I have a In and Out by my house but it isn't as good as this location. I drive 20 to the Redlands location. I've yet to have them screw up my order. Everybody is very nice and patient. I have a brain injury so sometimes I talk slow and it's hard for me to gather my words. And the employees here are very kind and patient with me. Not to mention the food is always hot fresh and delicious. One more thing they do not go cheap when I ask them to hand me two or three spread sauces they do it. Ok I think it's time! My fav go to is in n out! I was so excited about finally getting one in my hometown! But this has been like the 7th time at this location and I've been disappointed every single time!! It always looks sad like this one with ugly small amount of lettuce and usually one small piece of tomato. I was surprised to find two pieces today but one was especially not acceptable. I actually removed it. It's no wonder I still find myself driving to the highland location!! And when my coworker came back, my fries were shorted!! Our family has been fans of In N Out for years. We used to go to San Bernardino until they built the one in Yucaipa. We've been to this Redlands restaurant inside and the drive through a few times. We're so disappointed because we were hoping to not have to drive out of town but we will from now on. The inside is too small it needs a larger place to stand in line. To get your drink you have to weave in and out of the people who are in line to order food. The tables are too small. Why did they build this restaurant so small? The drive through wasn't designed well either. The lines make no sense. Who designed this restaurant? Today we waited in line for 30 minutes and there were 6 cars in front of us! There was one person outside taking orders, she was quick but only as quick as one person can be. This location needs some serious attention compared to all the others I've been to. Horrible ordering system here. You can tell they n ed to continue to train. Since when do the people ordering walk back and forth between cars and ask what number do u have and so on. Two girls and one guy and the girls walked up to our vehicle and then turned away and then said hold on we will be with you . Then never returned they walked over to another car. It's sad to leave a bad review to my favorite fast food restaurant. But I think it's just this location. My burger was fine. But the milkshakes were not even mixed well and very watery when I got them. They were fast but I don't think they are trained properly. I hope they can get it together. I ate inside and I sat at one of the tables. I have to say that I have never been so bothered eating inside of an in n out restaurant before, but this location had very small tables and for some reason, I don't know if the seats are not bolted down correctly but , every time the person behind stood up, our seats moved and when they sat down, Our seats moved again. Every time they moved I can feel them because the seats are moving back and forth. I really hope they can fix this issue, if not . I don't think I will be returning to this in n out. I would highly recommend you guys try out the Highland San Bernardino location stay away from this location. The people that run this place have a lot of training to do. Well done IN-N-OUT, well done. I was against the location selected but after today's visit you guys hit it out of the park! The lobby layout is different than most other locations and that's what makes this location unique. The outdoor seating is unbelievably pleasant, kind of like a "hacienda patio". Restrooms are very roomy which felt weird since other locations feel very cramped. And to top it off, the parking lot is insanely spacious, unlike other restaurants nearby. Brand new in and Out so I figure I'm check them out. Man o man let me tell you I was extremely disappointment with the drive-thru at this location. Restaurant/new location , oh course you would think they have it on point. Drive thru took so long it felt like five business days just to even order your food at the speaker box. There's no one taking orders outside. It took me literally 40 mins from getting into the drive thru to get my food. It's was weekday at 4pm. Once you're in line at the drive thru you're pretty much stuck. There's no exit if you want to opt to go inside. Hopefully the drive thru service gets better. read more

i've always gone to in n out and never had an issue with the employees nor the food. but today was different. i ordered my food through the drive through and i parked in the parking lot and ate . we got an animal style fries and once my husband was eating the fries he found a plastic in his fries. i go inside to show them to see if i could either get a new one or a refund . the young lady natalie who i told what i found was very rude and not helpful. she said what do you want from it ? and i asked for a refund . she took the fries to the back and came back rude as heck telling me that it's the brown thing that they wrap their burgers in as in she's blaming us but it was literally in the middle of the fries . she took it out and gave me back my fries and said she'll go get her manager . thankfully the manager izzy was very nice and helpful she gave me a refund. read more
