Muy amable el servicio pero la comida.... HORRIBLE!

    Carne asada fries

Today I went to the Roberto's on Rainbow and Blue diamond to get my Monday special carne asada fries like I have for the last over year and a half however I don't usually go to that location it was a much smaller portion than usual very little cheese and no beans at all and about half the amount of carne asada and I've been to four other locations that I visit and they're all about the same this is the first time I've ever been disappointed I'm guessing just somebody needs a little more training maybe it's a new employee

The service was great fast and nice!! But I am here to rate the food not the service!! Let's start with the salsas! They are not salsas , they look like it but not spice!! Like 0/10 spice! I know you have to have something for those people that want Mexican food with no spice- then have something for them but the rest of us want spice!! Eso es la comida mexicana - qué pique y el sabor!!! The salsa was a joke- now the burrito- wow just wow- the tortillas were cold! The carne asada was cold! I didn't know I had to ask for a hot burrito!!

Roberto's set the bar for me in terms of what Mexican food should taste like especially with carne asada burritos. Just carne asada, pico de gallo and guacamole inside a big flour tortilla. They are so good that I had to buy 2 burritos to go after eating lunch to take back to Los Angeles for dinner.

100% legit. Makes me hungry every time I think about it. This particular one was a good hike from Fremont street but a nice break if you need to get away. I had a carne asada burrito, with extra guacamole. No rice or bean filers as it should be. A real burrito!

What can I say but the food is delicious and the portion sizes of their dishes are huge too. I ordered the carne asada fries and the California burrito. The portions for the carne asada fries was massive. The California was huge too! They don't go skimpy on the ingredients in their dishes at all. The service is pretty good. They're quick on helping you out, taking your order, and getting your order ready as well. The ambiance is clean and not fancy at all. You can't go wrong with the amazing late hours they are open for business. The only draw back that I can think of is that they don't have too many employees that speaks English when you're placing or picking up your orders. But they do have a few personal on duty that can speak English though.

The first time I encountered Roberto's and the poster of Asada Fries was in Phoenix and I didn't even know it was a chain. "Do you eat those everyday?" I asked the woman at the register... (Expecting an enthusiastic "of course!") "Yeah, naw.. not really. A few times when I started." To her, I now understand, it was like working at a chicken joint and taking home unsold pieces at the end of the day-- or McDonald's and taking home fries. Just not that special. I have never had the misfortune to tire of these crispy tasty fries smothered with more meat than I ever expect. David and I are fat people and we comfortably share one order and consider it to be a filling and luxurious lunch.

They are SO friendly and sweet here. Food is very affordable and you get a lot of food. Good ambiance too! Lots of space to sit down. Food came very fast too!

Restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, only person eating was a worker on break. There was a cook and a cashier ready for our order and it was given wrong. The food tasted good which was made by order and quick. When we returned to correct the mistake cashier didn't want to help.

    Great food and decent prices..

It absolutely blows my mind that it is six dollars to add bacon to a burrito. Also, the staff really needs to learn how to speak English.

Amazing shredded chicken tacos! Had heard about them and was not disappointed. Meat was seasoned but not spicy.

When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was informed that my order had been canceled and could not be fulfilled. While I was disappointed, I understood that technical issues or operational problems can happen. What was completely unacceptable was the way I was treated by one of the employees. Instead of politely explaining the situation, the employee spoke to me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, as if I did not deserve basic respect. I was essentially told that my order would never be accepted, that it had been canceled, and that I needed to leave immediately. When I approached the door to ask for clarification, the employee abruptly shut the door and refused to have any further conversation with me. The attitude and behavior displayed toward me were degrading and humiliating. I felt as though I was being treated like a nuisance rather than a paying customer who had simply followed the instructions provided by the McDonald's app. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and singled out. The employee's behavior came across as discriminatory and deeply offensive. No customer should ever be treated this way, regardless of the circumstances surrounding an order. I eventually spoke with the manager, who apologized for the incident. While I appreciate the manager's apology, it does not erase the unacceptable conduct I experienced before that conversation. I drove several miles because the app confirmed my order, only to be met with hostility, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and provides additional training to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and respect in the future.

MAR Y TIERRA BURRITO - It's still the lightest burrito that provides the most size. I can't say enough good things about the aioli that they use to add flavor profiles to the shredded vegetables used to add body to the burrito. The steak and shrimp used here were good as usual, and the cheese added in is always a welcome surprise. Pescado Taco - The grilled fish taco is one of their better tacos. It's a meaty fish bite, and you get the "signature" slaw + avocado slice. Baja Taco - Most of their tacos are given the sauce + slaw combo along with the protein. I feel that the baja improves in my taco ranking depending on how much fish I get per taco. The batter is amazing and it's really a question if you want to eat fried fish or not. Camaron Taco - Crunchy shrimp, and very good slaw. But I feel that the shrimp is best paired with the steak, thankfully, they have a mar y tierra taco, which I think is the better thing to order. Ambiance: It's one of their bigger branches, so finding a table isn't difficult. Everything else inside the store is stock standard to all the branches I've been to. Service: You order, pay, and they call your name to pick up your food. Straightforward.

The inside of the restaurant was very clean and tidy with tons of indoor seating for casual dining. We had a couple questions regarding the menu and the cashier helped us pick some of the popular sauces to try out. We ordered two of the Bo's chicken tenders with baked macaroni & cheese and a side of the Bo-berry biscuits. The manager who dropped our meals off was extremely nice, and all the food came out piping hot. As for the food, the chicken tenders tasted good but it was a tad bit on the drier side. I was personally shocked to see that they didn't offer bone-in chicken which I actually prefer especially when fried. We got the jalapeño ranch, peach honey pepper, and Bo's special sauce which really helped with the dryness of the chicken. The biscuits were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside, the mac n cheese was creamy but it needed some seasoning, and the Bo' berry biscuits were absolutely delicious. It was honestly my favorite part of the meal! I'll probably come back once they add the bone-in chicken to the menu.

The lemonade tasted almost like straight lemon juice. The sweet tea was fresh and good. The chicken strips were very crisp and had a nice crunch to them, and the fries were well seasoned. The biscuit, however, wasn't it for me. My first experience at Bojangles was at the Rainbow and Blue Diamond location, and everything there was great! They even included honey for the biscuit. If you're trying Bojangles for the first time, I'd definitely recommend that location.
