In an out has its own unique taste. It is good, but not the best. They used to be better a few years ago, but now everything seems overly salty and the burgers got thinner and smaller. I have been getting animal style forever, but I started to just order without the onions. What I love about this place is that they are opened until 1:30am. The fries are awesome. They have freshly brewed iced tea. And the fountain Coke is on-point. Simple menu, and inexpensive, and tasty. If you come to this location at night on a friday or saturday, it may seem like you are in one of the Fast and Furious movies. The great thing about In & Out is that you can go to any location and it's great! If you don't already know, they have a "secret menu", which they now have on their website. They will do just about anything you ask for, including a grilled cheese which has 2 slices of cheese and everything but the meat, a Neapolitan shake which has vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry in it (of course), well done fries which are extra crispy, or as many meat patties or slices of cheese as you'd like. Order a 6x6 and you'll get a burger with 6 meat patties and 6 slices of cheese! Order a 2 x 4 and you'll get 2 meat patties and 4 slices of cheese! Order a protein style burger and you won't get a bun! Order animal style and you get a mustard beef patty, pickle, extra spread, and grilled onions! Order animal fries and you'll get fries with cheese, spread, grilled onions, and pickles! None of this is on the store menu, but they'll ring right up if you asked for it. read more

I was a customer and received some horrible service from a young lady who luckily I was able to get a name, Analicia. She handed me my food though the window with unexceptional attitude, I understand when you are having a bad day but there was no reason for her to not give me the rest of my food because I asked for more sauce. Always quick and easy to get too... Definately you go in and come out quickly. Parking is sometimes hard..since the place is ALWAYS PACKED! I attribute the extra baggage on my thighs and underarms to In and Out...I love it!!! Definately the best hamburger place in the whole wide world!!! I love this place and this particular location. The staff are so incredibly friendly. I come here all of the time. Even in Modesto...Every two years or so, when we visit the mainland, this is a must have. With only three meal options, we don't need to pore over the menu and can order quickly. #1 Double: For those 35 and younger #2 Cheeseburger: Adding gooey calories... #3 Single: Just right for 50+ Burgers are juicy and hot. You can't get a fresher burger or better customer service at any other burger chain. Customize your entire order and they will serve it with a smile. They never get my order wrong, and they are as efficient as possible. At the Pelandale location the drive-through is a little funky these days, so follow the signs for sure. read more

My favorite In-N-Out because it's convenient to park, the staff is always so nice and it's so clean!!! Rarely see stragglers hanging out here so we could eat outside with the kiddos. The only downfall is the exit of the drive thru. read more

Even with the crazy long drive thru lines, it moves pretty quickly, and sooooo worth it! The only time I've left due to the line, is when I couldn't actually get into the parking lot from Sisk Rd. But honestly, they get cars through there very efficiently, considering how busy they get. It's fresh, the employees are always nice, and it's affordable! Very sad today of the service offered by a girl named ''Chrity'' at the drive thru window. In n out is known for QUALITY service and QUALITY food. Today was not the case. I was asked if I want ketchup by Christy I replied yes and spread sauce as well please. She then replied I only asked if you wanted ketchup, not anything else. I decided to ignore her attitude. I thought it wouldn't be fair to make the other customers wait in their cars. If Christy or any team member at in n out reads this review. One of my favorite In-N-Out locations when travelling on the 99 freeway. I have not found an In-N-Out that I have not liked. They have a nice simple menu. My favorite items to order are the Double Double cheeseburger with grilled onions and an order of fries! It is the best fast food burger around!!
