I've read some of the reviews and some are just laughable. Waiting in line too long and that it goes into the street? Which is why you gave a bad review? Lol that's the people who decide to do that not on In-N-Out. Eery time I go I expect a wait because as anyone who lives in riverside knows it will be long because MANY customers come here food and it's always made fresh unlike other fast food chains who are fast but gives cold and stale food more often than not. Food is always fresh, correct, and staff is always friendly. What more can you ask for from a fast food place? Just know if you come here to expect a 15 - 30 min wait time depending on the time of day you come. If you do decide to wait then you'll be rewarded with a great meal. read more

Food was great but service was wayyyyy better. Kevin came up and asked us how the food was and took all of our trash. While I was eating I noticed the hustle. Kept the place very nice and clean. I come to this location frequently and I usually have great service and a good end product. The last time I went the young lady at the window was kind of snotty and after I had driven away I noticed that my fries were only half full and they weren't hot. I have some rules about food....hot food needs to be hot and cold food needs to be cold. There is no room for lukewarm food and fries definitely need to be fresh and hot. They also seem to be slower than other In-N-Out Burgers. Very disappointed in this visit. I'm sure I will be by there again, but they need to do better. read more

Soooo, a few things went wrong. I didn't get asked if I wanted my meal set up for the car or not and I didn't notice until I was headed back to my appointment. Now, the double double protein style comes with onion and tomato. I asked for no tomato and it was repeated back to me twice. I didn't get onion...ugh! The onion makes the burger that much better to me. No napkins, but I did see a lot of social time going on. Sorry ladies, I know how we can easily get distracted with social hour. Anyway, I will take some of the blame, I usually always say at In-N-Out, with onion on my burger. Most locations will say it comes with it. I'm never let down at in-n-out. They are the only place that offers a neopolitan shake. My family and I love the fresh cut fries. I recommend requesting your meat to be cooked well done...and don't forget to add sliced chilies to your cheese burger. It adds a lot of great flavor and spice read more

We waited in line for 35 minutes, only to get home to find out that instead of an animal style double meat, I got a regular double meat burger... We ordered 2 cheese fries with no salt and flagged for a gluten allergy. We asked that they be in the closed fri boxes. The fries were cold, OLD, and had salt. They were not boxed as we specified, and the fries were unfit to eat! I honestly don't know how they ever left the restaurant this way! Also, This location needs proper training on food allergies and although I understand it isn't a gluten free environment, you do however offer gluten free items on your menu and your staff should be educated. Sometimes someone will be well educated and other times I have people who say what's that? Consistently is key when your running a restaurant! I was very happy to get in n out today. Made sure I was super nice so I could get extra chilis and pickles. They had probably around 4 lines of defense so that way my order can come out correct. I even asked the chick with drawed on freckles to get my order correct and she smiled while she ignored what I asked. I'm very annoyed. This happens every time I go to in n out and they really don't care to do that extra step to make people happy. I'm a server and I it's important to do the little things to make people happy. Im not going to in n out again and if I do I will make sure to be as rude as possible to get what I want because apparently these people want to be punished and yelled at. Horrible, horrible and just horrible again! The past two times I have gone to this location, I've gotten soggy fries and full on pink in the middle of the patty.
