The service here is great. All the employees are friendly and have a great attitude. The food came out fast too. We stopped here around 10pm as we were driving back home and the burgers and fries were so good. The fries were perfectly done and it was so tasty; it was light golden yellow, a little crispy, hot, and so delicious when combined with the in n out spread. The burger was really tasty that day too, with the bun excellently toasted and the beef patty tasting better than usual. There was a good amount of tomato and lettuce and a whole grilled onion to complete it. (you probably already know this one but fyi: if you get grilled onions on your burger they are usually chopped, but if you ask for it to be a whole grilled onion it will be ...whole, which I enjoyed more). read more

I don't eat meat, so my limitations are small. I order the grilled cheese and a eat a side of fries or animal fries. There is always a line out the door and a huge line for the drive-thru. Food is made fresh, these kids are working really hard, but there is just a small flaw within their system, they tend to mess up a lot on orders. My order was messed up and they didn't take care of it right away and when I got my food back, my grilled cheese was cold. Noticed a man also complaining and said they forgot his order as well. We had been waiting 2 day to try In-N-Out as we were down in California from Chicago. It was well worth it, great service with great food. I ordered Double Double Animal style with Animal style fries which may not look like enough but is more than enough. Overall it was worth the wait, and we will be returning every time we come to California. read more

I absolutely love In-N-Out, but if you are shopping in Gilroy, I would not recommend visiting this specific location. The lines are extremely long, even at off times like 3 pm. The service is also poor here, which is something I have never experienced at In-N-Out before! The food here was okay--the burgers were not as fresh as I expected, (especially given the high turnover) as the buns were soggy. The fries were also not as crispy as I have had at other locations. If you are looking for a great hamburger, I would recommend going to another location. Parking is abundant in a large lot outside, and there is a drive through option as well. read more

Came late one night and we wanted to order about 10 burgers. She told us, she had to check the back to see if they can complete our order. We told her, if not possible, we'll cut out some burgers. She replies "well, do you want it or not?" Of course we want it, otherwise we would've have tried to order it. No need for the attitude. Stopped by at In-N-Out Burger while at Gilroy Premium Outlets. I was surprised to see a restaurant that was insanely filled. I have never seen a chain which has generated this much foot traffic. When I mentioned to my sister who lives in CA, she indicated that In-N-Out's are all like this. Honestly, I was in disbelief that burgers could create such buzz. After waiting for what appeared to be 30 orders to be called, I picked my order of a cheeseburger with grilled onions and fries. After a bite of the burger, I understood what the appeal was. In-N-Out burgers are better than their competitors and even some casual burger chains like Red Robin. However, the fries were horrible. Some of the worse that I have had. They were too dry for my taste. If you are visiting an In-N-Out (this one or any other), I would suggest ordering using the drive through. The wait in-store seemed certainly to be longer than it would take for a drive through order to be ready. Or perhaps do what I do for gyms and go during off hours. read more

I'd love to have the take from just one day at this place. A Thursday night around nine pm, the line is out the door and there must be a dozen cars in the drive-thru line. But they know their products and their customers and they crank the food out as fast as they can. They're one of the few places around here that is open late. Fresh, speedy, tasty and inexpensive - there's not much more than you can ask for in fast food. If you've never been, it's simple burgers, fries, drinks and shakes. That's it. Not many options, other than how many patties, or cheese or not. Take care driving in the parking lot. It is not well-designed. There was not enough room allotted for the drive-through which ends up messing up the cars entering from the rear. Watch for pedestrians (and pedestrians watch for cars). Again because of poor design, the front entrance is also troublesome. The closest bus stops appear to be about a couple blocks away, on San Ysidro. I don't know this bus system so I don't know what buses stop there. read more

Honestly, save yourself the heartache of an incorrectly made order or missing items and drive to the In-n-out in Morgan Hill because even though I reaffirmed my order with the girl who was taking orders, she decided to choose violence and still input it incorrectly. She was working today 12/1/22 around 3pm. My 5 year old was looking forward to eating her food, but she's a picky eater so she didn't. In-N-Out Burger is pretty consistent everywhere you go. I can't think of a time I was disappointed. The downside of this location has to be the location on I itself. Right off the freeway with lots of travelers comming and going from the Bay Area makes this a busy location. With one main entrance and one back entrance that makes the drive-thru difficult. They do a good job with quickness in the drive-thru, but you can find yourself waiting on the street at times. Inside is the same with the efficiency, but finding a place to sit and eat becomes the biggest challenge. This is why it's a 4 and not a 5. It's about location, location, location! read more

This location always gets it right. Although the line does get pretty lengthy because it's next to the outlets, but it's definitely worth the wait. My food is alway hot and fresh. I usually get the #1 (double double) animal style with well done fries and a vanilla shake. You have to try the well done fries if you haven't already! I used the drive thru today and received rude service. Orlando needs some training on how to speak to customers please. I ordered the number 2 and requested for animal style for the cheeseburger only. He tells me, in a rude tone, the number 2 only comes with 1 burger. I replied. "I know, I would like the burger to be animal style only." He tells me "you said burgers! And the number 2 comes with 1 burger!" I ignore him because there is no point in arguing with the person placing your food order. I simply asked him to repeat my order to make sure he keyed it correctly. I love. Love. Love. In-n-out. They have the best meat patties for a fast food joint. I usually get their doubly double with animal fries and chocolate milk shake. I've also had their kona coffee I think twice, and it was pretty tasty. For the price you pay for, you deff get more than what you would normally expect in a fast food place. The quality of their food is always impeccable and it's very inexpensive. I almost every single in-n-out there is usually a line, which is totally fine! It goes by pretty fast, And their staff are very friendly. I always look forward to my next visit to this California burger tradition. read more

This review is long over due. The food here is affordable and great tasting. The lines and wait times do get long because they are so popular. Also the employees are top notch. I also enjoyed watching the general manager. I believe his name was Jorge. There was a long line and it was very busy when I went. But Jorge was there working hard with the rest of them.
