I was going to Vegas for weekend getaway. I ate some food in my way. I started throwing up with abdominal cramp. I have Kaiser insurance but I figured out it is going to be a long wait. With the help of yelp, I found this place. My first impression was woo, nice and clean. The front desk gave one of those questioners to fill out. They quickly took my vital sign put me in the exam room. All the equipment there was brand new. Next thing I know, the provider walked in, very professional. He introduced himself, asked me some questions and then examined me. He explained my illness to my satisfaction. He appeared very compassionate genuinely like to help people. Went there twice and the staff and Drs are amazing. Hardly any wait time everyone was kind and friendly. Seriously bonded with everyone even the Drs. In the short period of time we were there. This place is an absolute joke. I recently changed my medical group to here and I wish I never wasted my time. I called to make an appointment and they immediately put me on hold, a differnt person would answer the phone about every 5 minutes, I told them I needed to make a doctor appointment and they would put me on hold again. I must have spoke to at least 5 different people. All together I was on hold for about 30 minutes! The last lady that picked up the phone tried to find me in the system and couldn't, I told her it was my first time there. After about 5 minutes she put me on hold again, then said "can I call you back? I can't find you in our system, once I find you I'll call you back" she immediately hung up on me. I knew she was full of shit because she never took down my name or number, all she asked for was my medical group I.d. number. Needless to say no one ever called me back. I decided to call again early the next day. And to no surprise they immediately put me on hold again, I must have waited on the line for 10 minutes before I said fuck this and hung up. I then went online and changed my medical group again. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with this place, and if you live in the high desert don't bother with any medical groups up here. Everyone I tried is horrible, just go anywhere down the hill, you'll save yourself the headache by not going to any of these bullshit medical groups up here. read more

This is the worst medical office I have ever been to. LOOK AT ATTACHMENTS TO SEE PROOF OF THEIR LIES!! My IEHP Dr. works there so I went. STAFF ARE BLATANT LIARS! I'll proove it with attachments. Every time I go there the place is empty but I still get left in an exam for on average an hour and a half. I went back when I did not have an appointment to personally talk to staff and explain that I have told every employee there I have extreme anxiety and the doctors know it and u can't leave me in a tiny cold room with nothing to read, nothing on walls, for an hour and a half From now on please leave me in lobby until the Dr. is actually ready. Next appointment the forgot me for 2 hours, I walked out, male nurse chased me to my car!!! Apologized, said he forgot I was in there and asked me to come back in. I refused. This office has a Health Portal they constantly send u emails asking u to use it to renew prescriptions, message the office or Dr etc. So I went to it 5/20/18 and sent them a message about this problem and my anxiety and their office knowing nothing about mental health or anxiety. I also asked for my prescriptions to be for 90 days like IEHP said. Still, had to go up there several times to get my prescriptions straightened out. Still, they prescribe me a 30 day supply every time. So I went up there a couple days ago to make complaints. THE MANAGER AND MALE NURSE AND RECEPTIONIST ALL ARGUED WITH ME AT THE SAME TIME, SO UNPROFESSIONALLY! They said I never told them I had anxiety lol They gave me a referral to a mental health Dr. for anxiety! U will see the 1st prescription they have on my file is for anxiety, that they prescribed to me, look in the attachments proving they are liars , lol but they say I never told them I had anxiety. I've walked out of the exam room numerous times and told them I've been in that room for over an hour I have anxiety, when the Dr is finally ready let me know and I'll go back in there. I have walked out and been chased by staff and begged to come back in after they forgot about me and realized he's about to get fired. Which he did and that brings me to my other complaint... non-stop Dr and staff turn over! I have never met my doctor yet, of course, I wouldn't know if I did because u see a different person every time u go AND NOT ONE OF THEM INTRODUCES THEMSELVES OR TELLS U WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY DO. Attaching proof of their lies about me never contacting them or telling them I have anxiety. I also have an appointment with ADA attorney about them repeatedly ignoring my disability. read more

This was my second time at this urgent care facility. The first time was when my fiancé thought she broke her finger, the "DR" walked right into the patient's room and yanked on her finger because he didn't believe her and then didn't give her any pain medicine for her finger, he just gave her 2 tongue compressors and some tape for her finger and told her to leave. The second time coming to this urgent care facility which is one of the only ones my insurance will cover was even worse. I took my fiancé there because she had the flu extremely bad and was puking and coughing uncontrollably. Instead of this "Doctor" Simply giving her some cough syrup and Sudafed for her nose which would've worked just fine and she wouldn't be sick anymore. Instead the "Doctor" gave her two medicines that we already had at home one that had been recalled and is no longer for sale because of something that I'm sure was bad with medicine, and The fourth medicine he gave her is completely out of stock at Rite Aid and Walgreens and I'm pretty sure he knew that. Bottom line this doctor doesn't care about his patient's health and I think he might be a little racist me and my fiancé will never be using this urgent care facility again and I hope you will seek medical care elsewhere. A.k.a. worst urgent care in Hesperia, possibly worst doctor in Hesperia. No help at all. This facility should be ashamed of itself. read more

I normally hate going to urgent cares because they make you wait way too long to tell you they can't help you but this place was different. Very friendly staff, I didn't feel judged or uncomfortable. Do not recommend being seen here. Staff was very rude, the woman working at the check in desk was treated my wife and I very rude. As well as other patients. The Dr. was okay but had no "bedside manor" like seemed very withdrawn and like he doesn't care. Don't recall his name he was a black fellow and had a foreign accent. Will not be bringing my family here ever. Bad experience and do not recommend you do either much better clinics to go to. read more

Came here right before Christmas and had a really long wait with only one other person in the waiting room. Front desk staff was nice but one was in training so everything took a lot longer. Doctor was nice when I finally got in. I figured since it was before xmas they were short staffed so I came back 1/8/17 for my daughter and called before I came and was told it was not busy, get here and there are tons of people, only one front person who does not seem to know anything and i was asked several times about my insurance and I had to repete myself over and over that I had been here before and I have insurance. I don't think I will be coming back it's just too unprofessional, short staffed, and don't get straight answers from front desk. I drove out of my way to come here because it had a good rating but I won't do it again. read more

I love coming here after hours for when my son can't be seen by his primary doctor. Service is ALWAYS great by both the staff and doctors. Every time I've come here, we've always been helped fast. I drive all the way from the other side of Victorville close to adelanto just because of how fast they are at attending their patients. I also love that the doctors are more familiar with pediatrician related patients. They take their time in answering all my questions every time without any rush to get to the next patient. Also, the waiting area never has more than 2 patients waiting to be seen like all the other urgent cares up here who are slammed with sick people. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking to be seen fast instead of heading to the ER. read more

I would rate this place and their staff ZERO stars if I could. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. They basically get paid for sitting in an air conditioned office all day. I absolutely love this clinic Anthony,Cindy,Anthia and Charlotte where super helpful and made mine and my daughters visit very speedy. They loved to joke and laughing making it a pleasant time there. Dr. Emanuel JeanPierre was highly educated well beyond his years; was also very resourceful and had awesome bedside manners, was very informative. He really made sure we understood everything before we walked out the door making sure all questions went answered no matter how dumb they sounded he answered them to the fullest. He refused to walk out the room till he knew we where well educated about the reasons we came in. I'm so amazed that I was able to find a clinic that had such amazing people all around. This place is not your typical urgent care. As soon as you walk in you see a beautiful, bright, cheerful lobby. You are greeted by a friendly clerk and it smells amazing and clean inside. It doesn't stop there, the back room is just as clean and beautiful. The wait is way better than most urgent cares I've been to. Doctor was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. It's nice to have a friendly atmosphere especially when you are feeling awful. Will defiantly keep coming back here. read more
