Based on their schedule and items I think they can work with you based on what they're showing and they seem to have a constant stream of work. When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. I considered leaving the dress as is since the missing beads were in the back of the dress but being the MOG meant everything needed to be perfect on this special day. I called down to the Nordstrom in La Jolla to see if they could do an emergency fix for me since I bought the dress from there. They couldn't accommodate me. I started yelping for places around La Jolla and found Kiki's. I called, left a message and Tammy called me back within a few minutes. I asked her if she could fit me in if I dropped off the dress on Wednesday afternoon to be picked up Thursday at noon. She said no problem. I dropped off my dress that Wednesday. Tammy assessed the fix needed and had my dress ready to go by Thursday afternoon. What a lifesaver and what exceptional service. Tammy did a fantastic job and considering the quick turnaround, $75 was not a bad price at all.

She has experience in this particular field and it is definitely shown through her work whenever you come to pick up your clothes. Liz always thinks of her customers first by always asking when THEY want their clothes by. She rarely ever goes on her own time and takes the time to acknowledge all her customers and seeing when they need/want their items back. I will likely try a business shop vs home shop next time. I called multiple times and arranged for a fitting to alter two jackets. First Don said he was available the next day and to call back. I did and arranged to stop by, kept asking for the address, and finally he gave it to me, but called back later and ask I stop by later that day. When I tried again in the afternoon, he gave me an address and said his sister is helping him and will meet with me. Went to the home and the man introduced himself as Don so I was so confused. He said a business partner is sending him leadals, maybe that is Don? The woman (Loan) was very sweet who did my alterations. Anyway, whoever I ended up being sent to was ok but it wasnt Don and cant find her listing to leave a review there. Leaving this here so others are aware they may be sent elsewhere instead of Don. The alterations for 2 jackets were ok. One jacket was perfect but the other was looser and not quite as tailored. Price was cheaper than standard so I was not too upset, you get what you pay for.
