On that day, we received a text and email letting us know the name of the technician and that they were on their way. We ended up noticing a minor ding and paint issue on the door and our technician, Donnie, was incredibly understanding and immediately called in the issue and scheduled us another installation for two weeks later. The trim at the bottom you can see where it was cut and not painted and the threshold piece at the bottom that was $200 extra was cut poorly and not painted.

We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home. There are LOTS of doors on display so Enrique Marquez, sales rep, explained the various options and details to us. After that he let us wander around and peruse on our own, no pressure, just let us know where he would be when we needed him. Once we narrowed our choices down he walked us through the inventory and the available options and timelines for in stock and custom orders. Enrique told us how to measure our doorways, so we did that when we got home and emailed him the info. He had CAD drawings prepared from the info and sent them to us for approval. The invoices and payments were also handled online. Enrique walked us through the entire process. Anytime I had a question or issue he was right there to help out. Even during installation. We ended up ordering an in stock and custom door (due to odd size). For the in stock door, I received a call to schedule installation immediately! The lady that called said she likes to schedule them as soon as she receives the order and she wasn't lying. We scheduled installation for 5 weeks out, which is reasonable. Then 1 week later, on a Friday, she called back and asked if they could install on Monday. I said Yes! The installation team, Vahe and Ahot, showed up on Monday as scheduled and did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!! The door looks soooooo good!! They communicated well, also noticed that the lock was missing on the order and helped me get that corrected with Enrique. They were very respectful of keeping the area clean, making sure everything was clean and all trash/debris removed when they left.
