As usual, good consistency of the food quality. Burger, fries, and shakes are very good quality. Not the best, but very good.

This fine eastery had bestowed upon me the most delicious of nutrients. In addition to this superb display of culinary excellence one employe in particular stood out as an exemplary example all employees of the esteemed in and out should follow. One tatum had infinite patience as she explained the full menu. The lack of onion rings was well understood by the end of the interaction because of her incredible communication skills. She had a smile along her face and a cherry deminer that would brighten even the most jaded gentlemans day. These fine places of materials for consumption should look upon tatum in awe as she is truly the employee to look up to. read more

They have this big sign that says free hot chocolatero on rainy days for kids. I asked if our kids can get it after we eat. Ya sure no problem. I went and ask after they are done. Ya one second. 5 minutes later still nothing. I go up and ask again. Of course I'll get that for you. So I wait nothing, everyone else seemed to get theirs just fine. Bit my kids couldn't get one. This is the worst in n out I have ever been to! We got there around 11pm and there was only one other car in front of us. It took around 15 minutes to get our food. They also messed up a few times. 1. I asked for a lemon-up (lemonade and 7up) and they gave me a lemonade. 2. We told them we would be eating in the car but they gave us our food in bags instead of the box. 3. We asked for ketchup and extra spread and they didn't give us any. Nothing finer than a double double and if you're gluten free ask for it protein style. These burgers are made fresh and are second to none.

In n out!!!! Drool! This location has a long line around lunchtime but it moves very quickly! They pump those burgers out faster than other San Diego locations I've been to. Cheap and delicious and way more value for your buck than shake shack! I'm an in n out supporter for life! Tip, don't ever park in the spots where the line wraps around, you'll never get out! There's a million of open parking around this place if you wanted to dine in but the drive through line seems quicker! read more

Very disappointed with the service , I am working fairly close to this in and out and decided to try it for the first time ! After 25 min standing in line , I found out there is no sign that they do not accept Amex and I only had one form of payment !!! This is probably the most chill in n out in the San Diego/Poway area. Located in a business park, it is secluded and not crazy busy like the other ones. The service is great too so if you live anywhere nearby this is the in n out to go to. read more

Always inconsistent. I get a cold number two cheeseburger combo and another cold animal fries after waiting ten mins at the drive thru with no one in front of me. This location needs to get it together. Staff is ok and friendly but the wait sucks and u never know if your meal is hot. Very disappointed my very first time in this location. read more

I don't like In-N-Out. I don't like waiting in line for anywhere from 10-30 minutes to pay over $2.00 for a burger whose patty weighs around 1-ounce after cooking (data available on the Web) and is about 1/16-inch thick. The patty is so small I can barely locate it in the sandwich. The taste of the onion slice overpowers everything else. The fries, which I thought were OK when I first had them a long time ago, now taste bland and icky to me. In-N-Out is definitely one of the better burger places to go to. The service is always great and fast! The staff is very helpful, the place is spotless and the food is just delicious. I usually get the grilled cheese or the cheeseburger. And if I ever get tired of these, I'd love to try other items on the menu too, but I just can't seem to get past these two. How can you NOT like In-N-Out? This location has really courteous staff and food always comes out in a reasonable time. If there ever was an issue it would be the fact that even on cold days they blast the AC making it really difficult to sit (and eat) comfortably. In n Out is one of my favorite fast food places. I love their burgers and fries. The menu is rather limited but that can be a good thing. Specialize on one thing and make it great. It is important to eat the fries quickly especially if you do drive through because the are not very good when they are cold. I usually have eaten them all by the time I get home. read more
