I just spent $10 on 17 mushrooms and the guy said that's a lot they normally just give 10 a dollar a mushroom is CRAZY!

    Carne Asada Burrito 3.5/5

Got food to go and it was okay. They forgot our fries. Carne Asada Burrito 3.5/5 - The burrito had a good amount of meat, rice, beans, and vegetables. It was flavorful, but also a bit salty.

Thin itty bitty patties. Not even a 1/4 lb double burger.

This place used to be a solid burger joint. But whoever is in charge now needs to hear this. Your food has gone downhill. Meat is overcooked, thin patties, like a 1/16", and the order is rarely right. I order a double cheese avocado bacon....i expect all this things inside of it. Your cook has one job to follow instructions of the customer. Only reason you're getting two stars is cause your fries and rings are still good. But it's not enough to keep me coming back. There is a reason why Nexx and In n Outs drive thru's are packed! Cause they make great burgers! Over priced and horrible burgers. Done with you guys.

I am a chili cheese fries fries enthusiast so I get them often especially if it's a new place never been before. They are good however for the price you pay on this size it's too much. I am ok with the price IF the quality is there in this case the price doesn't fit the quality. Almost $11 for a small. No thanks.

I'm sad to say that my Hercules is starting to live up to their 3-Star rating - Big Sigh! It's been a little bit since the last time we were here so we decided to order our favorites for dinner. We usually call-in our order then swing through the drive-thru to pick up. The challenge began with the gal that answered the phone who took our order. She really struggled taking down our order of a Patty Melt with extra grilled onions, fried zucchini, and a sausage breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, I don't think our Patty Melt had ANY onions ‍, the fried zucchini were wimpy, not crispy like they usually are - the containers of green salsa we got were bloated and I think they were spoiled - and the packets of ketchup were a sticky mess - it was a glob of sticky packets - we just threw them away. It was kinda gross! We bought the burrito for our son so we hope they didn't mess that up too. It makes me really sad that quality of our go-to spot for a Patty Melt and zucchini fries has gone downhill! I'm reducing my rating to 3-stars and we'll probably won't be going back for a while.

Gave it another chance. Still pretty mediocre at best. I thought that giving this place another go, would make it better than the last time. But I was wrong lol I ordered something different this time too. But it was pretty basic. I went with a cheese quesadilla meal. The beans and rice were inedible. Those tasted way overcooked or maybe they were stale/ day old. Gross. The cheese fries were a pile of mush. Disappointed in those items big time. The cheese and egg taco was alright. Edible at least. But if "at least it's edible" is my take on the place, that is setting the bar pretty low.

My husband and I consider ourselves sandwich connoisseurs, and we honestly can't believe we don't come here more often. I usually order a simple turkey and cheese, but this time I went with the Super Bird (plus onions) and was in absolute heaven. My husband ordered the Fuggedaboutit, and we were both blown away. Fresh, flavorful, and easily some of the best sandwiches we've had anywhere. Worth the walk, drive, or trek from wherever you're coming from. Palm Market Deli has officially become our sandwich spot. The Fugeddaboutit is a Fire roasted chicken thigh, sun dried tomatoes, Asiago Cheese, house-made red pesto mayo, garlic aioli on Telera Bread. Think of a huge panini! It can get really messy so it's more of a sit down sandwich. I ordered online to do a pick up and it was a quick and easy process. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming keeping it calm and a cute hangout spot to catch up with friends.

The firehouse decor and overall branding of Firehouse sets apart from so many other Quick Service restaurants that are redesigning to be more "professional" (I prefer the term "sterile"). Out of all the restaurants in this shopping center that I have patronized in my 23 years as a local, Firehouse Subs is my new favorite on account of great service, a charming ambiance, and an AMAZING product!

I ordered my usual sandwiches and specifically did NOT select onions when customizing my order, yet both sandwiches came with onions. I called the restaurant expecting them to simply make it right, but the employee told me the manager wasn't there and that they couldn't do anything. I was told everything had to be handled in person or I would have to wait for the manager to contact me. When I asked when the manager would be available or when I could expect a call, he couldn't even tell me. My time is worth more than driving back to the restaurant over two sandwiches that were made incorrectly in the first place. To make matters worse, trying to get help through the app is pointless because it just tells you to contact the restaurant. So if your order is wrong, the app sends you to the store, and the store tells you they can't do anything without a manager. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this a terrible experience was the complete lack of effort to make the mistake right. Very disappointing, especially since I've never had an issue here before.

The old adage "You can't judge a book by its cover," is true here. This place looks forgotten, ignored, unassuming, but produces the finest bakery items in Orange County. You enter and have to immediately get into a line. Inside, it is like a aged cafeteria of your childhood. You have to wait for a young lady who can't even look over the top of the counter because there is so much stuff piled high. She stands on tip toes to see you and you have to shout at her and point what you want. The problem is when she sees you, you are near the cash register, so you must say excuse me and walk in front of a line of people to point and shout out what you want. It is so poorly designed and complicated to order. We all endure because like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, the product is worth it. They sell the world's best Olive bread, scones, and strawberry crossants. If you survive the line, you make it to the cash register, pay, get a bag and leave. There is no where to sit. Told us everything is made in-house, even the sauces! That's really good to know and makes me feel better about the food. She even gave me a free delicious cookie for being a first timer! And she comes around from time to time to check on us to make sure we're enjoying our food. Really nice to receive this kind of attention from a fast-casual restaurant. The Santa Maria BBQ Salad looked good but I asked her if they could substitute the chicken with the Chimichurri steak and she said "sure!" And surprisingly they did not charge extra! I love restaurants that are flexible like this. My salad bowl was SO good and filling. Lots of good stuff in it: chopped salad mix, coleslaw mix, Applewood-smoked bacon, crumbled goat cheese, corn & black bean salsa, grape tomatoes. Served with chipotle ranch dressing and blackberry BBQ sauce on the side, and a fresh baked focaccia bread. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the cold meat. I was under the impression that the meat was going to be hot. My BF got the Southwestern Sandwich. It was delicious. All the Southwestern flavors were there but not overwhelming. The sandwich was hot and juicy. For a restaurant that makes everything from scratch, their prices are very affordable. Both our meals were only $27 total.
