Great burger, but I hate the wait. Once I received my burger, mmmmmmm, I chowed down quickly

My favorite place for burgers. I try to go weekly. Nothing comes close to their burgers.

I seem to eat at In n Out a lot more often than before. They're one of the late night eateries that's still open when we get done with our services and also when we're all up late and wanting a quick bite somewhere. This location is the more crowded ones especially on the weekends due to it being right off the freeway so a lot of Vegas travelers stop off for a meal and bathroom break. They even have extra restrooms outside to accommodate everyone. Service is typical In n Out style where order takers are friendly. There was one elderly lady who would deliver your order to you at your table for convenience sake. Good burgers and fries except the shakes arent so much a fave of mine due to it's overly thick consistency but other than that, you can always count on being satisfied eating here. read more

This is the perfect burger joint located just off of the 15 freeway on our way north to Reno, Nevada. We stopped and joined the line for burgers. A really nice attendant walked the line taking orders. So efficient here at In N Out. We paid at one window and grabbed our food from another. Super fast and our food was perfect...again. This was our rescue labs first time through a drive through, and their expressions were priceless. "Wait, people hand food to you through a window?" Haha! Great food and service here, always worth the stop. read more

It's In-N-Outs what else can you say. The food was good for me and my lil girl. Food was warm and not cold. Fries great. Bathroom needs to be cleaned more than once a day. OK more than twice a day. Inside resto was nice well stocked with condiments. Parking was great. Plenty of parking. The drive thru was really long so I opt for walk-in. Workers are friendly and polite. read more

After taking route 14, around LA and the IE's rush hour traffic, we stopped by this place to get a bite to eat. We were pretty hungry, as it took a while to get through the rural routes. But fortunately, the staff here had this place running efficiently. In spite of a long line, we got to order in a short amount of time, and got our food about 15 minutes after walking in here. There is nothing new I can say about In N Out. The food in this location is great, just like the ones back home in LA. This one gets even more packed, as it sits along a major transit way that connects LA and Vegas. The only other location I know that gets this packed is the one on Sunset Blvd. Parking was no issue, and neither was our short stop here. They processed our orders in a short amount of time, they had plenty of seating, and the place was kept presentable. The staff was nice, which is great considering that they were working at a fast tempo. After getting done with our food, we made our way back to the road. It was a great stop on our spur of the moment trip, and one of two In N Out locations in this part of town. read more

Like a beacon of hope in the desert, this In N Out calls upon the weary traveler to pull in, wait in the drive thru line. I matter how long it is, and feast upon sumptuous burgers dressed delectably with fresh ingredients. Despite the fact that so many of my fellow I-15 friends and I decide to go for a cheeseburger Animal style at the same time, the crew here does a nice job of keeping the line moving, and ensuring we're back in the road fast, balancing shakes between our knees, and monitoring the steering wheel with the side of my hand (since the fingers are wrapped around a burger...) Easy freeway access, a long drive thru queue to facilitate lots of cars, and one of those adorable employees doing order work in the car line with a remote register. On a recent trip, they brought us our drinks long before we got to the window, and gave us refills before we left. Two extra style points awarded for that move. I love In N Out and I always will. Anyone who comes from some god forsaken part of the country and thinks that the place doesn't live up to the hype not only just doesn't get it, they are encouraged to find the soonest flight or road transport back to their state where they can slip their way to the nearest White Castle for a mayonnaise burger. read more

I used to never have problems with this location. Always had good service, food, and a nice atmosphere. The last three times I've been here however they have forgotten a burger each time. So I will no longer be coming to this location until they learn how to slow down and come correct about my food. read more

Stopping by on the way to vegas! Packed but not as bad as the barstow locations. I think i remember thinking that the portions that this in and out offered was more than ive ever seen. My favorite fast food burger. He one on Main and the 15 is the best. Always fast and gets your orders right. The one at La Paz and Civic Dr. is not kept as clean. There were dirty tables and no one cleaning them. People having to sit at tables that were not cleaned. Ordered well done fries and got one just a little more done than regular. FAST FAST - super busy but FAST Service. It was a Monday before 4 and you would think it was a Saturday afternoon in hurrrrrrr. The amount of cars in the lot was intimidating as I was imagining a long wait. I'm wondering if the cars belonged to all of the staff. Seemed like just as many staff as was customers awaiting their food. The manager definitely kept things rolling smoothly and the other staff was friendly. Seems any of the places this franchise is, the staff is friendly. Thank you for great service. I'm going to miss In-n-Out but I will be back one day as I fly into Cali vs drive into Cali. I recently visited the drive thru in the evening at this location. The long line went quickly. I parked in the lot to check my order. I was missing part of my order. I went back inside where some employees gave me the missing item and made it right for my having to go inside. My food was good as it usually is. My grilled cheese did need improvement. The cheese was cold not melted. The cook should've melted the cheese on the bottom bun before putting the vegetables on top of the cheese. Make sure to check your order prior to leaving the drive thru line. The food gets cold quickly. I park in the lot to eat. Burgers and fries don't taste good when they get cold. Masks are not required inside now and I don't remember employees wearing them either. The mask information on Yelp should be updated. read more

You cannot go wrong with a cheeseburger from in n out burger. I've never been a fan of the milk shakes but that's not a deal breaker.

Foods always delicious and fresh. They tend to have long lines but move throught then very quickly. Always great customer service.

I don't understand the love for this chain*. The shriveled up tiny overcooked patties, the huge, bland buns... The meat-to-bun ratio is totally borked. I am a meat person, not a bread person. Even a double double is just pitiful meatwise. And if I am going to fall off the carb wagon it's going to be for something with flavor, goddammit. And what is up with Californians putting salad dressing on burgers? Retch. Also don't love their preachy attitude. No one converts over fine print at the bottom of a fast food wrapper no matter what your founder or board of directors thinks. I'll take the preachiness from Chik-Fil-A because at least they have good chicken, lol, but not from a place whose patties are smaller than a silver dollar pancake after it's been run over by Wile E. Coyote driving a steamroller. *However, when my friend from out of state put them down after taking them to this particular location (at their behest, I might add - never would have gone otherwise), I gotta say it made me defensive, lol.
