The worst. Wish that I read the reviews before taking my car to them for body work. Upholstery smelled from paint and I could not get the smell out. They must have left the windows open when they did the painting. The entire car was covered with a rough finish because the final coat was not properly buffed out. They would not do anything. Collision Depot definitely doesn't deserve 1 star because of some angry customer.. I recently got into a pretty bad accident in my brand new car... Collision Depot was honestly the only upside to the whole situation. They helped me deal with my insurance, got me a rental car, and fixed the damages ($5,000 worth) within a week of dropping it off. Do NOT take your car here. Worst customer service!!! I took my car in last July with a blown engine. It was a 1974 Chevy Nova, and the plan was to restore the car myself but the engine blew out so I took it over to Collision Depot. When I brought it in, Kieth Langone offered to do body work on it as well, cut out the rust, paint, re-do the suspension, and change my auto tranny to a manual, amongst other things. He said it would take about 2 months to complete all the work.. it is now middle of February and I still don't have the car. Around August, I found out that Kieth also buys used cars at auctions and sells them. I asked him if he could find me a four door Jeep Wrangler. He told me he already had one and would get the paperwork ready, obtaining a new title from the state, etc. By November, he was telling me that the car was all set, ready to bring it by my place for me to test drive, to check it out, and buy it if I liked it. Everyday for 3 weeks straight, he said he was on his way, he's on his way, his employees as he likes to refer them as dumb spics were on their way to drop it off. I never saw it. Some of the excuses I heard, there was an emergency in Brooklyn and had to go tow a car, your jeep is there but it got towed by the city, was taking it over to you but had a flat tire, had to go to the hospital, was sick with a fever, etc. It takes my dog at my homework to a whole new level. Around September, I had a friend looking to buy cars and needed 2 cars. Had $20,000 in cash to walk away with 2 cars. We waited for Kieth to show up to show my buddy a few cars. Kieth never showed up and didn't answer any phone calls nor return any calls that day. At the end of December, I was annoyed and pissed. I asked him when my car would be ready. He said he needs more time. I said I would give him a month, Jan 22, he said he could do it by then, otherwise I wanted my money and car back. Obviously he didnt get it done which is why I'm writing this report. 2 weeks ago, I called him again. I asked him when he could get it done. He said.. middle of next week. I asked him to give me a date, he said he couldn't. I said, how about I make it easier and give you till the end of the week.. February 11th. He said he couldn't do it by then. So he blatantly lies to me telling me middle of the week but can't get it done by the end of the week. Where's the logic in that.. and tomorrow is Feb 11th, and he still needs to get the car painted and completed. He's been telling me for over a month that the car was ready to be painted. If you like liars and someone who likes to take their time with cars, go here.. they're perfect. but otherwise... you're better off not going. FYI.. while he was maintaining my other cars, i told him i needed to still get around.. and asked him when my car would be ready. If he's not ready, he'll bring you another car. Not one of his but one of his customers, so if you're okay with him lending out your car to others.. then bring your car here.. something tells me this is borderline illegal... read more

This place has horrible customer service and the owner bobby has a nasty attitude and knows nothing. I tried to buy a car from them and they were not accommodating at all. I was very interested in a specific car I called and "Susan" acted as if I was bothering her and when I said listen I'm trying to buy a car she called me a bitch n hung up. I do not recommend this repair place. They are compulsive liars who will have you waiting weeks/months to get your car back. They will tell you that your parts are hard to find and that they had to special order. They will give you other people's cars to use as rentals. It's a very unprofessional company. The receptionist will act nice but as soon as you turn your back will give you no respect. Do not bring your vehicle here. read more

I brought my wife's car in to see how much it would cost to get a curb scratch out of front bumper. I was going to try to touch it up myself but it was kind of deep and the car is a 2017 Elantra. I spoke with Bobby who came right out and looked at it. He gave me a (what I considered) a real fair price, and told me I could drop off on Monday and pick up at the end of same day. He told me it would look like it never happened. I said okay and brought car in on Monday and I met a different man who took my key and said probably by 5:30 -6:00 o'clock. I came back with my wife to pick up the car and was so happy to see that the damage was gone. This made my wife very happy. Not only was the car repaired, but they detailed the outside like showroom. Everyone, including the lady at the front desk was courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend Collision Depot to anyone who needs auto body work. read more

Susan in this body shop has terrible customer service. Correction, she has NO customer service. She's rude, nasty and an all around, a pathological liar. She's great tho at scamming money from customers. If the guy Bobby weren't such a hot headed angry stiff, he could actually see that she in fact is costing him money. I brought my vehicle there only for an estimate. She insisted that I couldn't drive the vehicle. Got me in a rental. Ok. Thought she would help me get my vehicle fixed. Over a week goes by. I would called in to check the status. Each day she did nothing, had nothing to offer or say as far as what was going on. All I would get Is " I don't know". ( Funny considering she told me she's been doing collision insurance since she 11 years old!! Wow! Eleven? Really, Susan??) After ten days I decided the work would probably be as crappy as Susan and her attitude. That's when I called bobby, the guy who supposedly runs the place. (Susan actually wears the pants there.) Instead of trying to find out what he could do to help me, he became nasty,angry and belligerent. Had he try to talk to me like a gentleman, I probably would have reconsidered. Instead, his and Susan's actions and attitudes actually got nastier. I wanted to pick up the vehicle on saturday morning, she told me they were closed on Saturdays. I had one friend call for Saturday hours and she was told by the guy, they were open 9-1. I had a Friend go there Saturday morning. She told me he was there, and open. I called myself and spoke to the guy bobby, who told me he was open til 1:00. Susan swears NO man EVER answers the phone, only her. What a control freak!! Now they hold vehicle hostage for storage fees. ( I get it, that's what body shops do) When insurance co. Calls to find out amount of fees, instead of answering question, he starts spewing at insurance rep. In addition, He keeps telling her its more days than it actually is, even though Susan in background tells him correct amount of days. Then rep asks for total, and very nastily, he tells her " you have a calculator, figure it out yourself!) It really surprises her and me, cause I thought insurance companies were body shops bread and butter!! The next week, (yes, Susan being the scam artist she is, made bobby about $1,000 ($977.63, to be exact) total for doing absolutely nothing!) insurance guy goes to shop with check. She wouldn't except it. Said she would only take cash. ( yes, IRS is my next stop, lol ) no problem. Really. I went down there with cash. She has guy bring vehicle, but has him remove the bumper right then and there. Why? To try and make it undriveable. The guy lies to me too, telling me he removed it " last week" I know this is a lie and that he just removed it because window washer fluid is pouring out all over the ground. When the accident occurred, the window washer unit had been pushed up against the wheel. The cops used duct tape around the washer unit taping it to the bumper to pull it away from the wheel, making it driveable. Susan had this guy pull the bumper off when I got there so I couldn't drive it. But I just retaped the unit to the front and drove it to lot next door. (Haha Susan, got you) Where I waited for the tow truck. See, the moral of this review, is Susan is actually losing bobby money. As I stated above, I probably would have left it there if he'd have tried to use customer skills. So instead of them making thousands on the job, he actually made less than one thousand. (Even though he did no work for the thousand, it still would have been thousands more if she weren't such a scammer, and he weren't so angry. DO NOT bring your vehicle there, unless, like the previous review states, you like liars and scammers. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Ladies and gentlemen do yourself a favour and bring your vehicle somewhere else. I brought my car there after an accident, it took them little over a month to finish repairs. I got my car back and still everything was not fixed. Twice I brought it back to them and they still did not fix the problem, only told me lies and the run around. I usually don't write reviews but I was so displeased in the way this company operates. Do further research and bring your vehicle somewhere with more credibility. read more
