I stopped by this McDonald's yesterday when I was in the area. I wanted to get some fries and a soda. I figured it was lunch time already because at other McDonald's location lunch starts after 10:30am. I walked inside of the place to place my order from the kiosk. I was able to select the soda and fries deal but when I got to select the fries for my item, it said I couldn't use it because it was still breakfast. Lunch would start in like 4 minutes so I just purchased a soda first. Once my order was submitted, a worker called out my name and give me the cup which was quick. I got a coke from the machine and it was flat. I asked the lady at the counter if she could fill it up from the back and it was flat as well. It was now lunch time so I went back to the kiosk to order the fries. I tried to use the other offer for the any size fries deal but it said I used a previous deal so I have to wait a while but I never used the deal. So that was frustrating. So I left this Mcdonald location with just a flat coke. read more

I go through different phases with what I'm eating here. But the classic I absolutely love is their coffee. I remember hearing about a study blind taste test that had people saying they preferred McDonald's Coffee over Starbucks' coffee when they couldn't see the brand. I drank coffee from both places in one day and had to agree. So, when I get to choose where I'm getting my coffee, I'm coming here to McDonald's. I am quite the fan of this location because it's a little further away from the freeways traffic area and I will arrange to meet up with friends for a little breakfast and conversation here. We grab a side area table. The sausage burritos are perfect. I typically like to get two. They are a perfect "to-go" food and size if I don't eat the whole thing. Has more protein from the egg and the sausage. Lighter on the bread side of things. And it wraps up nicely if I want to take anything with me. Plenty of free parking and the drive thru usually moves well. While you'll see I more often frequent the one on Tustin by Island's, I really like this location for meeting up with friends when we get to choose by location and not freeway proximity. PRO TIP: Get the App! The coffee of which I am such a fan usually has a daily $0.99 special. You can only use it once a day, but it does include the Large coffee. Isn't that a great deal? read more

I stopped by McDonald's to grab a drink while I waited for my car to get washed across the street. I was excited to see if their customer service was as sparkling clean as my soon-to-be-washed ride. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be having a worse day than a soggy fry left in the rain. We come here many times a week. Self serve kiosks are the only way to order when inside. Many times the kiosks stop working after you've input your order and are about to pay. They should have a OUT OF ORDER sign on them, but they don't. You are then forced to go to the front counter where there is no one to greet you. Service is very slow. Staff is not very friendly, except for Ricky. Tables are never wiped down and the floor is a mess. Max occupancy is 99 people. They have a few interactive tables for the kids and 2 on the walls. Most of the time those don't work either. Their ice cream machine almost NEVER works. This place has really gone downhill since Scott (former owner) left. This new management is horrible. read more

Our errands took a little longer than we had expected, so we needed a quick 'something' for dinner so we mobile ordered a couple of fish sandwiches and fries. The fish sandwiches were ok, but I just don't know why it's hit or miss with the fries. I would think that fries are always being refreshed often because doesn't everyone order McDonald's fries? And it's not like they were slow because as we waited for our order to come out, there must have been over a dozen cars that went through the drive-thru --- and you know those people had to be ordering fries!! Well our fries were a 'miss' - lukewarm and soggy - which was a bummer because I had ordered a large. We had already left, and we probably should have gone back, but we just settled for the soggy fries. I just can't understand how a Mega chain fast-food business like McDonald's could score 1 1/2 stars on Yelp - (I usually like to give the benefit of a doubt for low scoring businesses because there are a lot of haters out there - but 1 1/2 stars is pretty low) -- I'm sure that soggy fries have got to contribute to that low score, among other things. read more

I was waiting for my mobile order at the front while Ricky was helping set up the front cashier to assist customers. During this time, a tall female employee--likely the tallest one working there--chose to call Ricky out in front of everyone. She loudly said, "RICKY, WHY DID YOU DO THAT?" while rolling her eyes, then snatched the receipt paper from him and walked away, it made me uncomfortable and angry having to witness how he was getting treated. Ricky remained calm, patient, and kind but the way she handled the situation came across as very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in front of customers. I hope I never see her again. Recently I notice new employees working at drive through make me feel welcome, friendly, and nice that I do want to leave comments how much customers are appreciated. Even my husband notice too and my husband said " I never see anyone from MAC Donald so friendly and polite like him before ." I hate this place! 9 times out of 10 they do something wrong!I don't even think this post could handle all the characters with the complaints that I have. They have forgotten items in my order, I can't even count how many times. Even after asking them is everything there? I have paid for extra sauces and then I don't get them!I can count how many times I have asked for no onions and I even get the tag on the burger that says no onions and guess what the f"@& is in my burger. Damnit onions make me shit! I can't eat them! And I wanna give the employees the benefit of the doubt but damn are they jackasses. I ask for a # 7 combo and they ask me if I want fries and a drink. Am I stupid here. I asked for a number # 7 and I even said combo. Doesn't Number 7 come with burger, fries, and a drink??? Like wtf! I have had a rotten burger... yes I'm surprised I didn't get E. coli. The meat tasted like plastic or chemical! It was weird and I spit it out! They have even gone as far as putting a burger in my bag and then when I opened it up there was no patty! Like how in the hell do you do that. It's not unusual that I am the weird one or the minority that thinks or feels like that 1%, I LOVE this location and it all started in 1991 and the rest is history. You know when everything goes backwards. Yeah just a happy meal please and a coke please. I prefer to come in and sit down and it might be emotional because we all know that Micky D's is not the healthiest but when ever you need a break from this mad world. This is were I stop and chilax with my happy meal. Nothing is ever perfect but this location makes everything nice. I have mixed reviews about this place. I've stopped in here twice recently and both times I went inside to order. I am not a regular at McD so I just decided to stop in like a regular person. No app or anything. First off, the place looks fairly new. There's a jungle gym for kids. And 2 drive thru lanes. Food came out hot and tasted as expected but since I didn't specifically order ketchup, that was missing from the bag. The first time, everything went smoothly and quickly. I was able to order at the computer kiosk and take my ticket to the counter and was served right away. The second time, the machine did not print a ticket, staff ignored me even though there were a lot around, and it took like over 5 minutes to get someone to help me when I was the only person in line, and then another 5 to get my food. Not the greatest service. This experience may be different if you are a frequent visitor who uses the app or drive thru. I, personally, didn't appreciate the delays. This is fast food, but it doesn't always come out fast at this location. read more

927 p.m. Tuesday September 19th. Drive in order taker was rude. Got my order wrong. Repeated it back to me wrong and when I got to the window I repeated it correctly. She told me ," You told me wrong that's on you". Excuse me young employee,but no. Your job is to get the order correct, not to criticize each customer thereby losing a lifetime of revenue for McDonald's for decades. Burgers are elastic. We can go elsewhere if you are going to have a bad attitude with everyone because you don't like being corrected. I came here the other night and every person in the drive thru ahead of me was told through the speaker that it would be about a 20 minute wait for their order to be taken. When it was my turn, I was asked to wait as well. I ordered my food and had to repeat myself. It is what it is. Here's what annoyed me about this location. For one, they never give you a receipt. They won't even ask if you want one, you just won't get one. When they handed me my food, I asked for extra ketchup. I had ordered my nuggets with buffalo sauce and wasn't given any at all. I had to ask for the sauce again. They never give you the sauce even though they ask at the window which one you want. Side note: my sister went a few days before me and told me they were charging 25¢ per extra sauce cup, but they didn't tell me anything. At least make sure you give me my sauce that it comes with. When I got home, I looked at my "large fry" I had ordered and it made me mad especially after waiting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. I pay for my food and get jipped. My fries wouldn't even count as medium fries. I did not want to deal with the hassle of going back. I go to this location out of convenience since it's closer to home, but they really need to pay more attention and make some changes because if the fries aren't cold, it's always something else. read more

Service is beyond slow. They had only 1 drive through lane open -and had a sign on the door saying it was closed and can only use the drive through. About 10 cars in front of me and it took 14 mins to even get to order. When I got to the window- there was ZERO customer service. People who work at McDonald's want to get paid so much more minimum wage yet don't have the skills to back it up. The girl sounded like she was half asleep and didn't sound like she cared to be at work. Hmmm... if I could give this location no stars. This is the mcds we usually go to because it's closest to us. But there's been a few occasions when I order food and they give me 3 ketchup packets.
