I literally was in the drive-through line for 20min and only moved up 3 car spots! Why? Because ahead of me were multiple large SUV's with soccer Mom's ordering what seemed to be meals for 6+ people. I got out of the drive-through, went inside, and received my food within 6min. If I owned a fast food restaurant, I'd have a surcharge for anyone who orders for more than 4 people if they choose the drive-through. That long of a wait is absurd! read more

I forgot to write this review last week. Thursday night's dinner is leftovers in our house. However, sometimes there are enough leftovers for dinner for us all. Lucky for us that was the case last week. So, hubby stopped by this location on his way home from work. All 4 of us ordered our usuals. Hubby gets a double-double, onions & pickles. Our son gets a double-double, add an extra patty (he doesn't get a triple because he doesn't like the extra cheese), animal style, no tomato. Our daughter gets a single, cheese & spread only. I get the double-double, cheese & spread only. We all get fries. As always, it was so good! Even the fries are better at this location. I have no idea what they do differently at this location, but the burgers are better too. They always get the order correct. They are fast & friendly. I didn't get any pictures because we all dug in before I even thought about pictures. read more

fucking unbelievable!!! Took Haydy 14 and a half minutes to get me one order of animal fries. PATHETIC!!! was not even a busy day was maybe 10 people in the store. Blew the fuck out of my shit. I hope if you can change your plans you will decide to not come to this in n out. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked and the workers were not kind at all and were not helpful. Oh my gosh, the drive-thru line is always crazy here! I came here on a Friday night to pick up dinner for family. I thought the line might not be too bad since it was already 7pm, but it was backed up to the Mattress Firm south of it. What made it worse is the Mattress Firm is on the other side of the stop sign, and there is cross-traffic, so there is a break in the line for that. I got to the stop sign waiting to move to the other side, but there was so much cross-traffic, and some of those cars turned into the line, basically cutting me. I waited about 40 minutes in total to get to the pick-up window. I liked that there was an employee taking the orders, so by the time we got to the window and paid, our food was ready. The burgers were delicious as usual, but waiting in line in this plaza is inconvenient and dangerous. The line also blocks people from getting to other businesses within the plaza. This In n Out also shares a parking lot with Chick Fil A, which often has a long drive-thru line as well, and can make it hard to get out of the plaza. Great food and service in a very inconvenient location. read more

Connor one of the front cashiers was extremely rude to me and my friends, making unnecessary comments about appearances leading us to feel very uncomfortable. After he then proceeded to avoid us at all cost, at some points no one else was up front except him and when seeing any of us come up he scurried on to the back finding random stuff to do or literally just standing in the back. read more

I had actually been craving a good burger for the past few days after watching The Menu starring Anya Taylor Joy and Ralph Fuentes directed by Mark Mylod. I was quite excited to try In-N-Out for the first time and I do think my experience exceeded my expectations. I was shocked with how delicious and filling the food was for such a low cost. I ordered a soft drink, double double burger animal style, and some fries all for $10. I appreciated how simple the menu was and the overall ambience of the building interior as well. read more

I've always said In-N-Out was my favorite restaurant and I'm sticking to it. Best burgers and best shakes (the fries are kind of just ok tbh but the burgers and shakes make up for it). I always get the double double and I love the Neapolitan shake (it's off menu and a blend of strawberry vanilla and chocolate). The reason I felt compelled to write a review today for this location is their dramatic improvement in safety and sanitation measures. When I went to this location back in early April, no one had gloves or masks and they were still coming right up to your window to take your order and I was disappointed because I thought man, this is the end of my In-N-Out during this pandemic. Flash forward to today, May 15, and we gave it another shot. Everyone on the staff had a mask and gloves, and they stand further from your car to take your order. The food was delicious as always, and now I feel fully safe going. I'm living with my elderly parents right now, so I appreciate all precautions taken, especially now as Arizona opens the floodgates again. Will be back! read more

I haven't the slightest idea why it takes forever to get your food at In-N-Out while you're sitting in the drive-thru. The only thing I could ever imagine is that somebody's ordered 20 burgers ahead of me. Don't get me wrong, I love in and out but sitting in the freaking drive-through lane so I could get my double double and cheese fries for 20 minutes is ridiculous. It's not because there's a line out the door or a line trying to get into the drive-thru, It's all the time at night. read more

We had a late night tonight picking someone up from the airport. Thank goodness you can always count on in n out to be open late.. we decided to go through the drive through because it was late and my family was tired from their flight. Service was ok, but the young gentleman working the food window was more focused on talking to his fellow employees than us. It took a few minutes to get his attention for some ketchup and such. We had our food quickly as always and it was delicious. We chose to eat in the car so we could start heading home after dropping some people off. Location is right off the highway and easily accessible. read more

The service is in no doubt quick and prompt on meal orders. Service line moves efficiently all while keeping wait times minimal. Orders are taken very quickly and almost always comes out correctly. Outside eating area is in good shape, as well as the inside dining room. No bad smells, other than delicious aromas. read more

Here we go again.. Round 2 of In-N-Out and once again I am disappointed. The food is so greasy! The fries are absolutely terrible, I might as well eat cardboard. The burger is not good. My buns were burned and the sauce was every where. The staff that I interacted with were very nice and smiled at me. But the food is gross. I could make a better burger than them. What's the hype of this place? I really don't know. The east coast is very lucky that they don't have to force this greasy pile of crap down their throats. Also let's talk about the stupidity behind the secret menu. Not only are they going to serve you something worse than cheap ass McDonalds, they're also going to hide all the possible decent items from you. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. AND at the Covid restrictions they have is so stupid! Now shields between me and a stranger at the booths. Out heads almost TOUCHED. Doesn't help that the booths are super low too.. And I would also like to mention the stupid fountain drink dispenser. It's touch less (even though your hand should never touch the drink dispenser) but all the lids and straws are out in the open for everyone to touch. so so so stupid. read more

First time trying In-N-Out burger to see what the hype is all about. Waited about 10m and the food was fresh and looked good. Only downfall was half of the fries were over cooked and there wasn't a lot of flavor. Next time I would ask what toppings or sauces were available to see if that helped. Maybe it's being from the Midwest, but Culver's topped my first visit here. read more

I'm not sure who is more picky - my wife or my toddler. I either case, In-N-Out Burger has something for my picky vegetarian wife. They also have ketchup for my toddler. Which just in case you didn't know, toddlers like to eat ketchup because it resembles blood and they like to pretend to eat blood while they suck your soul out. The fries are shoestring and made fresh. Burgers come out pretty fast and are pretty good. I like that you can easily order protein style if you're keto or animal if you're looking for a little more. If you do drive through at busy times they have people standing outside taking orders from handhelds which really makes the line move way faster than people talking to the squawk box. Dine in is good as well as drive-in. Or just eat in your car. read more

While the food is the same as anytime you go to in n out, the past 3 times we've gone our shakes have been melted by the time we got there. They make them when you order them, leave them by the window where they're constantly opening to hand people their food and drinks which is letting heat in, and due to their long lines by the time you get up there the shakes are melted, which is frustrating. I wish they would stop doing that, or find a different spot that is cooler to put pre prepped shakes for a 15 minute line wait read more

Our bartender was very nice and she explained Patent 139 brews in small batches and features beer from local breweries. My husband ordered a Neon Blaster Blonde and buffalo cauliflower. The cauliflower were tangy and spicy. Definitely a good choice to stop in when in Chandler.

For smashed burger type, try Detroit corny grill in Gilbert. For a regular hatch burger with really good fries, try Fate brewing in Tempe.

I have to be honest: I'm not a beer drinker, so I didn't know what to expect from the experience, other than that my friends had been there two nights prior. But upon our arrival, we were immediately escorted past the many tables and the bar to an enclosed back room with tables set up for us, a buffet line, and a private bar. We had our own serving staff and bartender, and after a quick welcome, we were encouraged to go up and place our drink orders. I chose to stick with non-alcoholic drinks, though everyone who ordered drinks (mostly beer) left happy with their selections. When it came time for the food, we had a chicken and beef option, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, vegetables, and assorted desserts. Everything was tasty! SanTan Brewing Company is an Arizona-based, award-winning producer of hand-crafted beers. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! We also got chicken tenders and cheese fries. My daughter didn't care for the tenders because it wasn't crispy or flavorful enough but the fries were very fresh and delicious. If you sign up on the app they also give you a free burger with $10 purchase. My husband is already talking about coming back tomorrow.
