I finally stopped by the new In-N-Out Burger in the Anaheim Plaza shopping center off Euclid, and everything was on point! The restaurant was clean, bright, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving while still providing excellent customer service. For my order, I got Animal Style fries, a hamburger patty on the side, and grilled onions. Once I got home, I topped my Animal Style fries with the patty and grilled onions, and wow--it absolutely hit the spot! The combination was delicious and packed with flavor. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you'd expect from In-N-Out. Between the great service, clean dining area, and tasty food, this location made a fantastic first impression. When I arrived I noticed how dirty the place was! When I brought it up to the cashier she just side eyed and said " we are short bodied " mind you there was staff in a booth not sure if they had just clocked out but there was a lot of staff but not a lot of cleaning happening We decided to stay because of the time and didn't want to drive off and the next in in out be closed but this was the first time I go to an in in out and it is this dirty The booths were people eat were just as disgusting the fountain drink area was also very filthy. This fairly new In-N-Out Burger is hands down the best one in the Anaheim/Buena Park area, in my opinion. It's in Anaheim Plaza, so there's plenty of parking for eating in. The place is impeccably clean, and the drive-thru feels more spacious than most. The staff member taking orders outside was friendly and quick. My double-double was really just beautiful. Extra toasted buns with golden edges, grilled onions, and fresh lettuce and tomatoes layers. Even the well-done fries had a good crisp to potato ratio. Solid spot for a quick pick-me-up or those late-night cravings that somehow only a burger can fix. read more

The newest In-N-Out to join Anaheim, and I finally got to try it. A huge plus about this one is they also have electric chargers in their lot, and there's also an Electrify America charger in the nearby lot. Similar to other locations, they operate as a well-oiled machine here. I got the number 2, which comes with the cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. It took about 5-10 minutes to get my order. The food is just top-notch, and exactly like all of the other locations. While this location isn't super huge, there are about 10 or so tables that can fit groups of 4. Staff here is really friendly, and I appreciate that they have people going around and cleaning the tables and floors after each use. read more

This is the first In-n-Out that didn't have a line inside. Fast and friendly service is welcomed when you're craving a burger. Had to also get a puppy patty with cheese. No fries this time. I left a review for this place shortly after they opened but it seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. Second time here now. Super conveniently close to Disneyland but despite the proximity has been very chill inside. Quality and In-N-Out flavor is standardly top notch. Staff is always helpful and friendly. As soon as a line starts to build they open up another register. Tables are bussed in a timely manner and table turnover is fast. Love the double double with grilled onions and double veg with a side of animal fries. Bonus: this was the location where I learned you can get sauce packets of "spread." read more

Fast service. Joshua rang me up very quick and was friendly, asking me how I was. I only have a half hour lunch so I always need my food to be made quick, the food came fast enough that I actually had enough time to finish my burger and all of my fries. My one little gripe is that I asked for my fries to be fried well and I don't believe they were. I know it can be subjective but I have had fried well fries at this location many times before and they were much crispier than the fries I had today. Not too much of a big deal, they're still good fries and it's not like I paid extra for the fries to be made differently. Love this In-n-Out; opened this year (2025)! Before I used to avoid InO because I didn't have the patience for long lines. But here the drive-thru moves quickly! Also I like how the two lanes have lots of room within the shopping area, and doesn't stick out into the busy Euclid St. I personally go here around 2PM for minimal lines. My theory is that newer InOs do a better job with the drive-thru lines, and have process-improved them over the years. I now go here regularly about 1 or 2 times bi-weekly! read more

This used to be Marie Callendar's and now it's In-N-Out. They did a great job on the build and it's in the right location because the line will never clog up the street and they have plenty of parking spots and space to wind the line through the lot. I've driven by many times, never seen a line that looked more than 6 minutes. Not sure how long it's going to take for people to realize it's there, but once there's a sign off the 5 freeway and Euclid exit advertising In-N-Out is at this plaza I'm sure it will be constantly busy. Until then, if you're visiting Disneyland and want to go to In-N-Out, skip the State College and Ball location and head here because it's right off the 5 fwy, there's so much parking and space to just eat and relax either in your car, in the store or outside the store. Employees didn't seal my milkshake lid at all, and it basically was all liquid and not a neapolitan like I asked, and not a thick milkshake. I asked for no tomatoe, me being allergic to them. And receive my burger with 2 large tomatoes, basically inedible. Asked for extra spread on the side in the bag and was not given any at all. I personally don't like getting in n out myself, but I know they are known to have one of the greatest customer service. I came in here to grab lunch for my loved one asked for a strawberry shake twice. Both the man who originally took my order and the cashier that double checked my order got it wrong, which is understandable mistakes happen, but once I got to the window and had told the girl handing out the food that my drink was chocolate and was supposed to be a strawberry shake she tried to argue with me telling me that I ordered a chocolate shake. I said Okay that's fine I don't want both drinks . I just want the strawberry shake , You can take back the chocolate shake . she proceeded to tell me she doesn't have any cups, which is fine but then she mentioned she could go grab some but instead of going to grab some, she offered to dump out the chocolate shake and add strawberry shake inside, and that made me extremely mad simply because that is unsanitary and people have allergies no matter how long it takes to get plastic cups I'd rather wait you should not take the lazy way out and do that . I was so excited to have an In-N-Out open up by my house, and have repeatedly given this location multiple chances! But it's getting to the point of pure negligence and lack of training. They have yet to get a single one of my orders completely right. Out of a family of five with an order of five burgers, four out of the five burgers are constantly wrong. And today was the last straw.
