We also had highland pretreat our new house and furniture with Aprehend before we unpacked from the old apartment. Every single person we worked with was kind, professional, and understanding. My biggest thanks go out to Julia and Raven, but also to Deirdre and Nicole in the main office. Since the bed bugs I have been diagnosed with PTSD, which means I am now constantly on alert for anything suspicious.
