What can I say? I grew up eating In n Out and it's my preference when it comes to burgers. It's a staple and a must if you haven't had it. I always get my double double with grilled onions, animal style fries and strawberry shake. I always leave happy. Get ready to wait in line because there is never a time when they aren't busy but worth the wait and they are fast. The staff here is super friendly. read more

I mean if you don't like In n Out then something is wrong with you. The lines are typically always long but since then started having someone come outside with the iPad to take orders the line goes by so fast! Every-time we come out burgers are always fresh and my favorite animal style fries are always delicious!!! read more

Had to make a pit stop for a burger and the line was not to bad drive thru or inside & I have to say this was probably the best in and out burger I've had. I was told by the people I was with that the are supposed to toast the buns however I'm California I never got a bun toasted like the way I did this time. So good. You folks out West have no idea what you have. Sure, us Easterners have Five Guys and Five Guys is okay - they have more toppings options like grilled mushrooms and jalapenos. But the meat and the cheese and the fries at In-N-Out are better. So when I was out in Phoenix, I made it a point to stop at an In-N-Out for my dose of double-double. It was just as good as the last time, when I had one at a drive-through in Burbank CA. Yumminess! I'm taking off a star because there isn't an In-N-Out for over 1000 miles. Seriously, guys. Bring it to us! We'll make it worth your while and when you do, I'll bump this up to five stars. read more

In-N-Out Burger in the Glendale area didn't disappoint. Staff were super friendly and quick with our order and the burgers tasted super hot and fresh. We did the Animal Fries and it was delicious. The dining area was packed when we went today (Saturday) at 1:15pm and no where to sit. Wow! Crazy that people eat late?!? Haha. Overall I like In-N-Out but it's perhaps a two times a visit for me a year when I hit the USA . Fans will love it. read more

Burger Happiness In-N-Out Burgers is several steps above your bigger, faster hamburger places and not the trendy, boutique burger places that have opened up in the past few years. The burgers at In-N-Out arealways freshly made and worth the wait. In-N-Out is very reasonably priced. The restaurants are very clean and the staff has always been extremely accomadating. I would go here any day of the week over many other fast food burger joints. read more

This was my first time going through the drive thru here and honestly the first time in a very long time. As we turned into the parking lot the panic set in the drive thru line was very long, but we drove here from our side of town so about 15 minutes away. The girl met us with her pad and took our order and the line just flew. Our food was made exactly how we ordered and it was all delicious! We'll be back for sure. read more

It's your typical In-N-Out with the food that tastes like the other locations. Right now drive thru is a little crazy with everything going on and they do try to move the line fast. We waited about 25 minutes to get our food on a Saturday right at opening. Staff is friendly and they have us a bunch of their special packets! There's also construction in the area making it hard to get to them and out. Therefore I don't think I will be back to this location until that is done. read more

Beyond upset because we actually come here alllll the time. Sounds bad I know lol but last night we were in line by 1, they closed the line behind us and we waiting in line for them to lock the window on us and not take our order. We get up to the window at 1:01, mind you we've been waiting in line and no one told us we were to late or anything. They actually didn't say a word, they immediately locked their windows and gave no cares in the world that we've been waiting. read more

In-N-Out always delivers a fresh and tasty meal. There's always a line but that expected with this quality of food and service. I love the fact that they have Bible versus printed on the bottom of the cups and fry baskets. Even if the food wasn't good I'd be happy to support a God living establishment. You can never go wrong with In-N-Out Burger, it's always a hit. It's always packed but it's understandable because who doesn't want some delicious burgers, animal style fries, & a yummy milkshake? Parking lot can barely accommodate this business. Maybe I came at a good hour cuz it wasn't cranking there. Young lady was maintaining the drive thru before you pull up to the speaker to help expidite the transaction. She kept the space to a minimum between car ahead so anyone pulling up wasn't stuck out in the parking lot or on the main thoroughfare. The cashier taking my money was accurate with repeating back our order and we wrapped up that portion of the transaction quickly without any delay. Order pick up was maybe a few minutes better than the usual In N Out Burger experience, but other than that, it's all good. I'll keep this location in mind for the next time I'm out at Camelback Ranch for the shows. read more

I wish we had taken photos of our dinner before we chowed down on our burgers! The attention to detail is far above the other locations in the valley. Time for my annual "this chain is overrated" rant. Finally tried animal style, and was underwhelmed. I mean, where's the thousand island? Totally negligible here,on the burger at least. Fries become a congealed mess. I should stick to my usual hamburger w/ grilled onions, which for the price is totes legit. It was Monday at 10pm, but there was still a large crowd of mostly teenagers for who knows what reason. It took 20 minutes to get my order. Why did I drop by again? read more

Very clean and friendly staff. Try the animal style burger, it had pickles, sauté onions and extra spread. But stay away from the animal fries, for some reason all those toppings work in the burger but not so much on the fried, they were pretty gross. read more

Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner,after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.

We got the Saint-Tropez Sunset cocktail and a suav blanc, and it was perfect (they have so many different sunset themed cocktails to choose from). For food, we ordered the shrimp scampi with garlic bread (super flavorful!) and the chicken skewer. They only give one skewer, which was a little disappointing, I wish they gave at least two. We ended up ordering the Margherita flatbread because we thought the food wouldn't be enough, but it turned out to be a great choice! It was delicious and such a generous portion that we actually struggled to finish it. Since we were celebrating my birthday, we also got the cake. Our super nice server took it off the bill, so it was complimentary. The cake was sublime, honestly one of the best birthday cakes I've ever had (win!!). All servers were really sweet, and did not rush us at all. Overall, we were really happy with the quality of the food and the amazing ambiance. Will definitely come here for more celebration dinners!

Overall, the flavor was lacking for me, and many of the dishes just didn't stand out. Another issue we ran into was the parking situation. The parking lot is very small, and we had to park outside of it, which was inconvenient for a large group. Overall, my experience was not the best, and I wouldn't be coming back.

I have dined here on four separate occasions and take all my dear loved ones here, every single time leaving feeling happy with a full, satisfied belly. Lom Wong is the first name that pops up in my head when recommending a favorite restaurant in the Valley. Lom Wong is what I will be naming my first-born child. My first visit was back in 2023 on June 10, the day my life changed for the better. They have a creative menu with seasonal changes that no other Thai restaurant can do. If you're looking for a pad thai, look somewhere else and please expand your horizons. I have tried almost every dish here and two things I will always order is their green mango salad and crab curry. I prefer mango over papaya, and it is the most perfect, refreshing salad I have ever had. The mango is always fresh, and the toasted coconut and peanuts on top pair so well with the lime and fish sauce. The stir-fried crab curry is extremely impressive with their generous portion of crab meat and fragrant turmeric curry. A few other dishes I highly recommend are their beef shank curry, seabass curry, and the stir-fried Tom Yum wide noodles. You really can't go wrong with any of the dishes here! I will be coming back to try the fried whole branzino. We've tried arai kodai, which is their chef's choice option and they personalize the meal for you based on your preferences and group size. Every dish they brought out was unique and so so good. For $55 per person, we thought this was great value considering how full we got and the variety of dishes we were able to try (including some that were off-menu). I also love that they promote eating family-style here and bring out all the dishes as they're ready - exactly how food is meant to be enjoyed. The ambiance is amazing for a special occasion or date night. It will for sure impress. Come here if you want a solid, just incredible meal from amazing people who are passionate about their food! I really want to believe it was a fluke. Rushing to get food out quickly to mimic Thai street food is not desirable when quality is sacrificed and the customer is paying almost $40 for a plate.. I will say the food came out within minutes of ordering. Our server was nice and patient. I needed some extra time to look over the menu and he didn't rush us to order even though he was very busy. The food was so lackluster and it pains me to say that about a Thai restaurant. Every dish was just missing something, whether it was some spicy or citrus. Every dish was very one dimensional. The Boo Pad Pong Garee, or stir fried crab curry, was dry and underwhelming. It was missing spice for me. There were huge chunks of crab though. The Naem Khao Tawt, or crispy rice salad, may have been my favorite bite of the night. It had a great balance of textures and flavors. It was refreshing and helped cut through some of the dryness of the crab curry. I loved the cured pork sausage. Tom Yum Haeng Sen Yai, or the stir fried flat rice noodles with squid, wasn't terrible. I love flat rice noodles and they had the distinct char that you would get from wok cooking. Loved that. The flavors overall weren't bad. Just again, underwhelming and lacked a good balance of flavors. I would have liked more spice, citrus, and umami. We did not care for the creme brûlée duo. The hibiscus one was soooooo intensely sour that it was almost inedible. It was very bright though. The lemongrass one reminded me too much of a savory lemongrass soup that I couldn't enjoy it. Some of the spiel and verbiage that the team had was a little pretentious and awkward. I saw them "kindly" kicking out a table for sitting past their reservation time. I've never ever seen a restaurant do that before. Really not that bad but really not worth the $20-$40 price tags either. I'm open to coming back and trying other dishes. I really think I may have came on a bad night.

The hybrid indoor-outdoor atmosphere is a great touch, and the lawn games help create a fun, relaxed environment that encourages people to stick around and enjoy themselves. During football season, they make sure the games are on, which makes this a perfect Sunday brunch spot for my wife and me. She gets brunch, I get football. Actually, that's not entirely true. I also get brunch, because brunch is delicious, and anyone who disagrees can go suck an Eggs Benedict. Great food, great atmosphere, and one of my favorite places to spend a Sunday morning.
