Very sad today of the service offered by a girl named ''Chrity'' at the drive thru window. In n out is known for QUALITY service and QUALITY food. Today was not the case. I was asked if I want ketchup by Christy I replied yes and spread sauce as well please. She then replied I only asked if you wanted ketchup, not anything else. I decided to ignore her attitude. I thought it wouldn't be fair to make the other customers wait in their cars. If Christy or any team member at in n out reads this review. Remember to offer a fair service is what you for hired for you are working for $$$. If you are NOT satisfied find something else. Don't take your personal problems to work. One of my favorite In-N-Out locations when travelling on the 99 freeway. I have not found an In-N-Out that I have not liked. They have a nice simple menu. My favorite items to order are the Double Double cheeseburger with grilled onions and an order of fries! It is the best fast food burger around!! I don't know. I have mixed feelings about In-N-out I have had both good and bad food there. I can say the last time I ate there was just before a 4 hour road trip to Sea Ranch in May and the food was great. But like I said, I've had good and bad. I do like their fries and appreciate the fact that they are fried in an oil that is healthier than the conventional fry oils. And, I know that they offer a lettuce wrapped burger (which my brother swore by when he was on Adkins). Anyway, my husband and all his friends adore this place but for my review, I'll meet them in the middle and say it's just okay. In-n-Out deserves a 4.5 rating for consistently fresh, fantastic burgers that are remarkably inexpensive. Many people know about "animal style" burgers, but my favorite secret menu item is to order my fries "well done." The only menu item that could use work (in my opinion) are the fries. I have to eat the fries first because if they sit for longer than two minutes, they get cold and soggy (read: inedible). Ordering them "well done" means they sit in the fryer longer, and get crispier, which means I don't have to wolf them down while they're still hot. Woot. read more

In N Out Burger is a staple on the West coast for burgers! The best burgers I have ever had were from In N Out!! Actually it wasn't the normal burger on a bun, I always get and love their double double protien style with girlled onions! - More like crave it.... Fries animal style is the best. If you just want the spread on the fries just ask for some spread and they give you the packets. Double-double is the best. Went here today for lunch and it was as always so yum! I am agreeing with the previous yelper. The grilled cheese with grilled onions are the BEST! The strawberry milkshakes the greatest. One of few chains that carry 7-UP as part of their fountain drink selection. I'm Mexican, we drink 7-UP! One reason why In-N-Out is so good is because of their ingredients. Excellent burgers, as usual. This time I got mine with grilled onions. They went kind of light, so I might ask for extra, next time. My daughter loved the vanilla shake, with real icecream. I got a huge, unsweetened tea, then added some pink lemonade, plus some lemon wedges and a ton of ice. This ought to keep us hydrated, as we continue our expedition to Humboldt County. I was blown away by the awesome customer service I've experienced today at this In-N-Out. I've never experienced this much awesomeness in a fast food establishment. All of the staff was smiling, asking if I needed anything and asked how my food was. They kept their areas clean. The lobby was being swept and tidy. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. The staff does a great job, they work hard, and attend to business quickly and accurately. In-N-Out, in general, is a different story. This place is highly overrated, and I don't think I'll ever understand why. Just tried it again after a few years, and it's pretty mediocre at best. The fresh fries are so thin cut that the potato has no 'fluff', the flavor is OK (with salt) but the texture is not. It is reminiscent of the other guys' fries that have been sitting under the lamp for a while. The patties don't have any apparent seasoning, just the average beef flavor. The bun is soft, partially because it's toasted. The best defense I've ever heard for this corporation is that it's "good for the price," ok, maybe. But for the amount of money I spent to be satiated here, I could have been just as full and had a more enjoyable meal for the same money at their perrenial rival. Why do I even bother writing a review? Everyone knows its great, consistent, has good customer service, and is cheap. That one older hispanic lady might be my favorite. She's brought our food to our table multiple times. All of the people that work there are always friendly. Was RUSHED through my order in the drive-thru even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me and NONE behind me. I was only ordering for myself and my son, but was cut off after ordering for myself, she gave me the total, and I had to say "wait a second, I'm not done".... I wasn't taking long and was ordering at a normal pace... so I don't get the RUSH.... Even though she read me back my order FAST, I knew it would be wrong. Sure enough, it was. They had to void out my transaction and re-ring me up because she rushed and messed it up.... THEN, I got to the second window to receive my food. I specifically said I was NOT eating in my car, yet my food was given me in the packaging you get to eat in your car.... so I had to ask for a bag or another box because I SAID I WASN'T EATING IN MY CAR TO BEGIN WITH.... All of the extra time fixing the mistakes could have been avoided had she just taken a breath and did things correctly to begin with. Well, starting with the fact that I have been an In-n-Out fan and customer since back 1989 in LA area (Ventura)....... in all these years I never had the need to make, contact to customer services, post a comment, etc. because I am 1000% satisfied with the food and service....
