June 08 / 2026 Time I ordered in drive through was 5::26 PM. In Glendora In-N- Out Burger. Ordered: 2 Double doubles animal style, 2 fries and 2 strawberry shakes. Total $ 26. 47 When I arrived home: My husband said did you order a cheeseburger? No I ordered my usual a double doubles animal style animal style. Well you got a cheeseburger really I was so disappointed plus my food was cold. I called corporate immediately and spoken to I believe Lisa, just so understanding, empathetic, caring. Great representative of In-N-Out Burger. Because of this representative we will visit again. To make it right she offered 2 vouchers. So nice of her and I didn't expect anything in return. My husband and I were so surprised at this offer. We thank you so very much. We still haven't used the vouchers yet but soon. This In-N-Out is almost always busy but then again, which location isn't?! Staff is friendly as always and any other fast food place can't beat freshly made burgers and fries for a good price even if they're quicker! It can get tricky in the drive-thru lanes as the way the place is located you can be stuck blocking an entry/exit way during rush hours. The parking is a bit small too, especially when there's a lot of people enjoying their meals in their cars. I suggest parking at the chic-fil-a next door and walking over if you can! read more

I'd love to see them add an entrance/exit exclusive to In-N-Out ONLY (not linked to larger, signaled shopping center entrance). No worries, folks, its accessibility doesn't affect the burger quality, staff courtesy, and value of Cali's favorite burger chain; all three are on point! I felt like I had to Yelp tonight as we were being looked after by Deandra who really helped clean a table, constantly checked in on us and took our trays. She was very obliging, and even refilled my Diet Coke for me. She couldn't stop smiling as I was observing her, and she was just walking around, trying to be helpful. There's something about a Double-Double, mustard-fried, both onions, and cold cheese that pleases me so. Just the fact you can customize your burgers to the nth degree is always appreciated. They have great service here; seeming to even bear the wait time I get at my local location. I also noticed they don't try to talk over you here when you try to order like my local spot does. They wait to ask their questions or for clarification until after you order. I love that. That's good training. My local spot loves to ask for clarification immediately when they're questioning something. It's rather rude. The space is nice too. I'm so annoyed and disappointed with the service at this location. We literally avoid it because of the long lines and poor customer service but today it was convenient so we stopped by. I ordered the same thing I always do and it's never an issue anywhere else. I ordered 3 Flying Dutchman's whole grilled wrapped with chopped chilies. They didn't add the chop chilies. When I went back to say something they just slapped wet ass chilies on them with a bunch of chili juice all over the tray soaking the flying the Dutchmen's. Of course I said something again and they switched the tray instead of fixing the order. I then simply just asked for my money back. I don't understand why they couldn't just fix their mistake. I was really put off by my experience at the pickup window. The employees asked which drink I had ordered, then opened the lid, put their nose right over the top, and sniffed it to identify it before trying to hand it to me. It was not only my drink either--the worker was opening multiple drinks, sniffing them, and placing them with the correct orders. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I called customer service right away because this kind of food handling should never happen. I did not feel comfortable taking a drink that had been handled that way. I hope management addresses proper food safety and customer service practices. read more

I went to the In and Out location in Glendora, CA. I ordered a #3 (single hamburger with fries and a drink). The order came up to $9 and some change. I handed the cashier (young hispanic or caucasian female) a $10 bill. The cashier proceeded to run the $10 bill through a little slot to check to see if the bill was fake. Immediately I asked the cashier did she think the $10 bill was fake? The cashier replied they have received fake $100 bills. I replied, but I handed you a $10 bill. I then sat down and watched the cashier with the next customer. Next an elderly hispanic woman ordered and handed this same cashier a $20 dollar bill, the cashier accepted the $20 bill without running the bill through the same counterfeit check as she did my $10 bill. When I asked the cashier why didn't she check the hispanic woman's $20 bill to see if it was real, she attempted to lie and say that she did. I informed the cashier I was watching her the whole time and that she did not check the other customer's $20 bill as she had done my $10 bill. This is just another example how black men are profiled in every aspect of life in this country. Needless to say, I never go to another In and Out in life. read more

He greeted us with a cheerful "Hi, how are you?" and not just us but every customer he helped as the front cashier. His energy was contagious, and he truly made everyone feel welcome with his great personality and genuine care. It's rare to encounter someone who takes customer service to the next level, but Devin does it effortlessly. He wasn't just going through the motions--he made us feel like valued guests. Last night I had another craving for In-N-Out french fries. After getting Costco gas, I drove on over to this In-N-Out to get my fries. Drive-thru line wasn't too bad. It starts with 2 lines and then they merge into one line. What a clever idea especially when space is limited at this location. The lady who took my order was pleasant. The gentleman who collected my money was nice. The lady who handed me my fries was friendly. Staff is usually top notch at In-N-Out. I got three fries no salt extra crispy and a water. Unfortunately, my extra crispy fries were not that great. I don't know, but every time I ask for extra crispy, they don't turn out well. Fries were oily and had lost its natural potato texture. They were tough fries. Very disappointed. Hence, 3 stars. I'm not going to ask for extra crispy fries ever again at least not at In-N-Out. Just stick with the original way they make their fries! read more

We went thru drive thru and ordered three ch bgrs, one mustard grilled, one 2x3 protein style with buns on the side. They charged us for an extra veggie bgr- for the buns we asked to be on the side. Had to have them redo the order at the window and they couldn't understand the protein style with buns on the side. Then we get the brgrs and on the mustard grilled there was only a table spoon of lettuce on it! That's why my husband ordered his protein style with buns on the side because they are barely putting any lettuce onthe brgrs these days. Good thing I checked before we left so asked for a side of lettuce. All the burgers we dripping and soggy by the time we got home and had to grill the buns so they would be edible.
