Had to give this branch 5 stars because I've never ever experienced such a fast order in an In-N-Out despite it being super packed before this one!!! Maybe because this is one of the few branches that don't do drive thru?? Maybe. They really honed the flow of all the customers well here. There was a lot of people here because it was a Saturday night and we walked into In N Out because I was really craving for a burger and fries late at night. I came in, ordered, and waited until a table cleared for us to sit down. After I sat down for like two minutes, I was so shocked that my order was ready!!! The fries were made super well: fresh, hot, and crisp on the outside. The burger was super yummy too and every ingredient tasted great. The soda area was busy and staff was constantly replenishing the supplies and also wiping down tables as people got up and left. Cleaning the floor, keeping a chaotic environment controlled. Visited an In-N-Out Burger after a long time and this review is for this particular franchise at Glendale.This one's located near the Glendale mall which is a very busy area so the place was packed to the teeth and you have to wait at least 5 minutes just to get a seat and because it's so busy that the cleanliness wasn't up to par! The staffs were very friendly though and were doing their best to take care of every customer which is definitely appreciable. The Food: Ordered Hamburger/Fries/Drink combo for $9 & some change which is very reasonable pricing and I think everything on their menu made fresh daily which is a plus, the hamburger was good but not great and fries wasn't that crispy! always enjoy visiting In-N-Out Burger -- this chain never disappoints. One of my absolute favorites is the protein-style burger, where they replace the bun with fresh lettuce. It's such a great option and always tastes amazing. There's almost always a long line, but the service is impressively fast and efficient every time. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I really like the bright red-and-white interior -- it has that classic, iconic vibe. Even the restrooms are clean despite how busy it gets, which says a lot. The only downside during this visit was that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working well, so it felt a bit stuffy inside. When I found out I was going to L.A., I was excited to eat at In n Out again. I absolutely love their cheeseburgers and this time did not disappoint! The onions are awesome. They have a unique flavor that is hard to describe. The pickles are so good and the burger and cheese go so well together. This is one of if not my absolute favorite cheeseburger anywhere. No animal sauce for me. My chocolate shake was pretty good. This is not the beat shake in the world but it goes well with the burger. It is not overly sweet. Oh yeah, the cashier made sure she got my order correct twice which I appreciated. But, oh no...the fries!! Terrible. I remember not liking them in the past. They have no flavor. But this time was worse. The consistency tasted like.they were stale. Like they have been sitting around for days. This is not true since this restaurant is CONSTANTLY busy. There is no time to have fries lay around. Still, I asked for a new order. I figured we got unlucky. Nope. Next order was hot and still tasted stale. No thank you Their menu is very limited. They have like 6 items on the menu and I believe they have kept it the same since they opened in 1948. I still love In n Out but just can't understand why a restaurant has such good burgers and just terrible fries. I have tried them with animal sauce in the past and that did not help. They should really be good on their own. On a final note, I am impressed how they have kept their prices low. Just about anyone can afford to buy a cheeseburger here. Back in California and got the chance to finally try In n Out! This location is in downtown Glendale and I picked it given there is parking available in the nearby shopping mall. I got half iced tea, half lemonade. It was crowded but we were able to find a table and it wasn't too long of a wait for our order. The burgers were great, but a little on the dry side. As for the animal style fries I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce but the onions were a nice touch. Solid fast food meal but in my opinion I enjoy Shake Shack more than In n Out as the quality of the ingredients are slightly better and there is more variety of burgers on the menu. read more

I never knew there was an in n out by the americana but I was very glad to be able to get it when I was in the area! I was surprised bc this location doesnt have a drive thru but I didn't mind going in they have a little parking garage on the side with signs saying the spots are designated for in n out customers. it's a bit confusing since there's a parking garage on the left side and the right side when you turn in. I turned into the one closer to in n out and it was very crowded w cars waiting for others to leave. luckily I was able to snag a spot quickly as someone was leaving right when I entered! I went in and was shocked by how big the place was! this is probably the nicest in n out I've been in - it was very spacious and had lots of natural light (see pic). I ordered my usual (cheeseburger w grilled onions) and it was great as usual! Came here with my partner and it was my first time eating at this certain IN-N-OUT. I got a cheeseburger and he got a double double. He ordered fries and I ordered fries with grilled onions on top. I like to put grilled onion on top of fries and half spread, which is basically animal style fries without the cheese. Service was great, and the cashier was extremely kind when taking our order and also the man who cleaned our table before we sat down to eat was very kind as well. Our food came relatively fast for being IN-N-OUT and it was a great experience, especially eating inside. The drinks are self serve so you're able to get whatever drink you want which is great especially if you wanted to change your mind and have a different drink. Besides that I had a great time at this certain IN-N-OUT and also the atmosphere is super desirable especially believing that this is a tourist attraction. If you're an In N Out drive thru kinda person that just wants to drive up, get the food and leave to eat somewhere else ... this location is definitely NOT the place for you! There is NO drive through in this downtown urban location. You have to get validated parking in a big parking structure and by the time you walk all the way back to your car, the food is cold! I always eat inside with my food fresh and hot right outta the kitchen and fryer. So, coming here is fine for me. Actually, I'd of never come here or known about it, if I didn't go to the big Chinese buffet across the street yesterday. I saw a big In N Out so what the hell? I've never been to a urban non dedicated In N Out location like this before. Inside looks a bit different and larger than a normal In N Out. Service was the same efficient as was my normal order of a Double Double Animal style with extra grilled onions and an order of fries. Everything tasted the way it should. The food came out fast enough and I ate in the dining area that seemed clean enough. Parking is the only weird thing I can say bout this location. I mean if you are a visitor like i was for the holidays this is the place you want to come to as you are able to get your In N Out experience out of the way and then explore and enjoy some great shopping. The food is what you expect a good burger but top notch animal style fries ! If you are going to do In N Out it will be pointless to get regular fries because honestly there isn't anything special about them until you mention you want to switch it to animal style. I believe that does not appear on the menu it's sort of off the menu options but it's really good. Animal style means that they will out thousand islands dressing ( I believe that's what the dressing is called), melted cheese, and yummy grilled onions cut into small pieces. I strongly recommend getting a fork for this because it will get messy. You can also order your burger animal style but if I had to choose I'd always choose to put that special topping on the fries(: Staff was very good and food was great! read more

I'm very disappointed with this In-N-Out. This is the first time I've experienced this at an In-N-Out establishment. So far my experience with their cashiers has been on point; everyone is super duper nice. It's a Christian place and they are trained to be extra nice. But this one was an outlier I guess.
