I wanted to write this review because I've really enjoyed living at IMT 6500, and I also especially wanted to give a special thank you to Kristina. She really has always been so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever we've needed anything and she truly takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel like you matter. As a mom to a daughter with special needs, life can definitely be a little unpredictable, and having someone who treats us with patience, understanding, and kindness means more than I can put into words. Kristina has always been welcoming and great, and those little acts of kindness truly make a difference. :) I will also add that the amenities are wonderful as well, especially the cozy fire pit and entertainment area, and my daughter absolutely loves the Giant Jenga in the courtyard lol. Those little memories that we've been able to create here have brought a lot of joy to my daughter and I'm so grateful for it. The calm environment is also a huge bonus because it's so zen here and just really nice. But what truly stands out is the kindness we've also been shown along the way, and Kristina is definitely a big part of that. I will say that IMT 6500, over the last year, has had its ups and downs, but overall, our experience has been very positive. I have to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team, Arnold, Chris, and Gigi. They have been amazing, especially considering the demand and workload they handle on a weekly basis. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work do not go unnoticed!!! I also want to recognize the office staff. Keith, who assisted with our move-in in 2025, was absolutely AMAAZING. He made sure issues with our apartment, such as the noisy bathroom fan and the dirty and broken washer/dryer, were addressed promptly. He consistently went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Since our apartment is located near the trash chute, we dealt (and are still dealing with) a significant fly issue, and he ensured that pest control treatments were scheduled regularly to help manage the problem. There was a point in time, even when some of our packages were stolen, and there ultimately wasn't a resolution, Keith made sure reports were filed on our behalf and truly made us feel like our concerns were his concerns. We definitely miss Keith, and he has set the gold standard by which we measure both previous and current staff. Currently, we haven't had any issues with the office staff, and everyone has been pleasant to work with. Rules are definitely enforced, and they do seem to listen to the complaints or issues that my wife or I have brought up. That said, I also don't know if they share the same willingness to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. I understand that, at the end of the day, it's a job, but it's also a service-oriented role, and passion for helping people is part of what makes a great experience. This isn't meant to call anyone out; it's simply an honest observation. Still great service, just not exceptional, and that is alright, waayyy better than other previous leasing offices. Overall, we really enjoy living at IMT 6500. Once again, the maintenance crew deserves an A++. They do an incredible amount of work, and they're often the unsung heroes of the IMT community. Without their diligence and commitment, our overall experience here would have been very different. My wife and I would rate our experience a 4.5 out of 5. While I can't honestly give it a perfect 5, because there is still room for improvement, it has been a genuinely pleasant experience, and we've enjoyed calling IMT 6500 home. read more

My husband and I moved into IMT 6500 on June 19th, excited to begin a new chapter together. Unfortunately, our experience has been incredibly disappointing from the very first day. On our first night, my car was towed from the parking lot next door. During our tour on May 29th, the leasing agent, told us that residents occasionally park in that lot. Based on that information, we believed it was acceptable. Having our car towed on move-in day was frustrating enough, but what was even more disappointing was management's unwillingness to advocate for us. Since IMT 6500 has a contractual relationship with the towing company, we simply asked that a manager contact them on our behalf. That request was refused. Once we got into our apartment, we discovered that the floors were extremely dirty. We had to mop the entire unit multiple times before we felt comfortable unpacking. The amount of dirt coming off the floors was unacceptable for a unit that was supposedly move-in ready. After cleaning, we ran the self-clean cycle on the in-unit washing machine, only to find large chunks of mold coming out. We repeated the cleaning cycle several more times with no improvement. Even the maintenance staff were visibly disturbed by what they saw. To their credit, they ultimately replaced the washer with one from an unoccupied unit, and we appreciated their responsiveness. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. We've dealt with a bathroom door handle falling off, an oven light that doesn't work, a bedroom door that won't latch properly, and a bedroom electrical outlet that doesn't function. While each issue may seem minor on its own, together they paint a picture of poor quality control and inadequate preparation before new residents move in. Most recently, we had a package stolen from the mail room. Despite paying a monthly fee for parcel lockers, our package was accessible enough to be stolen. Management reviewed the surveillance footage and confirmed that an unidentified individual took it, but the only guidance we received was to file a police report. This left us questioning the property's security measures. If someone who doesn't live in the building can simply enter the mail room and steal packages, that's a serious concern. My husband and I are both college students who chose IMT 6500 because we were looking for a comfortable, secure place to begin this new chapter of our lives. Instead, we've spent our first few weeks dealing with preventable problems, poor communication, and a lack of accountability from management. I do want to acknowledge Chris on the maintenance team, who was professional and helpful whenever we had an issue. As well as Isabel who genuinely tried to assist us during the towing incident. Unfortunately, good staff cannot make up for the overall experience we've had so far. We sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, not only for us, but for future residents. A luxury apartment should provide a move-in experience that reflects the rent residents are paying, and unfortunately, that has not been our experience at IMT 6500. read more

I have been living here for almost a year and have had a great experience. The building is quiet (or excellent walls) and never experience any disturbance or problems. Only ever made one maintenance request, as the apartment is pretty new and in good shape, but when some screws fell out of a cabinet the response time was great. Chris came over the next day and fixed it in minutes. He was super nice and we had a small conversation before he left. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a nice, modern building to live in. read more

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a while and have truly enjoyed our experience. The apartment is beautiful, with plenty of space for our needs, and we were lucky enough to get one on the 6th floor, giving us a lovely view of the courtyard. The amenities are great! The gym has several Pelotons, and we make great use of the doggie spa and dog run with our pups. The neighbors are wonderful, and the community is peaceful and welcoming. Living here has been incredibly stressful due to unresolved noise complaints and poor communication from management. Despite reporting ongoing disturbances for months, minimal action was only taken after excessive documentation on my part--many recordings, dozens of emails, and multiple follow-ups. Calls to IMT Residential went unanswered, even after tickets were opened, and I was often promised follow-ups that never came. This doesn't seem to be an isolated issue; many other residents have reported similar concerns in reviews. Given the lack of support and responsiveness, I can't recommend this community to anyone seeking peace of mind or dependable management. read more

Important Note: This review does not reflect Keith or Mimi. They have both been extremely gracious and as helpful as possible. Unfortunately, Jessica has since taken over my case, and I've been told they are no longer allowed to assist me. Since then, it has been an absolute nightmare. I moved into this building in late March, and from the very first night, I have been disturbed by my upstairs neighbor. She has two large dogs that clearly are not trained. There is constant thumping, running back and forth, scratching, ball bouncing, and barking--at all hours of the day, particularly late at night and early in the morning. I have not had a full night of sleep since I moved in. I'm regularly woken up as early as 5:30 AM, every single day. I've made over 30 complaints--to the neighbor directly, to the office, and through courtesy patrol. Courtesy patrol has witnessed and documented the excessive noise multiple times and reported it back to the office, yet nothing has been done to fix the issue. I was offered a transfer, but the management refused to cover any moving costs or reimburse the $250 premium I paid for a courtyard unit. It's absurd to expect me to spend thousands of dollars all over again--after just paying nearly $2,000 in moving costs, not including what I paid for professional furniture assembly. I also have serious concerns about a conflict of interest. Jessica disclosed personal information about my neighbor upstairs, and one of her colleagues mentioned being friends with the neighbor's boyfriend. This raises valid concerns about whether my complaints are being ignored due to their personal relationships. This is not just my word. My 70-year-old mother and two friends have stayed over and witnessed the same excessive noise. My mother was up all night. So were both of my friends. This is not normal apartment living--this is unlivable. As of May 17, this month alone I've had to spend 10 nights away from my own home just to get some sleep and give my anxiety a break. I've been sleeping 50 miles away from my job, adding an extra hour of commute each way--just to get some peace and rest. I've never experienced this level of neglect and mistreatment from any management company. I've also contacted corporate three times. I left messages and only heard back once--briefly. The other two times, I was told I would receive a call back within two business days. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't received any response. This is a beautiful building with a lot of potential to be a peaceful place to live. But be warned: if you ever have a problem, don't expect Jessica--the property manager--or corporate to help you. Unless you're her friend, you're on your own. I didn't want to write this review. But after nearly two months of hell, and after receiving zero support or accountability from Jessica or corporate, my friend helped me realize I have an obligation to warn future tenants. Please think carefully before signing a lease here. read more

The best part was the leasing management team -Mimi, Isaias and Kieth were really helpful and kind throughout the whole process which I was not so familiar with. Overall, definitely a decent place to live. At first glance, this complex is AWESOME. Newer building, new appliances, epic gym, pet spa, etc. And I do love all these things - especially the gym. But when you take a closer look, I feel like some of the appliances and features of the building fall short. Pros: -Gym: Loved the gym so much. Everything is pretty clean and neighbors are mostly respectful. A TV is in the gym to play sports games or music. Pelotons are amazing, but note you have to pay for your own subscription. -Community room/outdoor amenities: So much fun! You can reserve the community room to throw mini little get togethers. Ping pong tables, big scrabble board, shuffle board. It's a great place to lay out yummy snacks and entertain your friends! -Maintenance: The maintenance team is just awesome. Very kind, respectful, and super quick to respond to requests. -Friendly & pet friendly community: Overall, the people living here were incredibly friendly. And meeting everyone's pets was so much fun! So many furry friends at this complex. Cons: -Noise Volumes: I recognize every apartment is different - but have to share that we may have had one of the WORST apartment locations. Located in a corner unit, we had Ranch 99 on one side, and a construction site on the other side (we didn't know it was going to be a construction site until after we moved in). The noises were absolutely unbearable. Multiple massive trucks start loading inventory into Ranch 99 starting at as early as 3am. The beeping for hours before sunrise pierced my brain. My fiancée and I resorted to Olympic-style earplugs...but even that didn't help. We had a full year living here with the worst sleep of our lives. The construction was incredibly loud as well, and the workers have no qualms about blasting music and yelling all day. It was impossible to take work meetings on Zoom without it sounding like a war zone. On top of all this...we had very noisy neighbors above us...but that didn't even scratch the surface compared to the trucks and construction. All goes to say...this is not a quiet community. -Smells: Because Ranch 99 is right next door, the entire area smells of fish every few hours. Wasn't smart for us to open any windows while living here...instead of fresh air, you'd just get hot air that smells like fish. -Weak appliances: Although this building seems very modern, you start to realize the appliances in the apartment are pretty cheap. The bathtub tiles are bendy plastic, nails are popping out of the air vents...and the pipes underneath the kitchen sink kept detaching and creating leaks. I even noticed some floorboards and blinds were built crooked. -Mail: The mail room can get out of control during busy times. Residents are lazy and don't collect their packages, so the package lockers are always full. As a result, your packages are left outside, and often times they were ripped open and things were stolen. The office tried their best to handle the situation - sending out emails, putting a huge sign near the mail room to collect your packages in a timely manner, etc. But it still continued to be a problem. -Garage: Garage door is pretty finicky. When we first moved in, management tried having the garage closed only at night time, but that resulted multiple thefts. Our locked bike was stolen from the bike rack. Management then thankfully changed it so that the garage was always closed. But the garage door broke at one point later in our stay...and was left fully open 24/7 for about a month. At other times when the door was closed, the garage sticker would not open the door when you try to get in. Overall just not a very reliable garage door. Also...must add that we told the office management about our stolen bike...they went out of their way to tell us they'd scour camera footage to see if they could find anything...but never followed up or got back to us. Pretty sure they never did it. Even if they couldn't do anything about the case, wish they would have at least followed up to tell us they couldn't find or share anything with us, just as common courtesy. Pretty disappointed about that. Like I said, overall this place is decent. There are just some things that disappointed us during our stay here. I recognize nearly half of my "cons" have to do with things that are out of the building's control (noises and smells), but still wanted to mention them in my review because it's important to consider when renting here. It may be worth it to consider the north wing of the building (vs. south near Ranch 99). The office staff was usually kind and friendly. read more

I recently moved in July 2021. Since then I've had a roach infestation problem in my unit. Pest control came twice to spray and I'm still having the issue. I have video footage and pictures of the roaches. I went to corporate and no one wants to address the issue. On top of that, the garage is always having malfunction issues as well as the elevator. My bike attempted to get stolen from the garage. At first I liked the apartments minus them not having a pool. But now I'm not a happy camper at all. People in the office pretend to be nice but in the long run it's all fake. read more
