3/6/2026: It's been almost five months since, I inhaled ANYTHING at In-N-Out Burger, i.e., In-N-Out Burger, Stockton Road, Elk Grove CA was the last location I inhaled a non-organic burger, fries, and a lemonade. FYI: Ironically, there's an insatiably enticing, In-N-Out Burger Establishment just seven football fields from my humble abode's location! Seriously, I've been actively thwarting eating ANYTHING non-organic with the exception, recently inhaling Anchors Fish And Chips' seafood combo located in Roseville and of course, I mustn't forget mentioning immediately vacuuming Shake Shake's decadent chocolate shake located at Roseville's Galleria Mall's location located on the second floor . . . Wink-wink, hint-hint. Yet, knowing full well I must ALWAYS constantly remind myself ONLY inhaling organic in order, maintaining excellent health and maintaining my "girlish" figure: HOWEVER and despite my human weaknesses, I must wholeheartedly admit--"Tonight, I'm waaay too lazy cooking for myself and by the time I drive to my humble abode, it will be 10:00 PM, i.e., too late eating ANYTHING . . . " Human reasoning wins over logical, critical thinking--this time . . . Hopefully. This I-n-O is kept well. The young gentleman who took our order was polite and welcoming. He read our order back to us to be sure the order was correct. Went in pretty late to use the restroom and ended up grabbing a single burger with no tomato. Bathrooms were clean during this time. As soon as 10:15PM hit a wave of people came in to order. Been to many in and outs and stopped by this one on the way back from Tahoe. Kind of hidden off the freeway. The service is above and beyond at this location. They have member walking around checking to see if you need anything. Food is great as usual and they even tell you about options from the hidden menu. I am an in-n-out fan and go to this location quite often. This time as I'm sitting in the drive thru line I watched as one of their female employees walked around coughing (not a big deal), I then watched this same employee wipe her nose on her glove and not take the glove off then handled food. This location doesn't usually disappoint me but the fact that a careless employee can go around spreading their sick germs into everyone's food is absolutely disgusting and should be handled by management. I will still likely return but the blonde female in the food cooking area with her hair in a small tight bun needs to be at least written up for creating contamination and borderline a biohazard. I love inn and out but they got my order wrong last time I went. I ordered a double single and the guy told me the it's like a double double but it has two meat patties and one piece of cheese so I ordered that with extra grilled onions and when I got my food it was literally only the buns, sauce, a piece of cheese, and one piece of meat. There was no lettuce of tomato's and my other piece of meat was missing. I would suggest in and out but CHECK YOU ORDER AND GET THE RECEIPT! Please fill the shakes up. In-n-Out has been getting "cheap" on filling their shakes despite reassuring prices. Not close to the top. This is my first time coming to this In-N-Out Burger location at the time when dine-in still not open due to the COVID-19. So drive-thru order only. This location does a very good job of the traffic controls. The employees also give me a happy feeling when I'm waiting on the line and waiting for the food. I will rate them five stars based on the location and the services. However, the beef in the burgers is very salty compared to all the other IN-N-Out Burger locations. I have to take one star out of my rating! I don't know this is only on that day or they're always saltier than the other In-N-Out locations. I will update my review next time when I am there. This afternoon I came here with a friend for the first time at this location. The building looks newly painted and it's huge, probably the nicest location I have been to thus far! The staff were very friendly and quick, despite the long line out to the street, man what a happenin location! They took our order at the car and we drove up to the drive through window, my friend ordered a diet coke, Animal Style Fries and a Double Double Animal Style, she is said it was all really good! I ordered a Animal Style Cheeseburger and fries, the burger was amazing, so flavorful with the grilled onions, juicy tomato, melty cheese and soft buns mm love how they offer the secret menu, fries were alright, I prefer thicker cut fries myself! I also ordered a chocolate milkshake, it was thick just how I like it and I slurped it down quickly, mm! I would recommend coming to this location and trying it out yourself! read more

I love in and out, it's my favorite burger joint. On our way down from Tahoe we made sure to stop by to grab a bite to eat and give my son a stretch break. Through we came on a Sunday a little after lunch this location wasn't very crowded which was nice. We decided to eat outdoors. The outdoor seating is right off to the side of the building slightly tucked away. I got the usual double double with well done fries. The burger came out perfect, but they sadly gave us regular fries instead of the well done ones. Reading previous reviews it looks like this is a regular occurrence here. This is the closest In N Out to where I live and funny thing I don't end up here as often as other ones further away, though Habit Burger is still my most fave in the fast food burger experience. This In N Out is as good as any In N Out and that's a good thing that shows consistency over the entire chain.
