Occasionally someone from another store will be filling in & everyone I've interacted w/ has been great, thus far. I mostly deal w/ Erika & Richard--they're both 5 start humans & I'm grateful they're who I get to interact w/ whenever calling or stopping into the office. I think the app is great for easy access & appreciate the carts available for use in each building. I will continue to happily be a patron of this facility while it stays friendly, clean, & secure. This is the 2nd time my car window has been shattered on their property. I pay to park there and on…read moremy last visit, I saw my rear window had been shattered. I went into the office and spoke to the office manager. She said she didn't see anything. I pointed to the surveillance cameras and they were pointed where my car is parked. She wouldn't let me review the footage, or contact anyone who could give me permission to see them. She was stonewalling and didn't seem to care that my property had been vandalized. I called the Sheriff department and they came and took a police report. I know for a fact that they are responsible for this but they don't care. Your property is not safe here. I do not recommend this company.

They forgot their tool their gloves, cigarette butts and other stuff. Everyone knows it's a inside job. They only have cameras just to protect their office. They should put more cameras for their employees. Don't have access to any other units and are able to break in because there's no cameras. These guys need to be stopped with a set. I hope the owner from the empty attic reimburses us some money or all of these came on the property saw even they said it was a inside job so the owner of the attic please make this right for your paying clients who choose to get units and think their items are safe

This place is the best storage location you will find in the South Bay!…read more The staff are all very friendly and professional, exceptionally so. They are also helpful and patient. They always take time to answer my questions, offer guidance, and keep me in the loop. The site is neatly organized, clean, and totally secure. They have some common sense rules about getting in and out, and they enforce them properly, so I always feel like me and my things are safe here. The inside climate is just perfect! Not too dry and not damp at all. Also, not too hot or cold. I have had some temperature and moisture sensitive items to store long term here, and they have always come out in pristine shape. Access to my units for moving and to retrieve items on a daily basis has always been very easy. At first, I was wary about the set hours of operation, but I found over time that structuring the hours added to the security of the complex and I could easily plan to make a trip during access hours. We have had a stressful series of moves with many unpredictable problems, but this place was not one of them. Totally reliable and a pleasure to use!
