I was giving good advice and information about the various coffees that were available. There's also a little history regarding the coffee. They grind the coffee for you appropriate for the kind of coffee you make. I probably buy a bag of coffee 12 oz every 10 days. They told me that the coffee would be still fresh tasting the first 30 days after roasting and grinding. They did not disappoint.

It had a Cambro product that fit my needs so dropped into the local store to see if they carried or could at least order. I asked a sales clerk about it, showed him the website with model number, but he wasn't sure if it would be available. He asked for my name and number to follow up so I gave him a business card. I have a hard time believing he NEVER called me back. I think CR does have a lot of products and it is fun to see all the toys we chefs like to play with. And yet as far as pizza is concerned I've been underwhelmed by their offerings for variety and depth. Now that's understandable. When I returned to my car, I noticed that one of the cups had a scratch on it. I walked back inside and told one of the guys, who immediately exchanged the cup for me. No questions asked! The only downside is their parking lot. The lot only has enough space for 4-5 cars and there are pallets around the entire perimeter of the lot. Since there is only one way in and out, you need to reverse out of the lot and into traffic if there is no where for you to park. While doing this, you also need to make sure you don't hit any of their pallets. Luckily, one of the employees helped direct me.
