Animal fries and hamburger with grilled onions.
Anna B.

My go-to spot for freshly prepared burgers. Love their Double Meat and Animal Fries! Customer service is nice and super efficient. My order has never been incorrect the numerous visits I've dined here and gone through drive thru. Comfort food spot!

Great Professional Friendly Service from Diego, Glad to see that employees still know how to treat guests, The Food was Great Hit the spot first time at this location.

Excellent and efficient drive-thru service, employees at this location and ALL In-N-Out Burger locations were professional, friendly, and helpful. My food was DELICIOUS, and my diet lemonade was refreshing. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I love it!

In n' out is a staple. It is fresh and relatively much more healthy as an option. Pro tip: order extra everything! We have stopped by this in n' out several times on our road trips along the coast - during the day, late at night, you name it. It was good. Reliable.

We had too much time to find for ourselves Double Double, mustard-fried, both onions, & cold cheese from #InNOut

Another great location. I see this one all the time because it's near my favorite AMC to see all my weekly movies. But until now I had just gotten dinner at some of the other dozens of food joints in the area. As always, my favorite order still hits. There's something about a Double-Double, mustard-fried, both onions, and cold cheese that pleases me so. Just the fact you can customize your burgers to the nth degree is always appreciated. They have great service here; seeming to even bear the wait time I get at my local location. I also noticed they don't try to talk over you here when you try to order like my local spot does. They wait to ask their questions or for clarification until after you order. I love that. That's good training. My local spot loves to ask for clarification immediately when they're questioning something. It's rather rude. The space is nice too. It's a bit bigger than mine or it least feels that way.

Such a great experience doing the kitchen tour with my kids! The staff was amazing at answering all their quirky questions and making the presentation super engaging. The food was 10/10 (that magical spread is a must-try!). Love seeing a local spot support education like this. We'll definitely be back!

The food here is good, and you can always count on it to hit the spot. The employees are pleasant and helpful every time I visit. While the lines can get long (a sign of how popular this place is), the staff keeps things moving quickly and efficiently, so the wait never feels too bad. Definitely worth it every time!

When it comes to burger, In -N-Out, it is my husband #1 favorite place and comfort food. The Double- Double cheese burger is the irresistible burger for everyone in my family. The Animal style fries with cheese is also very flavorful and delicious. I believe It is a pleasant meal for many people including my family. The Drive- thru is very convenient. Yes! Sometimes the line is crazy, but the staff try to do their best to move the line faster. The conclusion is nothing can go wrong with any burger from In-N-Out! Perfect food, fast service, great taste and affordable price!

Love In n out ! Can never go wrong w a Flying Dutchman & animal fries but it's a challenge now. The owner is family oriented & supports her employees above & beyond. Thank you @ In-N-OUT But it's not their fault prices have skyrocketed. :/. It's the person in sac who increased min to have excuse to cr8 more infl@tn. Time to see. It's up to you to stop the problem or make it bigger. How much you want to pay for a burger ? 30 ? Plus 20 for fries ? Thank you @ In-N-Out for holding on as long as possible We appreciate you ! Keep up the good work & support.

Why not have a late-night dinner? We all know the menu is delicious, but today's visit was extra special. DEVIN!! My God, I hope management reads this. What a great guy! He greeted us with a cheerful "Hi, how are you?" and not just us but every customer he helped as the front cashier. His energy was contagious, and he truly made everyone feel welcome with his great personality and genuine care. It's rare to encounter someone who takes customer service to the next level, but Devin does it effortlessly. He wasn't just going through the motions--he made us feel like valued guests. It's clear he enjoys what he does, and it reflects in every interaction. If you visit this location, look out for Devin--you'll leave with not just a great meal but a memorable experience too. Management, please acknowledge this shining star! Oh yeah, and there's plenty of parking, a very clean location that wasn't so busy where you had a line wrapped around the building, and we were able to find a table right away. Our order was perfect, smiles all around. :)

Last night I had another craving for In-N-Out french fries. After getting Costco gas, I drove on over to this In-N-Out to get my fries. Drive-thru line wasn't too bad. It starts with 2 lines and then they merge into one line. What a clever idea especially when space is limited at this location. The lady who took my order was pleasant. The gentleman who collected my money was nice. The lady who handed me my fries was friendly. Staff is usually top notch at In-N-Out. I got three fries no salt extra crispy and a water. Unfortunately, my extra crispy fries were not that great. I don't know, but every time I ask for extra crispy, they don't turn out well. Fries were oily and had lost its natural potato texture. They were tough fries. Very disappointed. Hence, 3 stars. I'm not going to ask for extra crispy fries ever again at least not at In-N-Out. Just stick with the original way they make their fries!

The patty is smashed just right, with crispy, caramelized edges and a juicy, flavorful center, while the melted cheese blends perfectly into the beef. The bacon adds that extra smoky, savory crunch, which pairs insanely well with the subtle sweetness of the Hawaiian bun. It creates that perfect sweet-and-salty balance, with every bite hitting a mix of juicy, crispy, and soft textures. The toppings stay simple and fresh, letting the flavor of the burger really shine. I had it with a side of tater tots, which were crispy and satisfying, but honestly, I feel like the sweet potato fries might've been the better move. That slight sweetness would've complemented the burger even more and taken the whole meal up a notch. Overall, it's a standout burger--simple, flavorful, and done right. Definitely something I'd order again... next time with the sweet potato fries.

We ordered: - San Dimas Burger from the Specialty menu combo that came with fries and a soft drink ($18.50). Included in the price were well-seasoned Tater Tots that were worth every calorie. - Beef Sliders $16.00 ($1.50 added for Pepper Jack Cheese, I didn't know about the upcharge til the bill came) and a side of fries (I chose Sweet Potato instead of regular fries). - Agua Fresca $7.00 available on limited days, not sure of the schedule. -Notes: The restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu includes Omelettes, Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage, Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, and a Kids Menu (Pancakes, Toasted Peanut Butter & Jelly, Chicken Nuggets, Grilled Cheese, Spaghetti). -Full Bar, Beer and Wine -Occasional live entertainment in the patio. -Private Parking lot behind the restaurant Bring the family! But lately, over the past ten days I've been consuming pastrami like, well, Joey Chestnut demolishes hot dogs every July 4th. Last night's pastrami sando from Legends marks my fourth similar order in the past eight night's. I paired it with a small fries, which are enough to share. Not gonna bother littering this review w/ extraneous pics of Legends '50s style Americana design- Everyone else snaps plenty of those... So was Legends up to their emulatable name? Mehhhh, quite solid...but not necessarily Hall of Fame caliber. The meat is plentiful, piled 2.5" high on the bread smeared w/ yellow mustard. But the flavor profile of the 'Strami is rather spartan- No palette fireworks that you experience w/ famous pastrami sandos churned out by Brent's Deli (Northridge), Katz (NYC), etc. In the vast ranking of Glendora-adjacent Pastrami Sando sellers, I'd rank em: 1.) EAT Fantastic, Arcadia- Lean, well seasoned, bread pairs perfectly. A flavorful home run! 2.) The Hat, Glendora. This IS their moneymaker, after all... 3.) Legends, Glendora. Looks like I must've ordered the WDT (Wrong Damn Thing)... 4.) Route 66 Subs, Glendora. Service was okay, although the cashier seemed to be going through the motions and wasn't particularly engaging. The restaurant appeared clean at first glance, but I did notice a few food safety practices that I think are worth bringing to management's attention. While handling ready-to-eat (RTE) food, employees should change their gloves and wash their hands whenever they leave the food preparation area or touch items that could contaminate their gloves. During my visit, I observed one of the cooks, an older gentleman, step away from the line and use the drink dispenser located in the dining area. Afterward, he returned directly to food preparation while still wearing the same black vinyl gloves. I did not observe him remove his gloves or wash his hands before resuming work. I've included a photo showing the location of the drink dispenser for reference. Later, I noticed a chef from the restaurant across the street stop by and hand food to the same cook. Rather than seeing the food taken to a designated employee area, it appeared to be placed near the cook line. If observed correctly, this could increase the risk of cross-contamination if proper food handling procedures were not followed. On a positive note, I did observe the front-of-house staff washing their hands appropriately as they transitioned between different tasks, which was good to see. Overall, this isn't a bad place to eat, and I enjoyed the food. I simply hope management takes a closer look at these food handling practices, as following proper glove-changing, handwashing, and cross-contamination prevention procedures helps protect both employees and guests.
