Came here on a Saturday at around 2pm. Besides the cute koi pond by the entrance the dining area was pretty dark, so reading a real book might be hard. All the normal staples were there, General Tso's & other chicken dishes, pepper steak, fried shrimp and those red boneless pork spare ribs but I am a huge fan of dumplings in general and they had them (not every buffet does). They had 2 kinds of wings, bbq and fried for folks into that. For seafood, beyond the shrimp & imitation crab dishes, other than calamari, and the shellfish in the cold bar I didn't notice or pay attention to any other seafood like crab legs or anything. Sushi is made to order, which honestly was pretty cool; guarantees you get what you want and is fresher than leaving them out all the time. I was slightly confused on the "custom orders cost extra" poster so I just got a couple salmon rolls which were pretty good. There didn't seem to be nigiri option but I was too hungry and didn't bother to investigate (I should do so the next time I'm here!). The grill was closed, maybe a dinner-only option or food prices are just too high now to have it? They were using the grill to fry their dumplings, which looked handmade. For vegetable options, they were few; the usual string beans, broccoli and the cheesy spinach were there. Plastic spoons used for soup and that felt wasteful.

Disgusting Bathrooms, my chicken is as yellow, there was hair in my garlic bread. Teacher Screaming

Very simple food. Not lots of taste. Selection is ok, but not the best. The fish pond is cute, but overall not happy with the food.

An absolute pleasure!…read more The amount of choices left me in disbelief. Frog legs to stone crab... noodles to rice... beef to chicken. An absolute feast that is well worth the money. I can't wait to come back to fill up my belly again. Staff was 10/10 as they were bring out fresh food frequently so nobody had to wait for anything. Place is big and lots of seating. Parking lot is shared with other things such as the hotel and arcade so parking on the street and taking a walk may be best.

However, when we arrived, nobody was at the front counter, so we walked to the inside counter to ask to be seated. The front desk guy clearly just came in for his shift since he was hurrying on his cell phone, carrying bags and had his jacket on. He came over looking very busy and disheveled, and when my mom politely asked if we should wait here to be seated, he rudely responded, "Well if there's no one at that counter then you come to this counter if you see the sign." Meanwhile... there was no sign saying that when we left. My mom was just asking a simple question, so the attitude was unnecessary. Just because you're stressed or running late doesn't mean you take it out on customers. F him for being rude to my nice mom and never coming to this place again. As for the food, it was pretty mediocre overall, that experience left a bad taste. The sushi selection had a good variety, and the desserts were honestly the best part. They have a chocolate fondue station plus vanilla, matcha, and swirl soft serve ice cream machines. At least the place was clean. Also, the waitress gives you a parking discount before you leave, so don't forget to ask.

My husband wanted rolls and I decided to follow suit. He also ordered some steak fried rice(It was delicious, still thinking about it). The spider roll was great. The Sashimi roll however was a disappointment. For both of us we felt there was just too much sauce. We couldn't really taste the individual fishes. Maybe someone might like that, it's just not for us. We'd return, but I'll stick with straight up sushi and sashimi.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. Appetizers came out quickly and our entrees followed. The takoyaki was good with a little spicy kick to it. We tried the taco (octopus) salad and enjoyed the tartness of it. One dish we ordered was the Hibachi steak and scallops that was more like a meal with the noodles, fried rice and vegetables. Noodles were a little bland until I mixed it with the sauce covering the steak. Noticed that the scallops aren't the same size which would have been nice, but they tasted great. Took a photo of the dessert menu thinking we would get some dessert but between the appetizers and entrees we were full.
