There has been such a big improvement since I first moved in! For one, the WHOLE office staff is friendly and welcoming anytime I enter the office I feel like I'm with friends, they even asked me my opinion of resident event ideas! They don't make you feel like you are a bother when coming in and asking questions. They actually get back to you (with the old staff you would have to call multiple times in the course of weeks before getting a response) Katie was my go-to person but since she is no longer here now it's Dana for all my residential needs. Knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth while keeping her professional position. Second, the maintenance staff!! When looking for an apartment the best thing it has is a GREAT maintenance man. Since I first moved in we have been through MANY maintenance men some a little sketchy. But Jack and Geo are great always willing to help and always have interesting stories, Since they hired JP we (residents) couldn't be any happier! He is always walking the property. He always looks serious but when he sees you he always has a welcoming smile! Since he's been here there hasn't been a problem that hasn't been resolved. Can't forget Iby the new guy he takes his time to fix the problem not just band-aid over it. Salute to the team, you guys finally have a great, smooth-working team! Us residents couldn't be happier! I am a tree vendor in the area and I am always looking for new brands to convey business with. I came across IMT Pleasanton when a fellow colleague of mine had mentioned the lovely staff and beauty of the property. She did not steer me wrong! Upon walking into the office, I was immediately greeted by a lovely woman who made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She offered me coffee and assured me the manager I had a meeting with would be with me promptly. JP was the manager I had a meeting with, and he arrived with a huge smile. He welcomed me into his stunning office, overlooking the meticulously managed, crystal blue waters of the pool facilities. He was extremely professional. His knowledge and love of the property was evident throughout our entire conversation. He gladly walked the property with me to show his concerns for the trees and shared with me vital information about what he, his management team, and his residents come to expect from the equality of the work the property secures. It is obvious that JP has been doing his job well, as the trees on site were in great health and beautifully maintained. Great community to call home. Managed and maintained by a team of caring, get the job done kind of people. Whether you are in contact or have made IMT Pleasanton your home, you are always in good hands. Dana is such a blast to be around you can tell she really loves this property. She is IMT Pleasanton. Iby is so fun you can tell whenever you see him at our resident events he's always laughing with the team and playing with the kids. The maintenance team is led by a new guy named Geo he looks like he's always ready for business. I think Jack built this place himself he seems to know everything around her aha! JP has put together a wonderful team of professionals whose character shines all the time. Ethical, caring, and compassionate personalities. The property is like living in a park. Compared to other properties this one has mature trees and green grass belts to enjoy. Nothing is too small or too big. They make you feel important and treat you with the utmost respect. Holly and I absolutely loved living at IMT! The only reason why we left is because we bought a home. We could have lived there forever. The pool/facilities are nice and well kept. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. Dana Katie and JP. The apartment was very comfortable. Updated appliances, and maintenance is on top of everything. We have to have a few things fixed (window was stuck shut) and they came and fixed it next day. The other tenants are really respectful. This place is really dog friendly, and had baggie stations throughout. Move out was very easy Iby has communicated very well during this process. We even caught a mistake in the cleaning fees, and they corrected it right away. Everything runs smoothly here. There are only two negatives. The first negative is the pond is empty for renovations. We were on the second floor, and could view was horrible. But we loved the place and the staff. Thank you IMT, for a great time! read more

I have been living here for a few months and I absolutely love it. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about high charges; at one point, I did not want to move here because of the bad reviews, but I took a chance and was very happy I did lol. They keep the place very clean, which I love. There are always workers cleaning and maintaining the property. The staff members are SO NICE! Everyone is so nice, from the maintenance guys to the people in the office, iby Glynn the manager especially. Can't forget about the lady who follows up about the work orders. I forgot her name, but she is such a sweetheart! Always positive, smiling, her energy is astonishing. They fix it anything in your apartment wrong right away, like literally probably the same day. The only thing I can say is that the price is a little expensive. I hope to stay here for another year if they don't pay rent. But overall, great experience. :) read more

My family and I love calling IMT Pleasanton our home. The property itself feels like a resort with the mature landscaping and great walking paths with a relaxing fountain in the middle. Since this is an older property in town the units have larger bedrooms and the second floor units have their own staircases so no one is walking by your front door. The maintenance team is always fast and professional taking care of even the smallest issues with a smile. Yolanda, Emily, and Brandon in the office are always available and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything need and that you are comfortable in your home. They staff is always so friendly and helpful they really feel like they are neighbors, and speaking of neighbors there are many families in the community who make IMT a friendly family community. I have only & only great things to say about these apartments. Be it the layout, the amenities, services, proximity to downtown, or the pricing. More than anything, the people at the leasing office are fantastic! Iby was very helpful with our move-out statement when I went into labor, Jp the manager even sent me a congratulations email and I wasn't even a resident anymore. I have lived in quite a few community apts, and trust me, these are by far the Best!! You have hardwood floors, a washer/dryer & stainless steel appliances. You have super fast maintenance. Jack is the best. I will miss these apartments & the cute little downtown so much as I am about to travel to my home country for medical reasons. I was looking forward to the summertime here, and I will live here once I return. If you are looking for a new place, please don't look anywhere else. read more

I have moved to this apartment complex last month. I was working with Casandra Solis. She is wonderful. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Took care of paperwork fast, showed me apartment I was going to move in, and whole community as well. Everything was fast, timely, efficient. Love this apartment complex. Way better than previous one for many reasons. When I moved, the only problem was the old laundry unit, that was not working well. I asked Casandra for help and promptly received new unit. It took only couple of days. She also made me welcomed to apartment complex, explained everything, helped with paperwork, etc. I appreciate professionalism and care, which isn't very common recent times. She was example of both. IMT is a fabulous place to live! Back in May, due to some crazy circumstances, I needed to secure a place in Pleasanton quickly. Living 500 miles away I was going to have to rent something sight unseen. It was suggested I check out IMT & it turned out to be perfect. Right from the start, the leasing office headed by Yolanda & her staff Brandon & Maricella, made the process easy in a warm yet professional way. And the assistance hasn't stopped. I was in the market for a 1 bedroom apartment and decided to check out Imt Pleasanton. I was warmly greeted by the manager, jp, and the other person in the office ebi, and was given a tour of the property by both of them. eb was so friendly, jp went into great detail about all the amenities and answered all my questions. The property is so well maintained for the age of it. excluding the pool area and the lake but they explained the process and I loved how they answered it not just an excuse. I ended up not moving in but for reasons other than the complex. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a great place to live with a great team running it. read more

IMT Pleasanton was my home for 6 years and it was an amazing experience especially since IMT took over last September. Maricella, Yolanda, and Brandon are extremely helpful and they have a wonderful maintenance staff that are vert fast and efficient. I opted to do become rent responsible when I needed to break lease and they rented my apartment and I didn't have to pay the two months lease break fee. The Property is beautiful and well taken care of. I had a noise complaint and they resolved it and I am very thankful for that. This Company is very lucky to have these five employees working here they really changed the Property!! read more

Moved in with my partner from India October 2021 and have loved every second of it. The amenities are always clean and well taken care of. The location is great as you have many bars, restaurants and park right across the street within walking distance. The staff is terrific iby always asks if me and partner want water in the gymthey also offer a bunch of snack in the office and coffee for the residents (yes its free). our water heater was on the fritz and Francisco came out several times to fix/repair the existing water heater. He determined that parts were needed and when he got the parts the vendor sent the wrong parts as they didn't fit into the existing water heater. Rather than making us wait he made the right call and replaced the water heater with the assistance of Kenny who came from another property to help out so that they could finish the job that day so we would have hot water. Francisco is a great employee and so is Kenny and we appreciated their work and resolution of our issue. read more

We have been living at the IMT Pleasanton location for almost two years now and have had a phenomenal experience. The property management team, Yolanda and Brandon specifically, have made living in the community a joy. They legitimately care about their tenants and are making efforts to improve the property each day.
