I had to microwave my food so i'd be edible, The employees here especially the girl taking orders outside and the girl who was tendering cash acted like I was doing them a disservice by coming through the drive through during business hours, Not welcoming what's so ever I asked both of them how they were, got a shrug from one of them followed by a quick can I help you. I have a special feeling of Glendora, it's some sort of my hometown. There are so many good spots, Donut Man, Foster's Freeze, Rika's Empanadas. You won't believe there are so many good foods in such a small city. Once you check the wiki, it mentioned that the population is 50,003. I bet the individual 3 are me, my wife, and my daughter. I got back to In-N-Out at Lone Hill Ave., Glendora after driving off the 57 freeway, the road is under construction, anyway, I reached In-N-Out. I was parking the car and let my daughter, Lara, came in first and order the meal. We had a triple-triple in protein style with extra sauce and Lara had a double-double, I loved it. There were a group of young boys and girls inside the restaurant, I guess they are high-school students, but Lara said they were not. At that time, two handsome policeman and policewoman walked into the restaurant, they were standing there, so cool and good-looking. Today 4/8/23 we went to IN-N-OUT on Lone Hill in Glendora to get lunches for our volunteer workers. We were initially hesitant because it would be such a large order, but they did such a great job and worked with us. They even packed the food individually for each person and helped us to the car. So I was just at this location and I am so disappointed in the food. When we finally got our food at the window it was cold. I think that maybe it's because they take our order at the end of the line and then we sit there for 30 minutes and by the time we get to the window the food has been sitting there waiting for us. I came here for fries literally just fries on a Tuesday. They were soggy and made no sense. Literally inedible. I understanding wanting to employ folks and embody the ways of God but some of these young kids are remedial and don't need to be handling food. They need to be repeating the 12th grade. How hard is it to get fries right...? I don't understand how you can give someone such soggy and nasty fries would YOU eat this? I was flabbergasted. Came here after Cruel World fest close to midnight and went inside and ordered. There was no line at the time and plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor) available. However a bus full of prom kids pulled up at 12:30 and took over the space. Right now there's heavy construction going on the street leading up to the restaurant so you'll need to do a big detour to get here if you exit the 210 going east. Came here on a rainy day and they offered free hot cocoa to kids! They do check to make sure you have kids, but they don't say the age range. We like how they give little activity kits for children to draw on so they don't get bored while waiting. The food was delicious as always; fries are very fresh and the burgers have a nice balance with the patty, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. The combos don't come out cheaper than ordering each item individually, so I would suggest ordering what you need instead thinking you would save more with a combo. Even though there were a lot of people, the wait time was reasonable. Definitely would come back if we are looking for a quick bite to eat. Standard hamburgers are now $3.50 and cheeseburgers are $3.95 each. Fries are $2.30 for one order. The employees do a nice job of cleaning the place and have great customer service. read more

It is so frustrating! They certainly take your money for extras (for example, extra cheese), but they then fail to actually include the extra. I went today to get my elderly mother a burger and strawberry shake that's all she likes when we do our weekly shopping in Glendora. I just recently moved to upland but the stores are not the same as Glendora so I take her every week out there and lady stop is In N Out. Went through drive through and the young man was taking another person order so I just drove on up in front of her he guy on the right since there was ample room . But the guy came to my window and asked me to reverse told him im already in line will just order at the speaker. He made me reverse lose my place so I pulled out of line and went inside it was faster but im upset by the young kid who had no respect . Will never eat there again. read more

I hate to give a 1, after the many times of good serviced received BUT today they made a mistake that infuriated me. My daughter suffers from food allergies so ordering food a certain way, which in-n- out offers is beneficial to our family. Here's the scoop: ordered a number 3 protein style with ketchup and mustard instead of spread. This is what I received but at some point in its creation it had cheese on it, which was ordered without as a number 3. After pulling it apart, I found lil bits of cheese mixed in it. I think a cook intended for that burger to be with cheese then realized it wasn't and tried to take it off leaving pieces behind. You can hurt people by not following instructions. You can cause a patron to go into anaphylactic shock by making those mistakes. (She didn't BTW) but I also threw her burger away i be safe. I waited a long time, it was very busy, although I would have waited as long as it took just to make sure it was right. Do do people dirty In-n-out you're better than that. read more

I may be a little biased because we brought the In-n-Out truck for late night munchies at our wedding, but I always crave a double-double after a night of dancing at weddings and tonight was no exception. After working off some tacos at a friend's wedding by dancing, I asked my husband to stop by this location on our way home. Unfortunately everyone had the same idea at midnight and the drive-through line was insane. The good news is there was a pot of gold at the end of that rainbow and the line moved fairly quickly. Shout out to Sebastian for putting up with our delirious banter at the pay window. This is always a great location to stop at but I have one issue every time. To get back to the freeway is a bit of a logistical nightmare. You cannot turn left out of the driveway to get back to the Main Street and the next few lights on the right have no U-turn signs. They were gross, cold, and didn't taste fresh at all. The animal style cheeseburger was so dry with a couple pieces of wilted lettuce. Never going to this location again. This particular location is a zoo though. It's a bigger location with seats inside and out but it's also a very popular spot surrounded by stores. It's always jammed packed no matter when you go. Be prepared to scout out a table and then enjoy that burger. My usual order here is a Cheeseburger, animal style, with a side of fries and a beverage. Animal style is from their "secret menu" and essentially means they grill your onions and throw on an extra heap of pickles and sauce. It's a drippy mess that you will thank me for. If you're like me and prefer to spice things up a bit ask them for a side of chili peppers. This is the best burger you can get for the cost. read more
