C'mon... this is In-N-Out! I feel like this place needs no review, but I'll write one anyway. Nothing fancy or super crazy. This is one of my favorite in n out locations. This one has a dine in area! The staff is fast and I friendly. What I like most about this in n out is that it is next to the AMC hence you can enjoy your burger while watching a movie. You'd have to sneak it in though lol read more

Great food as usual however the cashiers need to be educated on In n Outs secret menu my friends and I asked for fried mustard and animal style, and when I questioned whether she got that on my order she insisted that fried mustard is what makes it animal style. Only sick and twisted individuals could rate this anything other than five stars!! I've been living in the Glendora area for a few years and this is the In-N-Out to hit up! The lines are always long but they are staffed very well at all times. They appear to have a very good team because I have NEVER had our order mixed up. Maybe on a few occasions the service was lackluster for In-N-Out standards but these kids work hard. The burgers are always put together nearly perfect, and the fries are never over or under cooked. It's so clean in there too.... you could literally eat off the tile. Be sure to add chop chili's to your burger if you never have before- for it is the way of The Burger. Cheers mates! read more

I have nothing against the food here, but hands down the worst In-N-Out I've ever been to. Just the atmosphere is horrible. My family decided to have lunch here after church, and In-N-Out never disappoints, but today it did. We were getting stares from a few people and it didn't just end there. Stares are fine. Go ahead and watch us eat our food if that's entertaining to you and look at us, but don't make us feel super uncomfortable till the we finish our meal. In all honesty and with no exaggeration, my family including myself have never been in a situation where we felt that the color of our skin would determine our experience. First there was this lady who just would not stop staring at me and looked angered at the fact that my mother was speaking a different language. Then once she had left I thought it would end there, but this other couple sat next to us and started commenting on my food and how I PUT SPREAD ON MY BURGER. Then I heard the girl whisper "look at their family". Their endless glares confirmed that it was maybe our race that entitled them to criticize us for eating there. At the same time there was another girl sitting on the other side of us, just giving us the nastiest stare. THE WHOLE TIME. I DO NOT WANT TO INSINUATE that these people are discriminating us because of our race or that the people in this area our racist, but I just want to share the uncomfortable experience that my family had. Again, never coming back to this In-N-Out. I've been to multiple In-N-Out's around Southern California,but this one has shown me that some people DO NOT have the decency to let people eat peacefully for something they pay for. Nothing compares to a burger and fries from In-N-Out not to mention their exceptional customer service....except for today's visit. Not sure if "Sandra" was having a bad day or couldn't handle the usual drive through rush they're known for but the attitude was totally unnecessary! She was speeding through taking our order and as we kept correcting items that were incorrect when she repeated them her tone was an obvious attitude! Before we payed at the first window we asked the guy working the register to repeat our order and sure enough...it was still wrong. For a place that serves nothing but burgers and fries it's not that hard! But what was more disappointing was the attitude simply because she couldn't listen effectively. read more

The food is always excellent and fresh of course. The service employees are very friendly and have a great attitude. Despite the fact that this is one of the larger In-N-Out restaurants with quite a lot of seating, it is busy at almost all hours of the day. Around meal time it is extremely busy - especially in the drive through. So I advise against going at meal time unless you don't mind waiting. read more

Being a YouTube Personality, I am sometimes considered over the top. I actually made a video about my experience at this location which can be found on YouTube but the situation speaks for itself. I went into this location one evening and I'm a regular in the La Verne/ Claremont area. Ordered my number 2. Grilled Onions, no salt on the fries & a Soda. I took the meal to go, I just hate waiting in their drive Thru lines. As I'm driving home, who doesn't snack on the fries ? haha But anyways, I get home to bite into a burger that was semi warm... and WAIT FOR IT...... had a big gummy circle like ball IN THE PATTY. I actually spit my food out and proceeded to bag up the item and go back to speak with the manager as I was headed to San Diego. Long story short ( because people that write essays for reviews are just annoying ) Customer Service DID NOTHING for me. They were not even able to tell me what it was and they just tried to shove the situation under the rug. haha Too bad for them Im not the easy customer who wont care what's in my food. Company's making the kind of profit that they do, should have their shit together. I called the State Boards and wrote letters about how un sanitary the whole place was. Aside from the food I also experienced discrimination issues and I think that just took it too far. This was 2 YEARS AGO ! And I have not touched In N Out since then. They lost a truly loyal customer. 2 combo meals a week, EVERY WEEK. to None. And my family will be raised to not ever buy a meal at any location. I was at this location with my 1 year old and some friends and the most embarrassing thing happened. My daughter threw up, EVERYWHERE. I was mortified, but Xavier and another rather tall, and friendly (i'm told he's also fairly new) gentleman were very upbeat and positive and made sure to clean up the mess promptly, after asking me to stop cleaning it up myself. When I first entered the restaurant I was also greeted in a very friendly manner, and a child's seat was brought for my daughter to where we wanted to sit. This location has always been my favorite, and these guys made my day. They deserve noting but the best for the service I received, If I had had cash you bet I would've forced them to take a tip. I'm n out is the only burger place that I go to but this is the 4th time I have bought dinner for my family and I order 2 number twos and a number 1 with both kinds of onions and I always get nearly any let us and no tomatos and it always looks like onions grilled and raw and bun and cheese and spread on it and that is it my fries don't even feel the container and I will probably never come back to this spot anymore for the price that I pay I would rather find a place that will make it feel like customer service is number one to be happy read more

I just moved down here from the seattle area. I've heard so many rave reviews about In-N-Out that I had to try it. I was pretty excited when I got my food, but to my dismay the burger was average and the fries were just ok. I was expecting something pretty amazing, and honestly I'd rather have Jack in the Box. I tried another In-N-Out yesterday to see if it was just the Glendora location but the food tasted the same.
