It's three juicy meat patties, caramelized with zesty mustard, and stacked with melted cheese. TASTY! I arrived on Tuesday (around 10:19AM). Although Official Opening Hours are 10:30AM, this In-N-Out takes orders before then. Parking is easy. The parking lot is very spacious. Staff (receipt says Katelyn) is professional and friendly. Katelyn worked hard. My order took six minutes and 56 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the "3 by 3 - Mustard Style - No Lettuce, No Tomatoes, Grilled Onions" Burger ($8.30 - Secret Menu Item). HUGE! The ingredients are fresh & clean, and the flavor of zesty mustard, beef, and cheese shined brightly. If you enjoy the saltiness of mustard, you'll love this thick, juicy burger. On ambiance, the location is charming. The colors pop, and the location is relatively clean. The air is a little humid, but there's plenty of inside and outside seating. This is one of go to In N Out spots for our area. We have frequented this location many times because the location is big and can withstand the long drive thru lines. The staff is efficient when we dine inside. There's usually many customers and most of tables are occupied. The vibe is always lively with customers of all ages. We have tried so many variations of the Double Double here. From protein style to animal style or even the Flying Dutchman (onion wrapped). We sometimes get animal fries or most definitely their fries well done. We love it all. The customizations are endless and its all fresh and delicious. This location is reliable and we tend to visit here when we go to the drive thru as there are so many spots to park and enjoy our burgers. In-N-Out is simply the best fast food burgers out there! This is a great in n out although I've never been to a bad one. I love that this one has a sit down inside area. You always get your food much faster by going inside, get to enjoy the a/c, get free refills, and enjoy great customer service! Today's visit finally prompted me to leave a review. Not only were the fries hard again, but a couple of them were burnt to the point that they barely even looked like fries. It's frustrating because this has been a recurring issue, and it seems like there isn't much attention being paid to the quality of the fries before they're served. In-N-Out is a chain. So how does one location stand out from another? Friendly staff with exceptional customer service. Timing was also key as we got here at 11am on a Saturday prior to the crowds. I ordered a burger animal style, but hadn't realized that the animal style had a ketchup mustard blended mix, which I don't eat. Honestly, Drive an extra 6-10 minutes to the other nearest In n out. Every single time, they always have to do something to make me regret coming back to specific this location. 1. A LASH CLUSTER was in my fries. Yes, they remade the fries but just so so gross. 2. They forgotten missing food items every. single.time. 3. this location only having teens as the workers makes this location go very very slow. Which is probably why i've only gotten issues here... I've probably had to wait at most 40 minutes inside(in a thursday night) and saw that majority of them are just talking and slacking off a good 80% of the time. 4. The workers are just rude! Specifically this one situation where in the drive-thru window, I corrected the employee after noticing my fries weren't mentioned as Well done. She responded rather rudely, assuring me they were going to be well done. After I paid, I looked at my receipt and noticed it didn't indicate welldone fries at all. When I got to the second window, I double checked, and they had made regular fries. I politely let the employee know that I had ordered them well done, but she seemed visibly irritated that I even looked in the bag and checked in front of her, as if making sure my food is correct before i drove off and correcting the mistake was an inconvenience.... Overall, the employees at this location just seem unhappy and unfriendly to accommodate ANYTHING for you. So save yourself the trouble of having to deal with this location. read more

Friday! Last minute choice for some in and out. This is either a small location (dining room) or it's just busy like the rest of them! The taste is on par and I decided to get the tomato wrapped version. The tomato IMO was a little thin to replace buns. Other than this, it would have been a solid 5 stars Service is always quick and efficient. And our table was cleaned just before we left. Restaurant is kept clean. TIP: this parking is tricky. The drive through wraps around the parking and you may get stuck in a parking spot if the line is blocking your car. I stopped at IN-N-Out twice in one week! The first time was very late at night and the second time was around 6 PM. In both times, the line for the drive thru was very long. But in both occasions, the line moved fast! This is what I like about this branch! The employees are very efficient and the service is really very fast. I've been going to this in n out for years and it has always been amazing. I hate to leave this review but it's been pretty inconsistent recently. Seems to be declining a little. The fries are always super crispy like potato chips. The Day shift seems to be solid. I try to avoid ordering at night as it seems that's when the quality goes down. They take care of their employees and their customers. You can always count on consistency as well. It does not matter if you visit a Las Vegas location, or this Covina location, you can always depend on receiving a product that is truly consistent. The staff was very friendly, the store was clean, and to my surprise, they were completely open inside the restaurant with no mask mandates for those who are fully vaccinated. Second time at this location (12/14@6pm), and things haven't changed. Ordered the #1 double double. The fries were hard and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The burger was flavorful but was heavily salted. Many of the tables in the dining area were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. I walked by three tables before finding one that was relatively clean. However, I still had to use a napkin to wipe down the table. A customers dining experience is much more than just the food, It's the overall dining experience.
