The layout is rather narrow and long, but the floor to ceiling windows with a vaulted two story ceiling The service is typical, but can get busy and understandably slow during the lunch and dinner rush. I stopped in before the lunch rush and was able to find a table quickly. I tried my first protein burger which was actually nice. The lettuce which replaced the bun gave a nice crispy crunch and there was no leaky mess. Highly recommend the protein style burgers if you're carb conscious. read more

We stopped here after a taping of The Price is Right. It was hard to find parking in the attached garage, but we kept circling until we found a spot. This place is hopping and busier than any fast food place I have been to. There was always a line of customers but the employees have their system down to a science and it went quickly. We received our food and it was fresh, good and hot. It was similar to a 24 hour steak hamburger chain in my hometown. Many celebrities mention in and out so we had to try it. I stopped by this In N Out location to grab my lunch since we were in the area. This location does not have a drive thru so it's only dine in or takeout. I saw that there parking behind the place but I parked at a parking garage across the street. When we came, they didn't have a lot of people in line but there were more people waiting for their food. I got my 3x3 Protein Style with chopped chilis and fries. The give me the guest 6 when they were on guest 88. When they restarted the guest number, they shoe skipped my number but went to every other number after me. So I had to wait like 14 minutes for my food. I thought my burger was delicious as always but the presentation of the burger wasn't the best. I also had to pay a little more but I think it's due to the taxes here. They were packed inside for dine in so be aware for this location. The place light up nice at nighttime, inside and outside. read more

This is one of my favorite in n outs to go to because for how busy they get, the quality of the food is made to perfection and is ready in a decent amount of time. The parking can be challenging, but it is in a big parking structure so you can go up many levels to get a spot. They are not stingy with their spread and ketchup. The location is also clean inside; almost all times that I have been here there is always an employee wiping the tables down. Luckily, I am close to Glendale, but if I were not, this would be the one location I would drive to get my delicious burger! read more

The line inside is generally long but lives quickly enough. Food is always delicious and consistent with top grade beef, fresh cut potatoes turned into fries, and fresh produce. In N Out sadness. In N Out is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I can't think of a time they have let me down before until now. We visited this location on a weekday night about an hour before closing. Usually I don't visit too close to restaurant closing as to not put undue burden on the staff but I feel like an hour is reasonable, especially for a fast food joint. There were only 2 people ahead of us and no line behind us and we received our food within 10 min. What we received though, was not to In N Out standards. The fries were oddly soggy (were they not fresh?) and the burger came incredibly messy. It didn't taste off, which was good, but the presentation was out of the wrapper and just so messy that it wasn't really holdable. After 46 days without eating meat for Lent all I can think of was my go to in-n-out burger (a cheeseburger with grilled onions) but I was craving bacon as well so how could I add it to my burger.... well don't tell anyone but I love the snackin' bacon from dunkin donuts so I brought some and put it on my fave burger; and let me tell you... I enjoyed every single bite of it!!! I love this in-n-out location 'cause besides being near glendale galleria & the Americana there are so many great stores to visit around the area. Everyone working here is really nice and on top of their game even when the place is crazy busy! The new fountain soda dispenser is nice you just put your finger in between and that's it you don't have to touch or push anything. If I could I could Give a zero stars I would give it. We came here we ordered our food. We waited 20 minutes. Our food was never called. We went up to the front. We waited additional 20 minutes and our food was still never called. Not sure what the issue was, but they asked us to verify what our card was even though the card had already gone through our number had been verified. Everything our food was actually made incorrect Because I asked her protein salad to be gluten-free. Not sure what the issue was, but we literally waited close to an hour for our food to be made. That was never made the first. I will never return to this location. Very sad that this occurred here because it is super close to home for us. read more

This was the closest indoor in n out to me at the time so I decided eat here. The instant I walked in, the inside dining area was even more hot and humid than outside. The outside temperature was already over 100 degrees. Inside the in n out was also packed with people. I ordered a number 3, which took about 20 minutes. The burger and fries were pretty standard with every other in n out location. They were delicious and fresh. My main reason for giving this location a 3 star is their lack of indoor ventilation or air conditioning. For a location this big, they should have at least had some fans on. I usually come to this in n out if I am in the Glendale area or shopping at the Glendale Galleria/ Americana. This location is pretty spacious inside since this is one of the few locations that do not have a drive-thru and they offer free parking but the parking can get a little hectic since you are sharing the parking with the people who are shopping and people literally want to park right next to the entrance. Customer service is good at this location and was very clean when I went. They have also updated their soda machine to be touch less as well and I love the ice that they have here as well! I usually ask for my fries extra well done and they actually made them extra well done so I was very happy about that since half the time they come out regular. read more

This is our first stop after arriving here from the east coast. The restaurant was very east to find and had plenty of parking in an attached garage behind the restaurant. The place was pretty busy, but the line move quickly. My cheeseburger was very good and always love the fries. The only complaint was that the sods was a little flat, but otherwise a great visit. read more

I come here maybe like once a week. I am disappointed when I say well done on my burger and when I take a bite the meat is still pink. They've also forgotten my extra tomatoes and lettuce a couple of times. I always have to ask for condiments too.. I noticed that this location, the tables are always dirty- takes about 10 minutes to get a table cleaned. Twice, I just decided to clean the table myself. I don't use the restrooms here- they're filthy. I'm starting to just get my food to go here.
