We were in the drive thru and she gave us dirty looks with very rude attitude and didn't believe that they didn't give us one of our items that we paid for. So many high school memories........I'd always walk over after school with my friends and we'd literally spend hours there eating for the first half hour anf then gossiping for the next three hours before going home for the day. Went to this location last week around 4 pm and it was packed mostly with a younger crowd with the same styles. I enjoyed the service as the workers here are young And energetic. They always have a smile on their face and are courteous. I liked the animal burger, the bun has this unique crunch to it which is what sold me. The only things I did not like was the cheese and the lack of variety on the menus. I would like to see more menu items because sometimes it just gets old. I recommend the animal burger and this location to friends but I would get there early if I were you. read more

2 words, Kick butt! Even tho at first when you see the long drive thru line, once you get in it and place your order the mobile order taker outside, it flows really quick. But really, what in n out can you go to and be able to drive right up to the window with little to no wait....none, they are all always busy! Burgers are always fresh and hot. Vegetarians beware: there's nothing for you here, but shakes and fries. Want a vegie-burger? You get a bun with lettuce and tomato. A sad commentary in a world where vegie alternatives abound. This is Southern California after all! The atmosphere is fun so it's nice to come as a group. Would it really hurt to add some vegie alternative? I love In-n-Out!!! The drive thru line can take a while though. But that just shows it's that good! The burgers taste amazing and fresh. Ps. I always order animal style cheeseburger.. same price as regular cheeseburger but more ingredients like pickles i think. aaaand I always order "well done" fries and it varies each order. Best food prep for allergies of all the In-N-Out's we've visited. We go there often, my son has celiac so any trace of gluten will make him extremely sick. I'm visiting from Los Angeles and I'm really impressed. This in-n-out location makes all of the ones in LA, the valley in particular, look like McDonalds. Perfect burger, perfect fresh fries, full flavored soda without the chlorine after taste. The grilled onions were perfect, in the san fernando valley you'd get a dollop of greasy ash because they always overcook the onions. The location was clean and employees were genuinely pleasant. Most overhyped food ever. Around here, people only seem to like it because its "cool", not because its actually tasty. The drive through has the longest line of 16-25 year old "cool guys" you'll ever see. The food reminds me of junior high cafeteria food. Definitely not for me. You gotta love In-n-out. Even when there are dozens of people waiting in line and there is nowhere to sit, its worth it. Nobody makes a burger like they do. Today, March 27th, 2017 at 4:00 pm my friend and I stopped at this location. I asked for a number 2 (single burger) with light onions. I got my order and I opened it up to see that I only have one tiny sliver of onion and the top bun was black. I am not the type of person to complain but I have been craving an In-N-Out burger for a while and this was just not what I wanted to see. So I took it back and nicely asked for a new bun. They remade my whole burger and while I was standing there waiting for my food I over heard two girl employees gossiping about the situation. Then once they realized I was in hearing distance they told me I could go sit back down. I waited for my burger and once I finally got it I see that I have two burnt buns (completely black) and no onions at all. Then I look up and see a few employees staring at me to see my reaction and quickly looked away when I made eye contact. (This made me think they did it on purpose). I then got flustered and was too embarrassed to walk back up and let them know they made another mistake. My friend was willing to tell them and nicely asked them to remake it for the third time. I got my burger and it was okay but still no onions. I was very disappointed in the service at this particular location. All other In-N-Outs are awesome but I definitely won't be back to this one. read more
