I was not in the market to purchase a motorcycle but wanted to check out one they had in the warehouse. I contacted the dealer & spoke with Eric for a quote. He got back to me as soon as he got the price on the bike. No pressure to come & see it or anything like that. So we went to check it out & we had Patrick help us look. Patrick was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the bike & then some. He also didn't even try to pressure me. It didn't feel like he's trying to make a sale. It was one of the best experiences we had when purchasing a car or furniture. Patrick took his time and again, very knowledgeable. It was like hangin out w/ a buddy talking about riding & bikes. Thank you Patrick & Eric. I'm very happy with my purchase, even though I wasn't in the market to buy. Also want to thank Thomas who helped with the financing. He, too, was very helpful & made the paperwork very easy. I wish car buying is as smooth as this purchase was.

They always have a great selection of new and used. Not just motorcycles, sidebysides, slingshots, canams and much more!

What can you not say? Imotorsports took great care of me! Mike Kay was my salesman, and from start to finish he was there! Gave me a great deal on my trade-in and took advantage of the $1500 trade-in credit from Polaris/Indian. Love the color love the bike and love this dealership! Billy in parts was amazing as well- hooking me up with all the bells and whistles. Highly Recommend!

Well, after looking around at various dealerships, I came across this one. I got in touch with Mike Kay and we talked for a little while as to what I was looking for. In the end we were able to work a deal and I am very happy with the customer service, follow through, and friendliness that I received while I was there. I can't wait to get the bike. It was a great experience and would do so again.

Had an unbelievable bait and switch experience while attempting to purchase a used bike. There were warning signs all along the transaction that individually didn't amount to much, but when viewed in retrospect clearly shows a well thought out bait and switch strategy. Clue 1 - when I offered to put down 1/3 the total price by e-check, was told I needed to fill out a credit application first. Ok ... who doesn't take a giant deposit? Clue 2 - the salesperson, Jessica, tells me she will return my call within 15 minutes of the credit check, which I had done online while we were talking by phone. Didn't call back the rest of the day. And I know there was no credit issue as my FICO score is over 800. Clue 3 - still didn't call the second day, so I have to call them in the afternoon. Clue 4 - Jessica tells me my credit is great. And which bike do I want? Really? You didn't take down any information when we talked the day before? Clue 5 - I receive a call back from Jessica within 15 minutes to tell me someone else put down a $300 deposit on that bike this morning. You turn down a several thousand dollar down payment for a $300 deposit??? Clue 6 - Jessica then offers to sell me a new bike "for just a couple thousand dollars more" than the bike I wanted to purchase. I refused to continue any transaction at this point. Clue 7 - called and asked to speak with the sales manager, who, of course, wasn't available and never returned my call. Clue 8 - three days later the bike I wanted to purchase is still posted for sale online. In short, this was the slickest bait and switch I have ever encountered. Stay away from these people.

I went to 4 motorcycle dealerships and many were very cold and rude .....I was looking to purchase a new bike and stumbled upon imotorsports which had the bike that caught my eye but upon entering everyone was very nice and ready to help with all my questions and concerns which the others didnt care at all the other places were pushy as well but this place was not at all it was actually a fun experience NILO was FANTASTIC! i purchased my bike and also had them add freedom fishtail pipes and some other goodies and when i pirchased some other items elsewhere they put those items on fir me at no adfitional cost since they had to wait on my pipes etc TALK ABOUT GOING THE EXTRA MILE:) i stop in and visit here and there and even if im not buying anything they still treat me like family which is huge to me:) anytime im buying anything cycle related im going here first they truly earned my business and friendship for the long haul THANK YOU IMOTORSPORTS for making my bike search easy and hassle free :) P.S.i got injured 15yrs ago and stopped ridi g ..(injuries not due to cycle).....i just decided to hop back on and really needed someone to care and they did :)

I felt like a team was taking care of me, not an individual salesperson. The sales price was better than I found anywhere else. The ease and transparency of traveling from New York to pick up the bike at their Chicago location was greatly appreciated. They even arranged to deliver the bike to my son's house in the western suburbs at no additional charge. Nothing but nice things to say about my experience. And what a great bike. It's beautiful and came in at a killer price. Thank you Motoworks!

After my last experience with them, I will never bring my motorcycles back to them for any type of service. As a repeat client, it shouldn't be that hard to set up appointments, but their communication is horrible. It literally took me three weeks to get back to me. It is next to impossible to actually reach someone direct. You are always told they're on the phone or meeting with someone and then it could be a day or three days before someone get back to you. The only person who was responsive in of both in my previous experiences recently was Jordan. For this recent experience, I was adding crash bars to my motorcycle a newly acquired Triumph, resolve a service light, handle three nationwide recalls, and get an oil change. To their credit they did a nice job on equipment install. One recall with for replacing the back tire and the other recall with bleeding the clutch for a known issue. They got back to me that Triumph could not get me a replacement tire timely but would cover the cost of a new tire which they provided. They did put on a new tire with a 2024 date stamp. I was contacted about getting service and they recommended changing clutch fluid even though the bleeding the clutch was one of the covered recalls. It was at that point I said deliver my bike without adding anything else. I have other mechanics that can do oil changes. The kicker is that after they return my bike and as I was putting it in my garage I noticed that scratched one of my black side aluminum side panniers. I immediately sent before and after photos indicating the fresh scratch (with black marker that someone tried to conceal) It's 3" long and quite visible. It's not with replacing but just bothersome. Jordan was very responsive and got back to me that they didn't know where that could've happened. Noah, who picked up and dropped off the motorcycle took video recordings both times and I asked them to review. I've yet to hear back from them. It has been exhausting dealing with them. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle, I would give sales department high rating, but avoid their department for your sanity.
