for any reason except to get my money back. The ladies that work in the service department are great, I'm not sure about the mechanics but for people trying to sell bull crap at the high prices are truly a bunch of thives to its fullest. There is a way to sell garbage items HONESTLY.  Lastly I had a GPS issue on my gsxr. I wanted them to literally look and see if it's still in the bike and not stolen. They want to charge me 60 to literally just LOOK and say yes or no. They tightened a screw they said. It wasn't fully screwed into the battery apparently and they screwed it in.... 60 bucks. After hours of being there, I got on my bike and didn't get off the lot when my RPM's went up to 7k and stayed there even when not moving. I turned it off and went back and asked what happened.. they said they didn't do anything and when they opened my bike it looked like a bowl of spaghetti of wires. I won't blame them for something I don't know but I do know that my bike has never done that and they pretty much said they wernt liable. I rode my bike there with no issues and all of a sudden it starts acting up..... I cant stand the fact that they didn't even want to look at it. It was fine for me because I don't want to deal with them either. Stay away from this penny pinching place. It was nothing but problem after problem. read more

Avoid this dealership at all cost. I purchased a used 2016 Can-Am Spyder RT for $21,999. I had it for about 30-days, then decided to return it, expecting to take a loss (great vehicle, but not enough of a motorcycle experience for me). The dealership advertises "Guaranteed Highest Trade-in Value" and "No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction". They only offered me $17,000. I complained it was a $5,000 hit for 30-days of driving. The dealership responded, by text, "we can't buy them based on what we sold them for", which is another way of saying they overcharged me! These guys have larceny in their hearts. Shame. read more

Just got done riding at midnight bought my CBR at 5 pm and picked up at 7. Jason and the staff at imotorsports were awesome to deal with. Jason has been putting up with me stopping by every other week and siting on every bike possible. He called me told me he just got delivered exactly what I was looking for and literally I went in and bought it. Jason even waited an hour after closing for me to come back and pick up the bike. Was supposed to give my buddy a price on another bike and after 45 minutes of waiting we left. Ultimately purchased a bike from another shop. Stay away from this dealership. Especially don't shop with Eric Waxman. He is one of the most unprofessional sales reps that I have ever dealt with. As a repeat customer I tried to give him so many chances but he continued to just be a totally jerk to deal with. I bought 6 bikes from him in the past few years. He doesn't reward loyalty. Mind you multiple motorcycles that I bought from here I had to bring back because they were NOT serviced as promised. I bought a Hayabusa that I had to bring back because 2nd gear was gone. I bought a M109r again that wasn't serviced, by the time I got home the battery was dead! My latest purchase was I put a Harley on layaway, finally after the unprofessional nature of Eric Waxman threatening me to void my whole 2000 deposit I decided to cancel the layaway contract. I have multiple emails from Eric Waxman that will be posted soon if my situation isn't resolved. I dealt with Jason a sales manager who refused to refund my whole 2000. I only got 1000 back. So they basically kept a 1000 from me. I get there was a contract but after all the headaches that I dealt with you would think to make the customer happy they would have just given me a full refund. BUYER BE AWARE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. BIKERS DON'T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OR STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BECAUSE THEY DON'T SERVICE THEIR BIKES BEFORE THEY SELL THEM. Purchased a 2015 Can Am Spyder RT-S from this dealer and I must say I am impressed. I purchased from California and used the free shipping. Initially uncomfortable but found Jason Batory was there every step of the way. The business has some very positive google reviews, and some on the company website. I went ahead and made the purchase inspite of being a distant buyer. iMotorsports delivered! Even went so far as to send me a new wheel/tire combination due to having been delivered with small blem on one of the wheels. Amazing experience with all aspects of the purchase. I bought a bike from them and after waiting a week for servicing, I got a call that it was ready for pick up and i was excited.. Picked up my bike in February of this year and rode it home. I finally was able to take it for a real nice ride the 2nd weekend in April and to my surprise i couldn't, because the fan was not working which was causing my bike to over heat and the thermo light came on and within a matter of minutes there was coolant leaking from everywhere! I called them and explained to the service department what had happened and they said they would call me back, 1 week went by no call, so i called them again and again no return call. I believe they knew something was wrong with it and tried to cover it up. When the bike was taken to a bike shop they immediately saw the frayed wiring from the fan and when they traced the wires it led them to a ball of wires that really led no where. The reason that the light didn't come on in February was because it was almost 30 degrees when i rode it home so the bike remained cold. I bought this bike cash for 4500 and now im 2600 in massive repairs!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE, once they got there money they can care less about your safety. read more

Omg where do I begin. This place my treat you better if you're not black. Get any sales person except Erick Waxman. He's a nice guy but so full of shit. He's a terrible sales person. Very unorganized. He has no sense of urgency. He will make you wait for hours and keep taking customers without even addressing you. I also watched him lie to customers about their inventory. He told me on Wed that it would be 1 to 3 weeks on getting a Ryker put together to ride because they we backed up with orders but on Saturday when i went he seemed to have sold 5 to new customers. I'm like what??? What type of shit is that. He's Super Shady. It doesn't matter if they are close please go some where else. Cedar creek Wisconsin or leaders in Michigan are a better choice. This place is like being in lock up at the Police Station. He took my money said I was approved never called me back for 3 day bc he was busy with customers. So what the fuck am I? Once I had to pull up on him he had never ran my credit. He lied about sending my info in and took a deposit that I haven't got back yet. Dude this ain't the only bike place in the world. Let me start out by saying that the bike is everything they said it would be and I am so far pleased with that. As far as my overall experience not so happy! I initiated 90% of all communication as the buyer, Terrible! When I got there on 5/15/2021 and asked for Jessica or Thomas we waited 40 min before Jessica showed up to her desk after being paged, no urgency/respect for the customer. Granted the bike was already paid for and I texted both that I was coming on Saturday to pick up, When we talked to Jessica she took us out to see the Bike, covered with dust, not even cleaned? (They know I was coming) she told me she would get it taken care of. Then we waited for paper work, They already had our money, no rush, After signing all the paper work the bike was mine, I asked if I could have someone come out and give me a hand putting the bike in a trailers for me because I had never strapped one in before (big bike wanted help) They said sure, Crickets! No one ever came out, I had to use YouTube to help me. I know I was just a number and They didn't care because the sale was already there, But they really need to work on there Customer Service. When you pay that kind of money you just expect certain things, not the world just common respect and communication. I had a pretty poor experience overall with iMotorsports. I was trading in my bike, and purchasing a different bike from them. Let's start with the trade in. I contacted them via email first to get an idea of value for my bike. I specifically told the salesman, I don't live close to the dealer, so I don't want to make the drive if it's not going to be worth our time. The salesman said he completely understood and gave me a value of $7500-$8000 for the bike. That was good enough, so I brought it in. When I got there, he says, "the best we can do is $7000". And it had nothing to do with the condition of my bike, he said the owner isn't willing to do $7500+ because the bike will be tough for them to sell. We eventually worked it to $7200, but it's pretty disappointing that he couldn't have said that before I got there. He either gave me a value that he had no authority to, or that's a lame sales technique to get me in the dealer. Moving on the the bike I purchased. It was a 2016 Suzuki GSX-S1000, and it was advertised as having ABS by the website and the salesman. They don't allow test rides, or really much inspection at the dealer, but they did have a 24 hour no questions asked return policy. When I took the bike home, I realized that this bike did not have ABS. This was a $500 option from Suzuki. I still liked the bike, and I asked the salesman for a $500 discount since the price I paid was based on the bike having ABS. They absolutely refused to do anything about it, and gave me the option of returning the bike or keeping the deal. The most annoying part of the situation is the salesman completely agreed with me about the dealer being crazy for not refunding me anything. He just blamed it on his boss. So I ended up returning the bike over their incorrectly advertised bike. The only good part of the deal was that they kept to their word on the return policy. Everything else left a very poor impression of this dealer, and I'm very unlikely to ever go back. read more

Worst experience ever. Looking to finance a slingshot. First went through the pre-approval process, second completed the finance app on the web as well as sent a copy of DL to the sales person whom I was working with(Orlando Rios from the Elmhurst, IL location). For an entire week we was emailing back and forward on what was needed. The end off the week, yesterday (Friday) I decided to drop in to come find my application hasn't even been submitted to finance. Later yesterday, Orlando calls me and says he has final numbers for me and approval from the bank. Only thing I have to do is come in and sign the paper. I come today at 10am. Waited for 5hrs.. In the first two hours he states. The contract is being put together. Next two hours. He states," There's a issue with the VIN of the slingshot and they have to shipped another one from a different location. After another hour.. he, states," they have to refirgure the numbers and get the approval from the bank. I literally just spent five fucking hours for nothing. Another guy, paid for a bike in full a month ago. He was told he will be able to pick up his bike today at 10am. When I left because at the point I was entirely irritated .He was still there and the bike hasn't arrived. What a bunch of b*llsh*t. read more

Bought a used 2007 Suzuki Boulevard M109r in March.1 month later the clutch cable breaks. Get it fixed and when I pressed the clutch it was blowing the ignition fuse. I had to pay for another tow. They tried to blame me for the issue. Fault indicator is on after that. They fix the short but do nothing going about the FI issue. One month later the bikes differential goes out also damaging the rear end. They said 2 of the differential screws came loose. I give them the bike 2 days b4 I go on vacation. Telling them I will be gone for a week which gives them time to evaluate, price parts, and provide the warranty company with a quote. I call a week later and that wasn't even done. They wasted a week. Here we are 1 month later and I still don't have my bike back. I have lost 6 weeks of my riding season so far (and still clunting). It's like everytime they touch the bike something else happens. They have no sense of urgency or consideration that they are wasting time. All I know is i will never take my bike back there again for repairs. I would not buy a used bike from here either. It's like they don't check or inspect them. I would understand if they charged a reduced price for the bike knowing it might need something done to it but their prices are not that great. People purchase from a dealership instead of a private individual thinking that the dealership is a reputable company and it is safer. I no longer feel that way with I Motorsports. read more

Rick made the process very easy and I will surely be returning for future service on my bike. This is the best place I have found as for service.
