This review is from two 12 & 13 year old boys. The small menu is great. The fries are made fresh and are hot when you get them. Animal-Style fries are the best. The burgers, while great, tend to be a bit greasy. The selection of drinks is fine for our family. The water is delicious! The mens' restroom is just okay. It's not kept as clean as it could be. Came in with my family at 7:15 pm on 3/7/16. Ordered 3 hamburgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks - order #35. So while waiting for our food I notice orders 36, 37, 38 and a car service order is handed out while our order sits on the counter by the fryer. I finally ask why is ours sitting there? "Because the other orders had only one order of fries." Really? Call it what it is. In an effort to get more orders out you sacrificed mine because it had 2 orders of fries while my meal gets cold. My wife and son agreed to take their orders while I requested a refund on my #3 at $5.45 plus tax. What does she give me? 5 ones, 2 quarters, 3 dimes, one nickel and 7 pennies (kind of excessive, huh?). read more

In-N-Out Burger does not make good burgers or good fries. Their fries are terrible, usually undercooked, and soggy. Ask for them well done, and you get charcoal. Ask for them medium well done, and you get half soggy, half charcoal. I would bet they don't fry them in the right temperature of oil. I don't know how else they can ruin fries so consistently badly. The burgers might be the best fast food restaurant burgers, but I'm talking about comparing them to Burger King and the like. None of these fast food restaurants make good burgers. At least some of them make yummy, crispy fries - just not In-N-Out Burger. I've tried eating at In-N-Out Burger maybe 10 times, and it's just never good. It's frustrating seeing so many good reviews of this chain. I've given up on them, and I won't be back. read more

Great service, fresh produce daily, cleaned top to bottom every morning. I visited In-N-Out Burger on June 3, 2015. There was a long line and lots of customers, but I was served quickly. I ordered a single hamburger, fries, and a chocolate shake. It was really good - especially the milk shake. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The landscaping was beautiful. this location is close to my home so it makes for a very convenient, good quality, inexpensive meal. I typically get my burger "protein style" so I do not have the bun. I still have to go with the fries though. Fries are cut on site and fresh. Drive through gets a little busy so I try to not hit it during the busy dinner hours. Staff is always friendly. read more

Every time I come here it is a magical experience. My taste buds come alive to the taste of these heavenly patties. The meat is excellent. I usually order a double double with grilled onions, sometimes I go for a 4x4. The shakes are pretty good my favorite is the chocolate. The fries could have more salt on them, they aren't very flavorful. In N out is the best place to get a burger for sure. I never order burgers anywhere else. This particular location is very close to me both geographically and in my heart. Very busy drive thru. Not very busy between the hours of 10pm and 1am. read more

I like that you can see the kitchen from the drive through windows. This place is always clean and the service is excellent! The burgers are made to order and fresh! I just discovered that you can add pickles to your burger. Didn't realize this before and have been going to In-N-Out for years. I'll be visiting even more often because for me, pickles are a must for my burgers. read more

My review is on In n Out (Tramanto) In n Out is one of the best restaurants around! The burgers are amazing and the fries taste great, especially animal style. The employes are always on top of things and the restaurant was very clean. All the food is fresh and prepared by hand. Easily worth the 6-7 mile drive from cave creek and absolutely incredible animal fries. Love the burgers as well. Being from back East, this was my first experience with In-n-Out, although I have seen many segments on Travel Channel and Food network about their not-so-secret "secret menu". Pulling up to the drive-through, I knew exactly what I wanted to order... a Double Double Burger and fries, both Animal Style. I wish I could say that my 1,300 mile trip from Houston, Texas was just to try In-n-Out's famous food, but whatever my reasons, this meal was worth the entire drive! No, it's not the healthiest food in the world, and yes, there probably are better burgers out there, but the experience and the fun of watching the food being made through the big windows make it a must-have. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because the burgers are great, taste fresh and the long lines usually move pretty fast. I love that they have someone come outside and take orders if the line is too long, so that the food is all ready to go when you get to the window. I did take away a star because my fries are usually always sub-par. They are always limp, greasy and rarely do you get a crispy one. I'm from the East Coast, so I make it a point to go to In-n-Out Burger when I'm out west. It's always as good as I remember. The Double-Double is clearly the way to go and get your fries Animal Style. Fresh veggies, good meat, good buns and sauce. I'd say my fries were a little sub-par tonight, but still good. I am from east coast, besides McDonald and Burger King, I didn't know any other good hamburger chain store existed. When I visited my daughter at Phoenix, AZ, she took me to this store. I was surprised to find out the price is low and the burgers are so fresh and tasty. My daughter told me they use local meat and vegetables, also it's run by christian family. Locals, you should be thankful for In-N-Out!!! I travel back and forth from Philly and I always make this a mandatory stop. It's just the best you can get and it's cheap. Get your burger Animal Style! It's the only way I go. Ask for your fries well-done. And you can even bring your vegetarian friends: they can order a grilled cheese off of the secret menu. The grilled cheese is essentially the cheeseburger without the meat: special sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions (if you so choose). It's what my girlfriend orders. No other fast food chain can hold a candle to In-N-Out. Only problem is that my cholesterol is off the charts now... But me thinks that's a small price to pay for such good food. :) read more

This is probably our favorite place for fast fresh great tasting burgers. My daughter loves this place and it was the only place to have a surprise 16th birthday party for her. At (North Valley Parkway ) IN-N-OUT the food was excellent and fresh. I had a cheeseburger with grilled onions it was epic. The inside of the restaurant was very clean but, outside was not so much. There were lots of people. The employees were nice and interactive. It's definitely some where I would go again. read more
