You can never go wrong with In n Out. The food is always consistent, fresh, and delicious. I stopped by this location the other day around 3pm and went through the drive thru. There wasn't really a line since I didn't go during lunch or dinner hours. The associate that took my order was friendly and same with the other associates that took my payment and gave me my order. THIS IS THE BEST IN-N-OUT OUT OF ALL HERE IS WHY: First time at this In-N-Out, I came during lunch time and my favorite thing about this location is that the lines are short! Drive-thru was short and fast and the inside lines were moving fast too. The place is very clean, so you can easily tell that employees do their best to keep it clean and it shows that they care. My food was delicious!!! I always order a 4 x 4 cheeseburger(yes, with 4 Cheeses, and 4 meats) with fries and a diet coke on the side, jk about the diet coke, I get a regular coke. Best type of meal! Also, with my usual order, I sometimes order it as protein style which is a lettuce wrap instead of buns. But this is whenever I feel like I need to eat a little healthier, especially about a workout. Pretty sure i was pretty clear in my order and she repeated it back and it sounded fine. So not sure why i ordered three fries, one animal style, and i only got two plain fries. Ordered a kids grilled cheese, "plain", and it had all the veggies so of course my kid wouldnt touch it. And the two double doubles one protein style and one onion wrap, came out as a single cheesburger onion wrap and a regular single cheeseburger... Still tasty food that we got but I Just feel a little cheated out of a burger patty and an animal style fries lol I realize its always busy. Its always busy. Always. But maybe slow it down and really listen to your customers. This is two for two over maybe 6 months (im not a regular fast food person) where my order hasnt been correct here... Stopped in for an early lunch with my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter around 11:15 on a Monday. Place was pretty quiet and only a few people sitting inside. No line to order, Natalie at the counter was so sweet taking our order. They gave my kids a fun little activity pack this time instead of the usual stickers. My son has autism and changes to his routine upset him, so when they didn't have the stickers he's become used to getting at In-N-Out he got a little upset and asked for stickers. Carlos was kind enough to try to track down some stickers for us! He was also super helpful in bringing our order to the table for us. When I'm out alone with both kiddos, small gestures like that really make a difference. Food was delicious (as it usually is) but the service today was just above and beyond. We been coming here since they opened and let me tell you the customer service is always always good. We haven't got any issues once. I feel safe every time I go to In-N-Out. Their food is always fresh, great tasting and uniformly tasting across all restaurants. Thank you IN-N-Out for keeping the menu uniform and great tasting. I had the worst experience with the In-N-OUT Burger restaurant at 3483 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside CA. I have been a patron of In-N-OUT Burger restaurant for many years. For the most part my experiences have been very good. Unfortunately my experience at 12:17am this morning was horrible. I have always known In-N-Out to be very efficient and fast with service and very on point with the orders, especially during peak hours of business. In the early hour of this morning I was extremely hungry and really wanted In-N-Out to satisfy this hunger. I got in the drive-thru line and ordered after about 10 minutes and I was in the drive thru line over 40 minutes after ordering two large double cheese burger meals with shakes, for my husband and myself. Spending 40+ minutes in a drive thru is very unacceptable. Not only that, once we finally got to the window to get our food, the order was incorrect and the food was cold. I ordered no secret sauce or any sauce for that matter and they put it on anyway, the buns were cold and hard as if they had been sitting out, so I had to send it back for fresh, hot food and the correct order. Also the woman taking the order was very rude and showed me how much I annoyed her by complaining that my order was incorrect and that my food was cold. She was super happy to show me how unhappy she was with me. I was almost scared to reorder my food thinking it could result in worse. (use your imagination) Not to mention we could see that the location was severely understaffed for an "IN-N-OUT" restaurant at 12am on a Sunday morning. I think that the ball was dropped according to the standards that I am used to getting at In-N-Out locations. Being understaffed and unequipped to handle the volume of customers and business that normally occurs, at any In-N-Out, on a weekend night, should not result in my experience, as loyal customer, being beyond horrible and lacking any effort to provide great customer service. I am making this review so that it is known by upper management, owners, or anyone who can see that this is not acceptable. Consumers keep any business, big or small, in business and it should be appreciated and reciprocated by the level of service that is provided to EACH and EVERY person that is a patron of your business no matter how big you are. I am totally waiting for a response from IN-N-OUT. However I don't think that will happen. read more

The one on Indiana has such a horrible line, and this one is nearby and large enough to handle a long string of cars. Anyway. Anyone who is a long time in n out patron knows there's a system to ordering your burger to get it right. Mine is: Hamburger with onions and ketchup and mustard instead of spread. But at this location both times we visited, I'm interrupted before I finish saying "hamburger with...". "Would you like..." Like just hold on a second and LISTEN. Anyhoo, I'm sure it's just being a new restaurant and unseasoned employees. I'm sure in no time they'll learn to just pause and listen. And they'll grow into the great employees all the other locations have. read more

They did SUCH a beautiful job with the set up of this location and it's in the perfect spot between the In N Out on Clay and the one on Indiana. The space for the line is nice and pretty long and there's a lot of parking AND this one has indoor dining! The food is always amazing and you'll really get that at any in n out, they have it mastered to where it has the same great taste every time at every location. read more

This is the newest In-N-Out in a 10 mile radius from where I live and shop. Outstanding service despite the long lines. My suspicion is that they're not holding back on staffing or employees, so the order was accurate with good quality. One thing that is a little difficult for me to navigate is how they will maintain the entrance to the drive-through. It's made so that the spill over traffic can maneuver out into the In-N-Out parking lot and not the main entrance to the Magnolia Plaza. The wait times are still higher than the Indiana location, but still great service. It's the best location so I can not imagine them having lower wait times due to how close they are to the freeway.
